I bought this almost a month ago. First thing I notice is there is a charging issue. I sent it in to Samsung Authorized Centre and after almost 3 weeks, they returned it to me and said nothing was wrong but the issue still persists. No quality control whatsoever. Using the buds is fine, sound is great but I can't consistently charge it because the case keeps on blinking red and then my phone will pop up error message stating Earbud charging stopped and to dry off sweat on tip of buds etc. Not sure why they didn't catch this while having my earbuds for almost 3 weeks which is still under warranty. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE. Wasted hundreds of ringgit on these. And Samsung Malaysia wouldn't take care of it

The new samsung galaxy buds3 pro are amazing. With adding the tip handle it fit really nice in my ears. The new design is so cool. Charging is very good and the sound quality is amazing

I traded in my galaxy buds 2pro. They sound very good , no complaints on sound. Fit is a little loose. I think if I were to do it again I would go with the Galaxy Buds 3pro!

They start off amazing but there is a terrible design error... there is NO WAY TO CLEAN THEM. Unlike other buds that have a shield or removable catch for earwax, the ear wax just travels into the very fine holes that eventually clog and a qtip does nothing but push it further in as well as any other cloth so they become basically useless once there is enough wax (a very small amout BTW. Like microscopic and I've had them a month and a half and can hardly hear out of my left side due to blockage that isn't clean-able. Saddest purchase ever. Don't buy!

Fantastic earbuds. These fit very well for me. The sound it great. That is important. If these don’t fit well, you won’t like them. I LOVE THEM. I have bought every Samsung earbud they have ever sold, these are my absolute faves. Equal to AirPod third gen. I highly recommend these. I will buy a few more pair for future proofing. Samsung changes everything all the time. Some things should not change. If you hate in ear canal earbuds like me, you’ll love these. Plus they are seamless with my s24 ultra. Play around with the eq to find your sound.

I received them as part of a bundle deal with my S24+. I have to say it is one of the worst fitting earbuds. The buds do not sit well in my ear and fall down even when simply walking. I enjoyed my Buds 2 pro even more. The buds 2 worked fine even when cycling. The worst part is that there is no way to adjust the fit. Its a shame that I cant enjoy the sound or other features since the buds just fall off. My recommendation to anyone considering buying this is dont unless you have tried them on and are happy with the fit. Even more disappointed by Samsung's customer service. I offered to pay extra to upgrade to the Buds 3 pro but they refused.

I give it four stars because yes, it is true that the placement of the headphones at first is a little uncomfortable, the rest when you already know them and know how to locate them they do not fall easily and it is a matter of being able to adjust them or find, let's say, an ideal position so that they do not fall easily, the rest of the sound is very good, the sound cancellation and the AI function is good, the only reason why I give it four stars is because of the detail of the adjustment and I would say that it is difficult for one to learn to locate it at first. The design is elegant and sophisticated.

I recommended this product.

The Galaxy Buds3 Silver sound great compared to the Galaxy Buds Live that I traded them for; however, the fit is terrible. The Buds3 never feel like they are secure in my ear. I have tried the advice offered on the support site, but it did not make a difference. I ordered them, because they have a similar shape to Galaxy's fruit named competition. Unfortunately, they are shaped slightly different, and that difference makes them slightly too large to fit securely in my ear. I gave serious consideration to returning them, but I decided to keep them, because they sound good and the noise cancellation works well. I will just have to be extra careful when I am standing near water.

I bought these 4 months ago. The quality in craftsmanship is crap. After a month i threw them in the drawer because the rubber ear seats continue to fall apart been through 4 sets now. Gone back to my pro buds 2 because they are really that much better. I feel the sound quality is better side by side in my pro buds 2.

When I initially purchased them they were great! But I believe after updating to the newest firmware it just ruined them. I usually use them with anc/ambiance off and it's like their amplifier is just off it's not just that they are flat but completely lifeless enabling adjust to fit fixes it a little but but still sound very bad and with ambience and anc on it's like they turn back to normal with lively sound. It seems software related and I have seen people complain about the same issue for months and samsung obviously doesn't care about it so I went back to my old galaxy buds2 pro which at the current state sound way better with anc/amb off

I'm not a fan of the in-ear tips which are very uncomfortable for me so I opted for the regular buds3 over the pros and I've been surprised by the noice cancelling, I did not expect it to be any good but it's been great so far! Battery life is good; I use them on the treadmil, use them before bed, and when I'm going out and never had any issues. The design of the sound outlet is really well done as it helps keeping the earbud clean when compared to my previous earbuds, I've been wearing these every single day and they're pretty much spotless to this day.

