How to update the earbuds software

To ensure the best experience, it's recommended to update each software component including the Galaxy Wearable app to the latest version. 

Follow the steps below to update the Galaxy Buds2 software.

  1. Launch the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone, and then tap Earbuds settings.
  2. Tap Earbuds software update.
  3. Tap the Update button.

  • Download and install: Check for and install updates manually.
  • Auto update: Set to install updates automatically when the earbuds are in the charging case.
