If you are a fan of all things cute and whimsical, you can bring a touch of cuteness to your Galaxy phones, with just a few simple tweaks. Watch the video on the left to learn how! We have also provided detailed steps on how you can achieve each customisation.

  • Easy ways to customise your Home screen

    Do away with boring home screen set ups and add some degree of cuteness! How did we do it? Check out the steps on how you can change the theme of your phone.

    1. Press and hold the Home screen
    2. Tap on Themes
    3. Choose from the available themes or download a theme of your choice
    4. Tap Apply


    If you would like to change the wallpaper to suit your theme, do follow these steps.

    1. Press and hold the Home screen
    2. Tap on Wallpaper and style
    3. Choose your favourite wallpaper
    4. Tap on Next
    5. Make wallpaper adjustments to suit your preference
    6. Tap Done


    And why stop there when it comes to Home screen customisation? Let’s make some changes to the widgets on your device too!

    1. Press and hold the Home screen
    2. Tap on Widgets
    3. Choose from the widgets you would like to add
    4. Tap on Add
    5. Set the widget/s accordingly on your screen
  • Make your lock screen more personal by customising it in fun and easy ways. From wallpapers to adding a personal message, set your lock screen to make you smile each time you check your phone. Find out what you can do with your Galaxy phone’s lock screen and try them out on your own devices!

    1. Press and hold the Lock screen
    2. Tap on Wallpaper
    3. Choose your favourite wallpaper or photo
    4. Tap Done


    But let’s not just stop at changing the wallpaper because you can even set up a key feature of your lock screen in the style you like – the clock!

    1. Press and hold the Lock screen
    2. Tap on the clock
    3. Select from the style available
    4. Customise the colour schemes according to your preference
    5. Tap Done

    Did you know you can also add contact information on your lock screen? Whether you choose to use that line to include an emergency contact info, or add on your favourite quote or cute emoji, this is how you can get it done.

    1. Press and hold the Lock screen
    2. Tap on Contact information
    3. Add emoji or a quote, or contact info
    4. Tap Done
  • Let’s add some cute animations as part of your Always on Display feature. From using an AR emoji of yourself or selecting an image that reflects you, you can get creative with this cool customisation!

    1. Tap on Settings
    2. Search for Always on Display
    3. Tap on the toggle
    4. Tap on Clock style
    5. Tap on Themes
    6. Select AODs
    7. Choose your preferred AOD image/animation
    8. Tap Apply
  • Up your personalisation efforts with Good Lock! If you do not have this Samsung app yet, it is time to download it! Samsung’s Good Lock gives you many different modules to enhance your customisation process, including making your own theme, creating cute keyboards and icons. Let’s check out what you can do with it!

    1. Activate Theme Park module
    2. Tap on Create New
    3. Select the different features for your theme as per your preferences
    4. Double tap back button to save and exit
    5. Activate Keys Cafe
    6. Tap on Style your own keyboard
    7. Stylise your keyboard in different colours and settings
    8. Once done, tap Apply and exit

    To compliment your newly created theme, you can also customise your app icons in a style that you like. Let us share how you can get this done.

    1. Activate Theme Park
    2. Tap on Icon
    3. Tap on Create New
    4. Select the shape and colours of your choice
    5. Once done, press the back key twice to exit
  • Why use words when you can create that perfect sticker to express how you feel? In just a few steps, you can make stickers in exactly the way you want it to be1. Whether it is from your own pictures, or other images, all it takes is a few taps to personalise the way you communicate.

    1. Tap on Gallery
    2. Select an image or picture you would like to create a sticker from
    3. Tap and hold on the image
    4. Tap Save as image
    5. Use it in conversations or edit them to images
  • One of the interesting module that Good Lock offers is Pentastic, which allows you to even personalise your S Pen user experience! Let us share some cool tricks that you can try with the Pentastic app.

    1. Activate Pentastic module
    2. Customise your S Pen’s Air command, Pointer, Sound

    2. Tap on Widgets
    3. Choose from the widgets you would like to add
    4. Tap on Add
    5. Set the widget/s accordingly on your screen
  • Your Galaxy phones can be set up to feature different Modes and Routines2 to optimise your days and nights. Mode enables immediate changes to your device settings based on what you have customised, while Routines allow you to automate certain actions based on the Modes you’ve selected, for example, the lowering of your phone’s brightness and Do Not Disturb (DND) activation in work mode.

    3. Select from the preset modes or Add mode
    4. Choose to set it based on Place or Time period
    5. Set up your mode and tap Done
