It has big and wide enough shelves to take any big tray as is without the need to put in another container. The design works perfect for me. It is elegant and the beverage zone is very helpful to put your sodas and ready to go drinks. The two ice trays are more than enough for me. I think one is enough to make use of the other part. The only thing I found not very helpful is the finger prints over the femme glass. Other than this, all the features and spaces are very well designed to make use of each part. Will definitely recommend.

By moving water to the beverage center, we have more space to store more food. Best of all, the freezer area includes shelves and drawers to make it easier to store more food. We stock up on food at the cost club and then store it in the freezer in a way where we don’t have to dig for food. I don’t use the flex zone often, but it was a game changer when I need to change it from freezer to fridge to marinate a huge batch of chicken for a family cookout. This fridge has been a standout win for our family

I love their two ice boxes. I also like the modern style it gives to my kitchen and, best of all, the envious look on my friends' faces. The only suggestion for my taste would be to put a drawer for the ham and cheese Update I like that I don't have to touch it when opening the door and the fact that the fingerprints wipe off easily. I also love the great capacity of having enough ice for my different needs I definitely like everything.

I like the counter depth especially because my kitchen is small. The beverage center is a superb addition to my household. Having the self filling pitcher is very handy. It is one of my favorite features. I find the 4 doors so much more convenient over my previous 3 door French door refrigerator. The ice maker is not my favorite. I find it difficult to get the cubes out and many clump together. The smaller cubes are okay but I wish they were a bit smaller. The glass does show fingerprints quite easily but the sleekness outweighs the inconvenience of cleaning it often.

It also has 2 different kinds of ice, a beverage station that is separate from the main refrigerator (with filtered drink pitcher, water dispenser and room to chill beverages). This is just so cool and I have never had or heard of a refrigerator like this. All this, on top of it being a Samsung brand make for an effiecient and wonderful addition to any kitchen. Having the app and having it link to your phone is also great, you can control the settings from there as well such as temperature and lighting, etc. I love Samsung Smartthings. We have a Samsung tv, and an alert pops up on the tv if the door is left open. Which my kids frequently do. The freezer French doors are very handy. It's a good way to keep your freezer organized and avoid having things pile up in deep freezer frames and having to dig through them to find everything. The beverage zone is amazing. The water pitcher automatically fills after you use it, so you never have to worry about that. The dual ice maker is one of my favorite parts. It creates cubed ice and crushed ice. It comes with an ice scooper as well as holder for the scooper so it doesn't get lost or dirty. No complaints about this refrigerator at all and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

It is the fanciest fridge we've ever had in our whole lives. I love the beverage center, and the water pitcher refilling by itself and the 2 versions of ice you can get. The beverage center is a game changer and I haven't seen this feature on any other fridges out there. You can get water from the fridge the traditional way or fill up from the pitcher already there which is full of cold water. Unbelieveable ! The ice comes in two sizes depending on the drinks needed and even comes with a scoop which fits nicely inside the tray. The silver panels on the outside of the fridge are also customizable, and my husband or I will change out the silver look to either an all white fridge or white and pink. I cannot wait to make this already beautiful fridge even cooler. I'm very grateful and happy with is. Last but not least - with the SmartThings App I can control pretty much all aspects of the fridge, from temperature, to lighting, and of course saving energy. A huge Samsung win with this one.

I like having the flexibility of using one of the freezer compartments as a refrigerator. My wife hooked it up to the app and now we are using that zone to store our fresh meats and cheeses. There is plenty of storage. I like the fact that I can store tall bottles on the bottom shelf. We’ve had two parties at our house and this refrigerator is a showstopper. The Beverage Center gets a lot of use in our house, and you can see in there without opening the door. It’s my favorite feature. It is so nice having automatic ice again and the two different sizes are a nice touch. You can barely hear the ice when it is made. It runs very quietly overall. The Auto Door Opener is very helpful when we are loading groceries into the refrigerator. All it takes is a gentle touch to open the door. It’s very easy to access the extra features through the app and I love the welcome light.

Not only am I saving space because it's only counter depth and not longer like my previous one, but I am also saving money because it's so energy efficient. With the SmartThings App I can control pretty much all aspects of the fridge, from temperature, to lighting, and of course saving energy. It's absolutely gorgeous the way it is, has tons of space inside, and the beverage center ... well that's just on another level. You can either get water the traditional way or use the water in the pitcher that's already there. This feature is a game changer just by itself. I also love the Dual Auto Ice Maker and use it frequently for different kids and adult drinks. Another really cool thing about this fridge are the Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel panels. They don't attract fingerprint the way regular fridges to where you have to constantly clean them. Plus I really like that I can change the top and bottom panels from the stainless steel version to other colors, like white, black, or pink. My wife will probably go with white and pink but that's ok. I absolutely love my new fridge !

