How to update applications on Samsung TV

Note: The methods provided below are the most common. For model-specific information, check your TV's user manual. 

To automatically update the installed apps, please note that automatic update is enabled only when the TV is connected to the Internet.

1 Press the Home button to open up the TV's Home screen menu.
2 Navigate to APPS, and then select the Settings icon in the top right corner.
3 Next, navigate to Auto Update.
4 Make sure it is selected to automatically update all of your apps whenever updates are available.

Note: If you do not want apps automatically updated, set Auto Update to Off.

If you are having trouble with your Samsung Smart TV, you should always check to see if there are any software updates available as these may contain a fix for your problem. 

The easiest way to update your software is directly through the settings menu on your TV.

 Press the Settings button on your remote, then go to Support > Software Update > Update now.
