Extended Warranty Notice

Our customers who cannot receive timely repair service due to restrictions caused by COVID-19 after March 15, 2020 and your manufacturer’s warranty expires during this time, we are offering a one month warranty extension from the date repair services become available.

We will attempt to provide updates as they become available regarding the length and terms of this extended warranty.

* Please take note that extended warranty is not applicable if you purchased commercial use products under certain conditions.
* Be advised that the terms of the extended warranty are subject to change due to the circumstances in your area.