The highlight of this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is the Beverage Center that features a water pitcher that fills itself and a separate door for cold drinks with a welcome light that turns on when you walk up to it. You do not have to open the door to see what is in there. There is so much space that it is easy to keep things organized. The fingerprint-proof stainless-steel delivers, so I am not spending a lot of time wiping away prints. I loved how easy it was to set up the SmartThings app I can use to control all the features, like the flex zone, welcome light, energy usage and temperatures. I was pleasantly surprised when I received an alert that the door was open for a prolonged time, while my husband ran fresh water through the filter. Goodbye baking soda, this refrigerator features a UV deodorizing filter! We love that new fridge smell. I am so excited about the two sizes of ice and the ice scooper – so fancy. I had it unwrapped and set up in about 30 minutes after delivery with one person working on it, so I would say the setup is extremely easy. All the parts felt sturdy. No bowing or sagging as I filled the shelves with all our favorite condiments and sauces.

The capacity is great--there are four compartments, some with the option to use them as a refrigerator or freezer. 1. The fridge's capacity is excellent. There are plenty of shelves, which are also configurable. One compartment can be set to act as a freezer or refrigerator (I'm using it as a beverage fridge). The separate beverage center is also very useful--it allows easy access to the water dispenser, a jug of filtered water (which I've used far more than I thought I would!), and a shelf for commonly used items (such as milk). The beverage center also has a light that turns on when you come close, allowing you to see what's inside (there's an option to turn this motion-sensitive light off, but frankly it looks fancy). 2. The ice maker works well, with separate bins available for different sizes of ice. The ice maker is also quiet, which I appreciate. 3. The fridge looks good, and for an appliance that I'll have a long time I appreciate that. It feels solid and I look forward to using it for years to come. I strongly recommend measuring your space carefully before ordering--this is a larger than usual fridge. Luckily I had just enough space, but it was close, so check the dimensions and measure twice to avoid unnecessary excitement. Definitely a positive recommendation from me.

I was hoping the difference between a regular and counter debth would make a difference in my small kitchen and it did. The vintage kitchen does not have a dedicated refrigerator space that modern refrigerators fit in, this counter depth refrigerator opens up my kitchen visually because of its hidden handles and the slightly taller stance. I like that I can change the bottom left (when looking at it) to a refrigerator if needed and only have the one freezer section with the dual ice maker. I was excited about the 2 ice options yet I was let down. The cubes are hard to access and there isn’t much difference in size. I like the shelves/drawers in the freezer section. They keep items from being hidden. The beverage zone is super handy. I like the water dispenser being hidden and the auto refill pitcher is a lifesaver! I love Smart items as I find they make things easier. The SmartThings app is easy to use. Just scan the QR code inside the refrigerator, connect to your Wi-Fi and connect. Being able to shut off the ice maker from the app is something I like to use it for, especially if I will be out of town. The front black paneled door shows a zillion fingerprints so that annoys me a bit and I can see some fingerprints on the stainless part as well, but overall I’d buy another! It is just such a sleek look and updates my kitchen so much.

We chose to keep the bottom half of this unit as freezers, although, as our lifestyle changes, this fridge will be able to accommodate for those changes with the adjustable drink station and temperature zones. We absolutely love the water dispenser section of this fridge. Our family drinks a lot of cold water and the “self-refilling” water pitcher takes care of most of these needs. If we ever need more water, we use the regular water dispenser next to the pitcher. There is also a shelf above the dispenser that offers easy access to other often used items. We use it for gallons of milk and orange juice. This area is separated from the main part of the fridge with a panel and is accessed via a door on the front part of the larger refrigerator door, so less cold air is lost when grabbing common items. Something simple that we like about the freezer section is the two sizes of ice cubes. The smaller ice cubes get our drinks cold faster and the larger ones are just right as a treat for our dog. The freezer section’s thermostat is programmable and can be adjusted to specific temperatures. Some other features we like include the self-opening top doors, the motion-detection lighting and the adjustable temperature zones, as well as the ability to turn these options on or off per personal preference. We chose to turn the lighting off because the placement of our fridge had the light turning on more than we desired. If we move the fridge, we still have the option to turn the lighting on again. We are extremely satisfied with the usability and versatility of this refrigerator and recommend it to others.

