Bought this as a pre order last February and I am loving it. Battery life is phenomenal and camera is superb. Night shots look really good. Just have to make sure it's on a stable, unmoving surface to really get the most out of it.

I got Smart signature plan with s23 ultra, and first month user here. Had a Note 20 before I use as back-up. Overall, it's a remarkable jump in speed and weight of the s23 ultra compared to Note20. Unfortunately, a small drop of the phone damaged the glass so just got it replaced. A bit disappointing the highly acclaimed glass fractured so easily, i attribute it on the weight of the phone. Anyway its good again including screen saver. Cam is sharp, fast and crisp, didn't try out the higher specs yet. Definitely will keep the phone a while, no real reason to up-grade to s24. S23 has already all i want from a phone, want also to use as laptop alternative with a portable screen.

I bought mine 2 years ago. Worked very well but sadly I did not notice that the seal or glue for the back panel of the phone has lost its integrity or water resistant capability. I believe it was the excessive heat from over use when I travel a lot that caused the seal or glue to melt or not stick anymore. My phone accidently fell into a tub of water at work and had to wash it, after I worked with a patient of mine I checked and my phone stopped working... It was such a nice phone to use and picture and the interface was soo good. I was soo sad it stopped functioning after getting wet.

I Have A Samsung S23 Ultra. Bought on March 2023. After 8 Month, the Display broke, still be able to use it. Now, 10 Days ago, I went to Samsung in Nakhorn Ratchasima, ordered a new Display. So far no news, when the Display is ready to add into the Device. 9 Days ago the Display start to be half of the Screen only black. The Device can not be used, even incoming calls can be taken. That Device costed me USD 1700. It looks like, the Customer Service of Samsung is not existing. It also looks like, I have to buy another Mobil Phone, surely no Samsung !

Bought this because of its review but one thing that i don't like is the network signal, it can't captured better signals even though i am in a 5g coverage area, i did a lot of times just to make sure if its my sim somtmethings wrong, but when i insert my simcard to my old phone, the signal is fast, unlike thid phone, its sonhard to catch 5g when im on data.

Got the s23 ultra last month and from what I noticed right after using it, the battery drains a bit fast and the wifi connection is a bit poor. Then an OS update came and everything was fixed. WiFi and data signals maintain a good connection. Really love tinkering the camera features and the S pen is really useful. Charging to 100% the phone can last 6-7 hours of usage (gaming+social media+netflix/youtube). Now, all I need to buy are the watch and wireless earbuds to complete the set. All in all, I am very satisfied with this purchase and it met all my needs/wants in a phone.

I was in the market for a new phone, and the S24 was just announced so that seemed to be the best option. Good thing I visited the nearest Samsung Experience store, and got curious about the S23 Ultra, especially because I know they often have incredible deals in-store, and also because I've heard that unless you're always after the latest, the S23 Ultra is still as good as any in 2024. Good thing I followed my gut and was rewarded with ~50% off with a trade-in. I just love love love this phone!!!

The best phone i had and the 1st expensive phone i bought eversince. The size is just the right size for me. The camera is beautiful, fast to focus and quick caturing. Beautiful video and capturing photos at the same time. So many features i haven't tried all of them yet. The built in photo editor is awsome, i can erase unwanted marks on my face or the background. It is fast and powerful for gaming. The storage is great i got the 256gb one. The battery is great even if it's only 3,900amh, i wish it was greater but for my own use, it's ok. The charging time is superfast. I bought it at a phone shop in the mall. And i just found out that there are free deals on earbuds if you buy at samsung shop directly. I wish it was also available on other certified dealer phone shops. But i got the charger adapter for free so it's an ok deal then. Thanks samsung for this wonderful phone. S23 is the best for me.

I traded my Galaxy Z Fold 3 for the Galaxy S23 Ultra and It's perfect for me. I wasn't eager to always bring my Fold device anywhere with me because of the form and weight. It was also lacking for me in the camera department. Not to mention the out of device s pen and self lifting inner screen protector which voids the warranty if you remove it. It was such a hassle for me. The Galaxy S23 Ultra fixed all of that for me and I am now very happy with the trade. Such a great experience.

