This case has lasted 2 years strong, and I finally retired it today. It is tattered and torn, stained and smudged. But it protected my phone for 2 strong years. The strap has been a very handy feature that will be missed, but it finally reached a level that was no longer usable and will no longer stay on my phone. The time was finally here to move on. But I wanted to share that I have used this case through many things and it has lasted. I couldn't recommend this case enough. Buy one and maybe you will get two awesome years out of it as well. I love the personality that it gave my phone and will miss this case greatly.

Again, I am surprised neither of these have been an issue for me. wireless charging has worked much better for me with this case then I previous phone with an OtterBox defender case. while not required for wireless charging, I found looping the handle behind the charger creates a very secure hold both on my desk and in my car. CONCLUSION: I've recommended this case two friends and family who wanted a comfortable case, while not needing military spec drop protection. Most importantly, I would buy it again.

brand new s23 ultra, one good 5 foot drop with this case, donezo. big crack on the bottom corner. after inspecting the case more deeply you can notice its poor design. most cases offer a "lip" that acts as an extra buffer to help the screen from hitting a hard surface. this design is flush with the screen. now i know this case is more of a aesthetically pleasing one vs a strong durable one. however for the price it is quite sad how poor quality it is. literally from this one drop you would think the case is 1+year old. there are puncture marks/holes from hitting the ground all over especially on the corners. feels like a scam tbh. i also bought the green and white

The case for me has been strong and durable up until now, I have had the phone for 8 months since release and the rubber part on the strap has just snapped off for the price of the case you would expect it to last longer or for them to have some sort of replacement warranty like other brands, but no. I was going to buy a new case but remembered I can take the rubber bit off the strap and it works just as well. So no need to buy a new case, the rest of the case unlike other reviews for me it's quite strong and sturdy, no cracks on it yet. Would be nice if they sold replacement straps too. Of different colours and designs, I would buy them as they are replaceable as there are clips on the inside. Do it Samsung!!! DO IT!!!!

Have had black case for 3 years! Just starting to come apart in lower left corner. I have been searching for same case to go with phone upgrade. Disappointed to see new design, only because I have nerve damage and trigger finger. New design is too small and would cause too much pressure on fingers. If my phone wasn't starting to decline, I'd keep my S23 Ultra forever & buy enough of this case to last a lifetime! Please consider keeping this design for future phone models! Worth every penny for my hand issues.

While I enjoy the weight and grip, there's a lack of protection on the top and bottom front areas. Those parts are slightly exposed when other, cheaper third party cases cover them up. Due to this, I've switched over to a new case that covers said areas. Calls and audio are fine. Another issue is the difficulty on retrieving the S-Pen. Long nails are needed to do so.

Do not buy this. The part that holds the top strap on breaks. If you're thinking Samsung put some UMF in the plastic think again. I had it less than 6 months and didn't even use the strap that much. Shame they moved the strap just isn’t the same as last years S22 ultra case that case with the strap in the middle made the phone feel secure when using or even carrying but the way they have put this new strap down the left side makes it feel worse than having a normal case really disappointed.

So far, so good. I read the manual that came with the case and it says that the straps are replaceable which is a huge plus to me. The case itself is soft and allows for a nice grip. It's sleek and very nice looking. I'm looking for strap choices so hopefully that won't be hard to find.

I like the new grip case because I can slide my hand through while wearing gloves. I was concerned whether it would charge wirelessly because it did not lie flat, but it seems to connect and charge fine. I am ready to shop for collaboration bands.

Love the smooth light weight feel so to hold -for comparison I bought a otter box the new smooth line and added a pop socket. It seemed a little bulky and awkward. This samsung while not showing off my pretty blue phone color is easier to hold.

No where near as good as last years ribbon strap case. This case uses elastic which will stretch over time to make grip less secure. Last year's case used ribbon strap which could not stretch. A significant downgrade from S22 Ultra strap case.

Holes for the cameras don't align and are offset. The silicon hand strap also has cheaply made strap secures that break easily. I minimally use my phone and the strap guard barely lasted a month before coming apart.

AVOID THIS CASE.. With the introduction of the S22 line they debuted the strap version of my favorite grippy silicone case and I knew I'd found a winner! A neat, stylish strap to securely hold my large S22 Ultra with confidence! The zoom capabilities of the S21/S22 Ultra make them the perfect companion for live music, and with the solid strap I'd often get bumped and not drop my phone in even a rowdy crowd. With this new version and it's TERRIBLE insecure, stretchy strap I'll definitely drop it. Not to mention the terrible decision to make the strap go to near the top of the phone, and barely reachable because it's on the left-side (most people use their phone with their right hand) This may be tolerable on a smaller phone, but I have large hands (I can palm a basketball) and even my fingers barely reach this strap.. Not to mention the strap now makes it so your phone never sits flat when placed down on a surface.. 😩 The old design worked great (only wish it were better reinforced in the top of the strap area that seems to make it about 6 months before starting to crack)

The case is fit for purpose. It's fitting is very good around the whole phone. Unlike cheap versions. I gave 4 stars because it gets slippery luckily it has a strap preventing from falling out of your hand.