The beverage zone is perfect, with the refillable pitcher and water dispenser behind the front door. The water pitcher refills automatically so you never have to worry about it. We keep our coffee in the beverage zone. The beverage zone has the option of a "welcome light" and lights up when you walk past it - love that option! The shelves give adequate space and being able to modify the length of the right shelf is an added bonus. I have always struggled to find enough room in our old refrigerator - the shelves were either too short or way too tall. These are perfect! The doors have a lot of space in between the shelves that allows for a lot of storage. The french doors on the freezer is a great option. It allows for more organization, and you don't have to dig through things in a freezer drawer. Personally, I feel like it adds more room and space for products and organization. The dual ice maker is amazing - cubed ice and ice bites. It comes with an ice scooper which makes getting ice out much easier, and little slot for storage of the ice scooper. I love that it connects to the app "smartthings" on your phone - it alerts you if the door is left open, when it gets shut, and you can control the settings from your phone. I absolutely love that! I would definitely recommend this refrigerator to a friend. Actually, my neighbor is in the market for a refrigerator and already came over to check ours out and loves it. It does leave finger prints on the front, but not nearly as bad as our old stainless refrigerator. It would never be a deal-breaker for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator for a few weeks now and have been able to enjoy the features it has to offer. The overall look is nice and streamlined with no outward handles. The stainless steel finish looks great but does show some fingerprints if not treated but does clean easily. The four door design is nice and having the flexibility of changing the lower right between a freezer or refrigerator is very convenient. In out case we chose to use it to expand the refrigerator capacity since you do sacrifice some space with a counter-depth design and we also have a stand up freezer in the garage right off the kitchen. The lower areas have three door shelves, a drawer and two shelves on the flex side and one shelf on the freezer side along the dual ice maker. Although a little tight to get to, the ice cubes and ice bites are a great feature and we never run out if ice. The upper refrigerator area features multiple shelves and two drawers. My one complaint here come with the fact that the shelves are not adjustable, leaving your organization of products restricted by its setup. The beverage center is a really nice feature in that it gets rid of that unsightly setup on the outside of the door and moves it to an in-between area, accessible with a simple latch on the door handle. The auto-fill pitcher makes sure you have cold water available all the time without having to stand at the refrigerator. The dark semi see through panel here is a bit of a mystery to me. I don't find much practical use for it and it changes the outward look of the refrigerator in a somewhat negative way. Overall this is a really nice refrigerator and I recommend it, but get some hands-on time before deciding.

It's a minor inconvenience but worth mentioning. The auto-open door function has also acted up on occasion, opening unexpectedly, particularly at night. This has raised concerns about food safety and energy efficiency, so I've had to keep an eye on it. Overall, though, the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. Its combination of customization options, convenient features, and energy efficiency makes it a standout choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I've really liked this fridge. It's easy to organize, has a lot of customizable features, and is nearly silent. I also really like having different ice options, as I use different sized water bottles on a regular basis. Having an alarm to tell you when a door has been left open is also reassuring, as we have 2 kids in the house that aren't always the best about making sure things are closed. The app is really functional, and I can check on the temps in the fridge/freezer to make sure everything is as it should be. It's also been easy to keep clean because the exterior doesn't really show fingerprints, even with a lot ofu use. Overall, great fridge.