If you like listening to AM Radio from another room than these are the Earbuds for You. I'm honestly very disappointed in the Buds3. Would give negative stars if possible. I traded my Buds2 in for these which I really liked the 2s for fit and sound but the left one kept dying. The change in design for the 3 was a poor choice. The 3s do not stay in your ear with the slightest movement and in order to get a decent sound from them you literally have to apply constant pressure on them into your ear. In trying to return them I keep getting dropped by the chat program. I was going to give the Buds3 Pro a chance but now I'm done with Samsung for Earbuds.

I recently purchased the Pro3 buds after using the Pro2 buds for over a yr. The Pro3 buds are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING compared to the Pro2 buds in every category. I mean every category. As an EMS Responder there are times I need to call the hospital under NOISY conditions. The Pro2 buds couldn't handle it. The Pro3 buds handled the call flawlessly. Keep in mind l have to call a connecting ctr first(All calls are recorded)who passes my call to the receiving hospital. The Pro3 was flawless. I was like....WOW these are a keeper just from that experience. Voice controls excellent. Once I practiced with the hand control features no problem. Samsung has improved the Pro series buds beyond my expectations. If you're still wondering...buy them.

I love that you don't have to fiddle with the rubber tips that sit inside the ear canal. They definitely make for a better experience without falling out. The sound quality is magnificent, so clear and clean makes one feel as though their inside a theater without causing harm to the ear drum. The buds pick up my voice easily when using Google to perform functions via my connected Ultra phone. I like that AI still offers suggestions when using the buds 3. I would definitely recommend the buds 3 to anyone looking for a nice inexpensive ear bud.

I enjoy both pair. The buds three have great sound quality and they also have great features. I enjoy the fact that you now have added a squeeze and also a speech feature. It would be super nice if you was to allow the touch like the buds too feature as well. The one drawback that I find is with the feet or the legs of the ear pods. I find that many things catch on them and pull them out of my ears. If i'm taking off and over shirt , I would have to take out the buds where I did not have to on the version previous.

Sooo this was not a well thought out or designed product. They are bulky and the sound quality can't really be enjoyed without cramming them into your ears. Speaking of....dont wear them at the gym or even walking too hard they create moisture and fall out of your ear all while providing poor sound quality. The time between these and the next ones release let me know a lot. Then the trade in values are awful and not worth it I'd rather keep a non working item I paid triple the offered trade for than to waste my money that way.

It also has a voice controls to tell your buds if you want to pause the song, play, next song, previous song, etc. It also has something called a stem at the bottom of your Galaxy Buds to adjust the volume and to play or pause or skip the song your in. You can also answer calls with it too. If you want something wireless with awesome battery life, great features, active noise canceling, and high quality audio, then this would be the perfect product.

These were purchased on impulse during a promotion to turn in my buds2 pro in exchange for a discount on what I was thinking was getting an upgraded model or version. These are horrifically terrible, the design is terrible. They don't stay in my ears, and fall out just walking about. Yes I've watched and researched how to wear them properly. These are just not meant for everyone's ears, your mileage will vary. Hoping I can get them returned ASAP before I have to send in my buds2 pro which fit snuggly. Buyer beware.

I have been trying to figure out the galaxy AI and the real time translator. It's a work in progress. The sound quality is great for watching movies and shows while streaming. I love the feature of when you speak, the volume of what your listening to quiets. You can still hear it playing without having to stop it. The swipe feature is pretty cool! Easily adjusting the volume without having to push a button is very nice. An upgrade would be to have the same features but have it clip to your ear like the ear cuffs styles. More colors to match the phones would be a bonus.

