How to book an appointment

Skip the queue and schedule your appointment today through Smart Q Service (QMobile). Whether your product is still under warranty or not, we can help you with any issues orquestions on your device. Follow the detailed steps below on how to book an appointment.

Step 1. Go to app store and install the QMobile app. Upon launching the app, you can either log in using your Facebook account or continue as a Guest user.

Step 2. Select the type of service you need: Appliance repair or Mobile repair.

Step 3. The app locates the nearest service center for you. Or, you can use the search button to find your preferred service center. Select the one that is convenient for you.

Step 4. Select your product.

Step 5. Select Pre-booking. If you are planning to go to a service center on the same day, select Now to virtually line up while on your way.

Step 6. Select your transaction.

Step 7. Choose your preferred date and time. Input your name and mobile number. Tap Book to confirm your appointment.

Step 8. To view your tickets, tap the Ticket tab. Here, you can find the details about your scheduled repair appointments.