The two separate freezers are perfect for separate storage. It has an ice maker with two trays for two different sizes of ice cubes. Despite being a side-by-side refrigerator, its dimensions are compact and it fit very nicely into my small kitchen. And most importantly, it has smart control that I can use remotely from my smartphone. I love my refrigerator and will recommend it to my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Samsung Bespoke 4 Door Flex Fridge for about one week. So I'm still getting used to it. Running the amount of water through the filter indicated in the manual and getting the ice going took almost 3 days. There have not been any serious issues with this fridge so far and it appears to be correctly maintaining the temperatures. We have another huge upright freezer in the kitchen and a combo unit in our garage so that's why this fridge isn't very full currently. Good points so far: - very spacious, previous fridge was 1/3 smaller and 100% fridge and this still feels bigger - love the flex area - we currently have it set for holding drinks but it's great to know I could swap it over for meat storage or fermented veggies or whatever at any time - like the open door alarm and temperature monitoring - this is the first icemaker fridge I've had as an adult and it's nice not to have to buy ice constantly anymore, plenty of ice once it finally got going well - my cat loves the 'magic' door, he keeps asking to get picked up and carried over to peek inside the fridge, and to watch the carafe refill Bad points: - I find some of the shelving sizes awkward and one shelf provided doesn't seem to fit when it appears it should go - no covered butter shelf? - definitely not fingerprint resistant, scratches very easily as well - do not like counter depth, had to pull out a lot to open doors enough, not as much as I'd like - ice falls behind to lower shelves - wish carafe and shelves were dishwasher safe - beverage center generally feels a little 'squished' and would have been more useful if slightly larger space, not sure if this is because of the counter depth size difference - wish the owners manual was a lot more detailed, I had to search for a lot of things I had questions about and I still have questions - UV sanitizing does not seem to be doing anything to help with odors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received our new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator, and I absolutely love it! It is sleek, beautiful, and so modern looking! In the top left section, there is a drink station where you can keep all your cans and bottled beverages for convenience, along with a water pitcher and water dispenser for manually getting water. It's so easy to just open this outside drink station and get what I need, instead of having to open the entire fridge just to get some water or a soft drink! And at dinner time, it's so much faster to fill up everyone's cup with water using the handy dandy water pitcher - this has been a lifesaver! I can even pass that job off to one of my children now - instead of having to slowly fill up each person's glass, one at a time with the water dispenser, we just use the pitcher. When we're done using it, we put the water pitcher back, and it automatically refills on its own. So the next time I need to use it, it's filled up again and ready to go! I love how the two doors to the fridge can be opened by a touch sensor - you just place your hand under the door, and magically it opens for you! This has enabled us to keep the front of the fridge cleaner looking - it's not covered in finger prints anymore! There is plenty of room for all your items in the fridge and the freezer - there are lots of compartments to put everything you might need. In the freezer, there are 2 ice trays, with 2 sizes of ice-cubes - big and small. Both sizes are great! Personally, I like having options with my sizes of ice. There is also a scooper included to assist you with getting your ice. I just have to be a little careful when using the scooper - it's very easy to accidently drop ice behind the ice tray, then I have to go on an ice-hunting expedition to find where it fell! Overall, I am super impressed with the design and functionality of this fridge! Another great product by Bespoke!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first upgraded refrigerator in years! The ease of setting up was great with the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator. I was able to figure out where the shelves went and how to set up the Smart Things app pretty quickly. The app is super user friendly and has some great customizable options inside to include changing the flex zone options/temperature. I'm loving the fingerprint resistance; it works well when you have several little fingers that touch on the refrigerator all day. If your hands are dirty it will show up, but it's really easy to wipe off. The flex zone has to be the best thing for my family. We have little ones and eventually, that will be their snack/drink area. Right now, we are using it as our veggie and cheese zone. The space of the refrigerator top double door area is very roomy and the layout just makes sense for modern families. When I turned on the Auto Open Door option, I loved it, but it was short lived. Night one, I came downstairs to the refrigerator door opened and the Smart Things app said it had been opened around 1 am. I still need to figure out why that happened, because I enjoyed just waving my hand under the door for it to pop open. I've turned it off since then. Our family drinks so much water and the auto refill pitcher is so convenient and helpful. It literally takes one chore away from our daily routine! The beverage center is a convenient area for the family's favorite go to or just items you don't want to forget to take with you to work in the morning. The shelves are very wide and having the ability to put 2 gallon milks on the door for our 1.5 and 2.5 year olds is so beneficial. I enjoy wine every now and then, so the slide in shelf has come in handy when I have a bottle to chill and it's a little too tall. We don't typically freeze a lot of items, so this refrigerator is perfect for our family. I love the two different ice options and the small nuggets works great when I have narrow neck water bottles. The slide out drawers make it easy to get to the ice as well. Overall, this has been a great investment for our family and we're excited to have it added to the heart of our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 12 year old Samsung fridge with this beautiful new 2024 Samsung BeSpoke Refrigerator and love it! We had concerns that the 23 cubic foot size would be too small, since we downgraded from a 26 cubic foot fridge; however, we have been pleasantly surprised how spacious it is and it has plenty of room for our at-home family of three, now that our daughter is off to college . The left upper section contains the Beverage Center, which has a place to store drinks or can be converted to a dessert section. We use it for drink storage and it is flexible for storing many different sizes of cans and bottles. It also has a separate door for that section only, that can be opened without opening the main refrigerator door. This is a nice feature because it helps maintain the required temperature in the refrigerator. Inside is an AutoFill pitcher and a water dispenser. We use the AutoFill pitcher often, because it is faster than the water dispenser. It even has the capability to infuse flavor built in!  The upper right section is the other half of the main refrigerator and contains the control panel. Both refrigerator doors have the capability for hands free opening for use when your hands are full. The lower left section is the freezer containing the ice maker. There is an ice bucket with two types of ice (cubed and smaller ice bites) and a handy scoop located in this section.  The bottom right section, called the FlexZone, allows you to use it as a freezer or refrigerator, depending on your needs. I have put thermometers in each section to verify the temperatures are as indicated, and the temperature readout has been accurate. The Smart Things app allows you to monitor or adjust the temperatures and also has a handful of other useful options. There are a couple small things that could be improved. The hands free opening can be finicky when opening if you are too close to the sensors, or not opening if you are not exactly in the right location. Also, if not careful, the ice can overflow the bucket and fall down behind it, requiring a fishing expedition. These minor issues aside, overall, we are very pleased with this refrigerator/freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is a top of the line appliance with functionality at the forefront. Right from the start, the streamline, minimalist design looks high end and expensive. Pocket handles with a touch option to automatically open the door when hands are dirty or full. This auto open feature is my favorite and find myself using it all the time. You just tap the indicator light and the door chimes and slowly opens up. Such a smart and useful feature! The refrigerator has an adequate sized upper refrigerated section even though it is only counter depth, but the filter takes up a portion of useable drawer space. I wish this would have been designed differently to maximize the amount of space inside, especially since this is a counter depth fridge. I do like that the right side lower potion is adjustable, called a “flex” space. This means I can use it for more refrigeration space OR a second freezer space; whatever fits my needs. The customization and adaptability of this fridge is a huge selling point for me including the shelf heights. My needs always change and it’s nice to know my fridge can accommodate my storage needs. I also love the beverage center that is concealed inside the left door. It is a convenient way to grab bottled and canned drinks, as well as houses the water dispenser and pitcher. The freezer section is small and the ice trays take up a substantial portion of that as well. I wish the ice tray and scoop was easier to scoop up, as it is positioned at an odd angle and most of the ice falls back into the drawer below. The WiFi connectivity is a nice added bonus. When connected to the app, you can customize lighting, temperatures and even turn off the ice maker at night. One issue I ran into with this model is the wide opening of the doors. Even though this fridge is counter depth, I had to pull it out a couple inches because the doors would hit the counter top when opened fully. If the doors were just slightly taller it would easily clear the counter. Seems like something that should have been thought of since all counters are a standard height. Overall, I am really pleased with my Samsung Bespoke refrigerator upgrade. Its modern design fits my space well. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel is a game changer with kids and the flex space gives me the flexibility I want. I am a sucker for fancy ice and the hands free opening. The added bells and whistles make this Samsung refrigerator stand out amongst competitors.

