How to manage and access your Samsung Cloud storage?

Samsung Cloud allows you to backup, sync and restore content stored on your device. 

 

Using Samsung cloud you can easily setup and manage your preference from one screen to backup and sync your data. You can then restore the data onto a new device so everything will be exactly as you left it.

Note: Access to Samsung Cloud and the availability of features may vary depending on device, OS, and/or country.

From Settings Go to Cloud and accounts then select Samsung Cloud. You can now manage and view your data with Samsung Cloud

Syncing my Gallery to Samsung Cloud

Turn on Gallery Sync in the Samsung Gallery app to make sure your photos are all saved and backed up. Your precious moments will be right there when you need it in the Samsung Cloud, and if anything ever happens to your mobile device or tablet, your photos will be safe and sound.

Steps via the Settings menu

1 Go into the Settings menu > Cloud and accounts.
2 Tap on Samsung Cloud.
3 In the Gallery tile, tap on Turn on to enable Gallery sync.

Steps via the Gallery menu

1 Open the Gallery app.
2 Tap on More or the three dots located near the top right side of the screen.
3 Tap Settings.
4 Toggle the switch to enable Gallery sync.

Steps via the Settings menu

1 Go into the Settings menu > Accounts and backup
2 Tap on Samsung Cloud
3 Select Gallery
4 Toggle on Sync then tap the option for more Syncing Settings
5 Tap on Sync now to begin syncing your Gallery to your Samsung Cloud account.
By selecting Sync using you can choose between syncing your Gallery over Wi-Fi only or Wi-Fi and Mobile data

Steps via the Gallery menu

1 Head into your Gallery and tap on the 3 dots
2 Select Settings
3 Toggle on Sync with Samsung Cloud
