Can I make a purchase over the phone?

Making a purchase via phone call is not supported at this time, but you can be guided in placing your order through our Customer Service team. Please do note, however, that we are not in any way, allowed to ask for your credit card details.

If you have visited our Samsung Experience Stores to purchase a product but it is not available, you can request assistance from our store promoters to check the availability of the product via Samsung Online Store and they can assist in placing the order for you.