Conectividad, tenemos unos días con el refrigerador y las actualizaciones bloquean las aplicaciones muy seguido, al tener prácticamente un TV incluido debería tener las mismas opciones para agregar aplicaciones como VIX o Netflix. También la app de Spotify no me permite conectar un sistema de audio Sonos desde el refrigerador, espero que más adelante le den un upgrade de aplicaciones y actualización.

The bottom doors can't be leveled no matter how hard I and my installer tried. We checked the display models in nearby hardware stores and they all have the same problem. So be aware that bottom doors can't be leveled and you have to accept that. For that reason I take 1 star.

By moving water to the beverage center, we have more space to store more food. Best of all, the freezer area includes shelves and drawers to make it easier to store more food. We stock up on food at the cost club and then store it in the freezer in a way where we don’t have to dig for food. I don’t use the flex zone often, but it was a game changer when I need to change it from freezer to fridge to marinate a huge batch of chicken for a family cookout. This fridge has been a standout win for our family

We constantly use the flex zone in this fridge to switch from the freezer to fridge to support and handle all of our needs from keeping leftovers safe to storing out overzealous wholesale shopping trips. Another jaw opening piece of tech that this fridge has is an auto open for the fridge doors. That's right you heard me. AUTO OPEN. Do you understand how amazing this is when you have your hands full (or dirty) and being able to open the fridge without any effort or trouble. This is also amazing when you have an infant that wants to be held at all times. This is simply amazing. The beverage zone is an amazing piece of technology. Why open your entire fridge when you have the option to have a smaller opening that gives you your most used items (water, milk, etc.) very simply. This not only save your effort but also saves your energy bills. We are simply blown away by everything this fridge has to offer. To pair it all, the App that you pair it with it "SmartThings" is something that I am also blown away by. You can change the temperature at the drop of a hat, and get notifications of when something is running low or when the door has been left open for too long. Convenience is key and this app is all for it. With the combination of everything, this is simply the best appliance we've ever had. I super recommend it, and your family (and guests) will for sure enjoy it. 5 stars Samsung, you hit it out of the park with this one.

Un producto con muy buenas prestaciones donde resaltan su amplio espacio para poder organizar los alimentos y productos que se necesitan conservar, la facilidad de acceso y distribución con 4 puertas que facilitan organizar mejor los productos y solo abrir la sección que se necesita y sin duda el contar con una pantalla amplia y con conexión directa a internet para diversas aplicaciones permite una mejor experiencia en la cocina como reproducir contenido de YouTube de música o tutoriales mientras se está preparando los alimentos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is very modern looking and appears to be much sexier than the model that it has replaced in our house. In terms of storage, it is more than adequate. It seems like everything has a spot and it is quite spacious. One thing that stands out to me is the lighting, the refrigerator seems to spotlight all of our groceries and it actually looks sleek even on the inside. The beverage center is nice in that, you don't have to wait to fill up your water bottle with the dispenser as it provides a nice auto filling pitcher to top off your cup or bottle. The refrigerator has sensors to detect your hand to open the doors. This is a neat feature, however I've noticed I nor anyone in my family has the patience to wait on the doors to auto open and instead grab the under door handles to open it manually. I suppose if you only used those sensors you could keep your refrigerator clean, however ours will probably need a good wipe down every other day to keep the hand prints away. The freezer section is quite spacious, as the bottom right section is flexible and can be used as a refrigerator or freezer. We opted to use it for more freezer section and is quite adequate for our needs. Another great feature is the Smart Things app. It was super easy to set up and configure and going back to the freezer section, it was easy to set up the Flex Zone using the app. I don't know if I'll have to use App going forward, once it's configured, but knowing it's there and ready to assist is good by me. One area that I am not pleased with is the ice delivery. I personally don't like having to scoop ice. Just seems less sanitary to have others come in contact with something that's going straight into someone else's mouth. In addition the "scoop holder" just adds a layer of frustration when trying to get ice. I ended up removing the scoop holder entirely as it was just in the way. The refrigerator does do a good job in keeping both sections of ice nice and full, and the larger and smaller chunks are nice. All in all the refrigerator is very nice slick and sexy in my kitchen. It provides adequate room for our groceries. The doors are a tad confusing, which will take some time to open the left door instead of the beverage area, but we'll get there. I can live with the ice situation.

