  • Customers report the case fractures within weeks, with the S-Pen cut-out area being the most vulnerable structural point.
  • Reviewers describe weak MagSafe magnets that fail to securely attach chargers and accessories, undermining a key feature.
  • Many note the silicone material peels and discolors quickly, and camera lens frames detach with ease.
  • Several customers received visibly defective units straight from packaging with cracks or damage before first use.
  • A few mention appreciating the slim profile, but these positives are vastly outweighed by widespread durability and quality failures.

Minimal, clean case but easily broke off on the S-Pen part after less than a month of minimal use. Disappointing.

I've purchased original Samsung cases for previous Samsung models and they have been descent. However, this time it was the opposite. Awful product cheaply made. Did not last. Teared and snapped Around the S pen insertion. Also around the edges. Not happy.

bad design, the cover cannot cover the camera, hence phone warbles when on a table, making it difficult to type. poor phone design, or insufficient information on dimension listed for the cover

Lamentable.

I actually liked the case overall but there are a number of weak points on the case that cause it to fracture, predominantly at the narrow point where the S-Pen cut-out is. I foolishly believed that buying an OEM case, for a flagship model that costs this much, it would be worth the money and have a decent build quality. It wasn't. The phone has never had a fall but the case is weak.

Top!
I recommended this product.

I regret buying it. The area near the Spen is thin and it just broke off from there. The case had a good silicon texture however it started to pick off everyday dirt and dust from use within two weeks of use, the color just gotten not pleasant to look at. Not worth the amount I paid, don't get this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Camera lens frame is plastic but it is not a part of the plastic inner structure of the case and relatively easily de-bonded when I pulled the case down from the phone. I expected more from original Samsung case that is 4 times the price of good unoriginal one.

Case is cheap looking and worse does not mirror the camera lenses but over hangs. Regret buying it as the magnetic charger cannot sit flat on the case because of the new lip around the camera. Very poor Samsung

Minimalist look and is not bulky. Spigen lens protector will fit but be very careful when removing the case as there is a high chance that the lens protector will pop off.