The phone is great given that it is a flagship phone.. Bu I hope they can adapt Xiaomi's notification bar and the flashlight capability. In xiaomi, I pull down and you would see all the shortcuts for wifi and such, but in Smasung, there are a lot of taps before I could get to the shortcut ai need. it is a bit tiresome. For the flashlight, I hope they can make soem sort of improvement on turning it off, In Xiaomi, I can turn off the flashlight when I am done but just pressing the side button, no need to wake the screen and pull down the option. Gwile for other specs, it seems great so far. I just also hope they can mae a menu in setting to point out what are the featurs that cna be turned of inorder to save battery. (and No, battery saver misses soem of the options which is ucrrently need to be manually toggled.)

I'm glad Samsung S23 didn't disappoint me compared with my previous phone. This phone for me has best features to offer, and in terms of quality, performance, and battery life, it's the best among android smartphones and almost evenly matched with iPhones. One thing I'd wish Samsung to improve in furute is to remove the unnecessary bloatwares that are largely consuming the storage. This way, the battery could be more improved. Nonetheless, great job, Samsung!

Bought this because of the features but I am a bit disappointed so far. Audio transfer calls from bluetooth to phone speaker and leaves you with those embarrasing moments. Google meet calls is buggy and they say I sound like tin can. Already tried multple headsets and the experience is still the same. Theres a lot of bloatware and health apps doesnt work properly. Only redeeming favtor I see so far is the camera and battery but software is really bad

I bought the S23U last June and it was good phone, customization, freebies, camera wise. The only thing concern is the signal. Signal is very weak, compared to my other backup up w/c is a Xiaomi. Data is weak, 5g is weak, even if my area is covered by 5G. Im using smart and globe, same issue. I hope Samsung can read this and fix the issue. For a flagship phone, signal should never be an issue. Will I buy or upgrade? Im undecided.

Last Feb 2023, I purchased my S23 Ultra, comparing to the old galaxy s and note series (From S1 to s22 ultra) phones that I had. this one is the best one yet. even though I dont have the previous things like 3.5mm headphone jack or the expandable memory. the upgrade still substantial from note 10. even though it has minimal changes from s22 ultra. i like the upgrade in the rear cam, battery life and the snapdragon 8 gen 2.

Been using s23 for a couple of weeks. At first I was hesitant about its battery life but it amazed me! Can stay up for whole day even im a heaby user. Camera is superb. Pretty clear and realistic. Overall, everything is great. But i would still prefer s21 design over s23, just my personal preference. I got this over trade in value, I really hope they will improve trade in value higher. Always happy and satisfied with using the Galaxy series. Prior to this I was using the S9+, so these are the things I appreciate with the S23+: - I like that all buttons are on the same side. Power and Bixby button are now just one and integrated. - The back panel is matte so I don't have to worry about fingerprint marks on the phone. - Better speakers and camera

Just one month and now am having issues with connecting to my wifi. Very disappointing. My wifi has internet its the phone thats havin some issues. Tried my other phone and uts connecting perfectly fine but with samsung 23 ultra it keeps on disconnecting and saying it is connected without internet. The phone is not cheap, performance? Its a joke.

I bought a pre-order one. everything is good and working. just noticed some minor bugs like in the new Messages if you cant reply the message at the bottom glitches and the other bug is the pre order phone dont have samsung notes which is i checked with my friend who bought after the release and she has the samsung notes installed.

it’s a great phone. downside is that there doesnt seem to be any available tempered glass that could be used with a full coverage phone case (e.g. spigen). the tempered glass lifts when used with a heavy duty phone case. having to resort to film/tpu/hydrogel which has less drop protection compared to tempered glass.

I have been using this for a couple of months now and I can say that all the hype is worth it. The camera is so good you'd want to take pictures all the time. The display is gorgeous, response time is great. For power users, a 100% battery charge will last a day and a half. For me, an 85% charge lasts the whole day.

It heats up to 42 C during games and charging. Difficult to write...my hand can easily move or disalign my writing. Camera - superb