First of all the fit and finish is great all around, it is stainless steel but I was really surprised is how Fingerprint Resistant it is. The refrigerator looks clean even after a week and half of use. The installation was breeze, we just need to make sure that the water line is compatible with fridges, mine was a standard water line and it perfectly well. Other than that it was just plugging into the outlet and we were all set! I love how it has loads of space, the water station is neatly tucked to one side of the fridge which leaves so much more space for rest of the fridge. All the racks are adjustable which makes it super easy to readjust to fit bigger bottles in. Being in Texas we do have quite a number of hot days but so far the cooling performance has been great, it has been consistently at the temperature we set. The Bevrage Zone wine setting is amazing, previously be had to choose between our wine and other item now that this fridge has a dedicated 4th compartment we have just using that to store all of our wines and they taste so much better. Lastly, it wasn’t advertised but the fridge has an odor filter in main fridge the sucks our any bad odors out. I have seen a noticeable difference in how my fridge smells between this and my old fridge. The Smart things app was a breeze to install, we just scanned the code and we had to connect to fridge wifi and we were setup. Once setup it give us a good glance of the temperature and and the flexzones modes. I would highly recommend using this over the refrigerator panel as the app give you a clean modern look with clear explanation of what each of the mode you select will do. I especially love the ability to adjust the temperature at any time for freezer, fridge and the flex zone. Switching from an old fridge I definitely see energy efficiency, this fridge has been using about 60% of the power, would recommend if you looking to save on energy bills and a positive environmental footprint. Overall, I have been very impressed with the ridge for its size and capability. Having a big family, it works great as we are able to put every thing into one fridge rather than having multiple. The water station is also great as the water taster much softer and consistent. I would highly recommend buying this if you are in the market for a big technology-packed refrigerator.

The 4 door configuration is better for us than a traditional 50/50 split because of the flexibility of the 4th door. Setting it up as extra fridge space with a couple of clicks in the app gave us options for storing refrigerated items that we don't often use down low and out of the way keeping the freshest things front and center up top. Having both ice cubes is great, my wife loves the small and I prefer the larger traditional cubes so having a steady supply of both is super handy. We also really enjoy the beverage center. Once we went into the app and set up the auto illumination feature that lights up when you walk in front of the fridge so you can see what you have to drink the glass door made a TON of sense. We also think the auto open feature (check your app or the fridge settings) is cool and helps to keep fingerprints in check. Overall this was a big upgrade from our last fridge and we are very pleased so far in the performance and ease of access on the new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Samsung fridge. Initially I was a bit skeptical of the auto filling pitcher, but it's great. It keeps the fridge looking clean (no dispenser on the outside of the door) and the pitcher means you can fill your glass in a second and you never have to worry about filling it up with tap water before you put it back. The built in fridge filter does a good job as my city's water has a bit of a taste to it and the filter completely removes that. The interior of the fridge is spacious. We're a family of 4 and use every cubic inch of it with leftovers, but it's perfect. On the outside the counter depth size fits right in with my kitchen, yet some how they did that without sacrificing interior space. This does come with wifi so you can hook up to the SmartThings app. All of the settings (temperature, light settings, etc.) can be changed there or though the menu on the little screen inside the fridge door. The app also sends you push alerts if the door has been left open-- which is a great feature if you have small kids in your house that aren't quite fully trained on how to be good roommates yet. As far as operation goes, it's quiet enough that I don't notice it. You can hear the ice crash down now and again-- but there is even a setting in the app to prevent it from doing that at night if noise like that bothers you. There really is a lot to love about this fridge. A lot of the features aren't necessary, but boy are they sure nice to have.

It feels like the same size or even larger because of the dividers. I had a hard time actually seeing what I had available in my old fridge and now I can easily see what is available at a glance. - The beverage zone center allows my grandchildren to access drinks without actually letting the cool air escape from the main compartments. - I like the touch the door feature that lights up the interior of the beverage zone. - The auto door open feature really helps when your hands are full. - I downloaded the SmartThings app and there are many helpful features. I especially like the recipe suggestions utilizing what I have available in the refrigerator. - I use the dual ice maker daily. That said - This is one of my least favorite features on this appliance because it is somewhat awkward to get the ice out. It also seems like it is more likely to introduce germs into your ice drawers. I will have to keep an eye on this and see. In future models, I hope this feature will be further evaluated and improved upon. - So far I have found the fingerprint resistant stainless steel works well. I do not have to clean the exterior as often as my previous one required. All in all this fridge has ben a great improvement over my last one. I am in love with the layout and the modern features it includes. It has brought both smarts and style to my kitchen .

