How to use Super Slow-mo on my Galaxy phone?
Super Slow-mo mode on your phone lets you record videos in slow motion, making all your favorite moments cinematic. Slow motion video works by shooting at a high frames per second (fps) rate and then playing it back at a much slower rate. This creates interesting videos where the action is slowed way down.
Note : Super Slow-Mo is available on slected phones and only supports HD resolution.
In Auto mode, the camera captures the moment in super slow motion automatically when movement is detected in the motion detection area. This is best used for hands-free recording.
Hold the camera as steady as possible to avoid beginning the recording accidentally. Once recording has started it will stop itself automatically after a few seconds
The Manual Super Slow-Mo version lets you manually activate slow motion. You call the shots when the super slow motion should happen by tapping the four-circle button beside the main camera button at the desired moment.
Check out the tips below to get the best results with Super Slow-mo:
ㆍMake sure there are no moving objects in the on-screen square (other than the object you're trying to record in Super Slow-mo) because it can trigger Super Slow-mo recording in Auto mode.
ㆍFor best results, try recording in bright natural light as artifical lights may cause flickering.
ㆍRecord in an area with sufficient light. We recommend recording under LED lighting or sunlight. Recording in a dark setting will cause noise and may trigger Super Slow-mo recording in Auto mode.
