Notice for Note9 S Pen warranty repairs
If your S Pen was damaged during use, please contact an authorized Samsung Service center with damaged S Pen. It will be covered by “In warranty” at only authorized Samsung Service center. Locate an Authorized Service Center near you for further assistance.
You can buy a new Note9 S Pen in any Samsung Experience Stores. Please check with your local store to ensure stock is available before visiting.