I had bought a 3-door Samsung refrigerator couple of years ago after dealing with another brand refrigerator for about 20 years. The spaciousness and operations of the Samsung refrigerator was so impressive that I knew my next one can only be from the same brand. My timing couldn’t have been right as I stumbled upon the opportunity to buy the Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Fridge. This Fridge is hands down a delightful addition to any kitchen and definitely a statement piece. I was in awe of this refrigerator's unique features like the Beverage zone, automatically filling pitcher (jaw dropping moment) and the dual ice sizes (yes, the ice is always available in two sizes.) As my previous home ecosystem was Samsung, I already had experience with SmartThings App. This fridge integrates well with the app and I was able to establish the settings directly from the app rather that fidgeting through the on-door menu. Operationally, this fridge is very quiet, energy efficient and sends alerts and notifications if the door is left open. In addition to audible alerts, I also get these alerts on my Samsung TV and mobile app. While the fingerprint resistant stainless-steel finish works, I am more impressed with the automatic door opening sensors that makes it easier to work with this fridge and also reduces fingerprints on the door. This refrigerator is not just an appliance but a conversation starter and definitely a worthy addition to any home. For sure, my family and I are very happy with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well.. I am very excited to write this review as this fridge has exceeded all of our expectations. The capacity it has for the top two doors (the main "fridge") is pretty great and with the modular and adjustable trays we have been able to customize it to our perfect needs. We love the fact that the bottom right door, is flex. We have used it for both freezer and fridge capabilities. At first you think you may not use that as much, but when you are hosting or meal prepping, believe me it comes in clutch. We absolutely LOVE the fact that the fridge creates two separate kinds of ice cubes. My wife (and pups) are big fans of the smaller bite chunks, and I am more of the traditional ice cube type of person. Big plus that the ice trays are on pull out drawers and come with a scooper, it has been used pretty extensively. I will add, that due to our excessive use of it, we have noticed that some ice cubes either fall to the side or the back of the tray. Small annoyance, but it has been quite noticeable that I must make note of it. When you are serving our taking some ice out, pay attention to it. Another special call out is the beverage zone - autofill jug and water dispenser? Yes, please. You may think that it is overkill to have both, but again when you are hosting and you are able to whip out an entire jug of water at your command (that also auto refills!), this is a heaven sent. We love it, and our guests enjoyed it as well. One final aspect that I'd like to touch base on is the app. Simply called smart things, has been great to use. Not only can you change the temperature of the flex zone, but it also gives you alerts of when the fridge door has been open for too long. You can also add the ingredients you have added to your fridge and it comes up with recipes for you.. How cool is that?! In conclusion, we are over the moon with the fridge and like I mentioned at the beginning of my review it has exceeded all of our expectations.

I'm a stay-at-home parent and my husband is an industrial electrician. Despite my best efforts, on a daily basis, everything in my household has fingerprints EXCEPT THE FRIDGE. You guys! All of our other stainless appliances are gross about 30 seconds after I've cleaned them. I haven't even wiped this thing down, and unless I actually go look for them, I can't see fingerprints. It makes different sizes of ice, which makes filling up our 40 sizes of water bottles a breeze. There's also a BIN for the ice cubes below, so if someone gets up for ice water in the middle of the night, the loud grinding of the icemaker isn't waking up the neighborhood. There's also an entire pitcher of water that the fridge automatically keeps filled! Our last fridge was like 20 years old and this thing feels like a spaceship. Both the fridge and freezer have extremely customizable storage, so you can fit a ton of different sized things if needed. There's also a flex zone that you can adjust to either be fridge or freezer, and the drink area can also be used at varying temperatures for desserts! I'm actually keeping my sourdough starters in there right now for easy access. Also, it's pretty much silent. I had to keep making sure it was actually on when we first got it. I'm not even sure how the ice is appearing, because that doesn't make noise either. The app has been a really nice addition to things; it notified me that the temperature of my fridge had increased from a disruption of power that I didn't even know had occurred. It's also nice to be able to adjust settings from the phone without having to open/access the fridge at all. This fridge is technically a smaller capacity than my last fridge, but at the very least it holds as much as my last fridge, if not more. It definitely stores things in a much more organized fashion. This fridge has been a great addition to our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Samsung 4 door fridge we've owned (the first stayed with the house when we moved) and it's great to see some minor improvements in this model that make it all the better. I still love the built in water pitcher-- no more waiting for 25 seconds with the door open as you fill a glass with the dispenser and let out the cold air. One cool feature they've added to this is a barrier behind the door that has the dispenser-- you can still access everything in the door, but it blocks all the cold air from dumping out of the fridge when the face part of the door is open. The capacity of this fridge is quite roomy for a counter depth fridge. As a family of four, we sometimes pack it to the brim, but usually there is always a bit of space for some leftovers-- so it works great for us. The dual ice maker (little bites and a second tray for cubes) is nice, though I think a bit overkill. Maybe that's just me being a grouchy old man as my kids love the little ice bites and I prefer the larger cubes-- so we're all happy at the end of the day. The one feature I'm still getting used to is the auto open or door assist. Basically there is a small area at the bottom of both of the top doors that you can brush and the door automatically pops open. It's really handed when your hands are full or dirty, but I sometimes false trigger it when I brush the area as I'm trying to open the lower freezer doors. I'm also waiting for my dog to figure out that she can no open the fridge, but that hasn't happened yet. That being said, you can turn the feature off easily if it's not your thing. This is wifi connected with the Samsung Spart Things app, which works well. I mostly care about the door open alarm (with two kids, it happens)-- but all of the settings are accessible through the app. Temp settings, turning on/off the icemakers (there's even a setting to not run them at night if you're a light sleeper!), adjusting the light brightness levels, etc. It's surprisingly well thought out as many apps for appliances are clunky these days. This app is not. I have no complaints about the fridge. It looks slick, holds a lot of food, the water pitcher is surprisingly handy, and the app is actually well laid out. I'm still on the fence on the auto open feature, but that cam be disabled if I decide to later.

