Troubleshooting wireless network connection

There can be various reasons for the problem of not being able to connect to the Wi-Fi network normally. For example, the router may not be working properly or there is a problem with your phone's network settings. Check out the guide below.

If the network connection status is "No Network Connection",  either the router (AP) power is off, or network setting status is abnormal.

Step 1. When there is no power light in the router (AP), reconnect the power. 

Step 2. Check if the light on the router's power is on. 

Step 3. If the power does not turn on, contact the router manufacturer. 

Step 1. If the network connection status is "No Network Connection", you can check the symptoms through network status. Please check the symptom and take action accordingly. 

Step 2. You can set the network directly through 'Network Settings'.

Step 1. Press the home button on the TV remote control and select menu → Settings → All Settings → Connection → Network → Reset Network 

Step 2. When the network initialization begins, the network password is deleted. So be sure to check the password before execution. 

Step 3. Network settings have been initialized. To set it up again, select 'Network Settings'.