I was excited to buy this 4door bespoke refrigerator not only for the beverage center but for the feature where you can change the panels. My home's accent color is orange, so I wanted it in clementine glass. Only to find out after I purchased the ref and now wanting to change the panels that the clementine glass was discontinued and is no longer available. I am so disappointed coz that was my deciding factor in choosing the refrigerator. I could have picked a different brand were it not for the changeable panels.

I really like the full space, the UV deodorizing filter, the smart beverage zone and the possibility to change one part of the space from fridge to freezer and vice-versa. You have great and useful features. Controllers are easy to use inside the fridge and using the app. Also this fridge is modern, clean and stylish. But.... I give lots of ZERO stars to the useless and stupid installation and user manuals. I can't believe why a world- known company like Samsung still writing poorly, confusing instructions. Note: all my home appliances are from Samsung and all their manuals are shame. So, installation and user manuals are my frustration point.

We had an issue with our fridge, Samsung sent a repair team out under our warranty coverage to repair it. The repair team deemed it irreparable, which apparently is the extent of the warranty coverage! “Welp, we tried!”. Now we have no fridge! We went outside of Samsung to see if an independent repair team could fix it (they couldn’t) and the tech said that far and away they see more Samsung repair calls than any other brand. Wish we’d known that before buying ours. This will be our last.

The top doors rub against each other when trying to shut.. Service repair was informed by Samsung to replace all four hinges. After replacing hinges door steel hits other door so Samsung advisor told repair man that is common and we have to live with it. My trust in Samsung‘s have now gone to zero if this is the way they treat and the way their products now are the four-door fridge is nice. Good concept poor quality. Would not recommend getting that fridge.

I love the 4 door-approach and the convenience of storage in the four separate doors. It is easy to access and stores a lot for being a counter depth refrigerator. The food stays cold and I am confident when I go to the refrigerator the items will be nice and cold. The flexibility of having four separate doors allows for easy storage and use. I love the metal cooling feature as it feels like it cools better than regular refrigerators with a plastic backing. The water container is nice to have. The ice trays are a little difficult to get out and in based on the location, but having a couple of options for ice is wonderful. Overall, I am satisfied with this refrigerator and would recommend it. I hope they keep the four-door concept as this was one of the main reasons I purchased.

Honestly this is very disappointing. Previous generations of Samsungs had an ice maker problem and now this newest generation of Samsung refrigerators can't keep their temperatures. It looks like another class action lawsuit is coming up. I went through 2 of these and they both have the same issue with maintaining the temperature in the fridge sections specifically. I have it set to the lowest temperature of 34F but the fridge routinely goes above 40 degrees before coming back down again. I first noticed this when I saw that my milk was spoiling much faster than usual and that meat was going bad in the fridge when previously I had no issues. Both fridges have had this problem and honestly it is very disappointing that Samsung can't seem to make a fridge right. The rest of the fridge works fine and there aren't any issues with the ice maker and freezer but the fridge is half the unit.

When I bought the flex fridge I was offered a code to get a set of free panels. I have been checking the website in the year + since I purchased the fridge to see availability of color and it is still only the 5 colors however the website still advertises the other colors. If the other colors are discontinued I Samsung should stop advertising the many color options because they simply do not exist.

This fridge is great other than the ice makers. We have had multiple issues with it and now that it is out of warranty, it's not worth fixing for the price Samsung wants to charge. It broke under warranty and they replaced it which was great but then it started leaking water everywhere and is out of warranty so now it is shut off and useless. I expect more at this price.