When I powered them on, the sound quality was significantly better all around. I was very pleased with the sound quality. However, I was not pleased at all with how they stay in the ear. Over time as I start to sweat and move around, they continually fall out of my ears. The sound canceling is amazing and cancels ambient noises so I can focus on what I am listening to, but if there's traffic or heavy equipment moving around me, I can still hear it no problem. The biggest downside to these Buds is that they don't stay in my ears when I need them to.

Got the buds3 last week and already broke the right ear bud. The buds constantly fall out and I find myself constantly adjusting them. Finally, I stepped on my right one. Going back to my old buds live, they fit perfect, never fell out and the audio is far superior. The buds live actually have bass. I decided to upgrade because samsung finally made a bud that doesn't go into my ear canal, biggest mistake. The shape of the buds3 looks and feels weird. They aren't the worst but aren't the best either.

Attracted to aesthetics of it. Bought it, excited to pair with my new Samsung phone. After a few uses, realized many issues. Cant wipe my face with a towel during gym - will knock the buds out. After every gym use i seem to get charging error. Buds dont stick in very well, feels like it'll drop. No bud tips I can use to improve the fit. Controls on the ear buds seems cool but doesnt work well if I can't keep the buds on when trying to use the controls (due to the poor fit)

Glitchy. Sound cuts out for several seconds at a time multiple times every single time I use them. Not sure if it's caused by the noise canceling feature or maybe in ear detection. They don't fit snuggly so you're forced to use the noise canceling unless you are in a completely silent environment. Noise canceling is useless in noisy environments. It frequently, randomly emits the tone that indicates I have placed them in my ear. Would not recommend. Update: incredibly condescending response from 'Kelvin' was unhelpful and completely failed to address the issues I'm having. I spent good money on these earbuds and they've been mostly an annoyance. Jabra makes great earbuds.

I go through a lot of earbuds. I spend about 6 to 8 hours a day Monday through Friday with them in. I have had countless different earbuds over my 50 years of life. I have tried beats, raycon JBL, Bose, Sony, Jabra, birds, mpow, etc. some died and some I lost. Everything about the galaxy pro buds that just hits me right. Obviously the sound quality is excellent, but ANC is superior! Just make sure your choice of size of tips are snug. It really make a big difference. I just got my hands on the Galaxy buds 3 pro and I am in heaven. Amazing sound quality and amazing active noise canceling. Couldn't be happier!

I decided to upgrade my earbuds from the Galaxy Buds Live due to the new design. This was the worse idea ever! There is no way to securely keep them from falling out of your ear. I searched for ear tips that would allow them to stay in. I made an attempt to like them and tried to come up with a solution to keep them, but my attempts left me with a pair of earbuds I don't like nor can use. I have wasted my money. This has been a nightmare.

I don't always get the opportunity to step away from what I'm doing to answer calls or switch songs, so the voice control is great. The sound quality can be controlled on my phone. It sounds great. They fall out of ears if I bend too much though. Maybe my ears are weirdly shaped. Love my buds 3.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes when I used my left bud the microphone wouldn't work, then I would switch to the right bud and it would work normally. I only used the left one to listen because it wouldn't work for talking. Sometimes it would work but then the battery would run out and I would charge it to use it again and it wouldn't work again. The right bud never had this problem. They were less than six months old since I bought them new. Also, it's very uncomfortable to press the button because it doesn't feel comfortable when pressed, it pops out of the ear. On the other hand, I liked the color and the design, but comparing comfort, efficiency, and convenience, I'd say I'd give it a 3/10. Thanks.

My buds pro 1s started to have battery issues and the deal to trade them in for these was way too good. The audio quality is leagues above my previous buds. The ambient sound is vastly improved but fans are still a bit of an issue. the comfort is far better as well i can see myself wearing these for a 5+ hour flight with no ear fatigue. The free case is a bit cheap. I think these are a great buy with the trade in and the sale.

I had high hopes for the Galaxy Buds3 (Silver), but they’ve been a huge letdown. The fit feels incredibly insecure—like they’re always about to slip out of my ears, no matter how I adjust them. It’s distracting and makes me hesitant to use them for anything beyond sitting still. The biggest dealbreaker? No ambient mode. I didn’t realize how much I relied on it until it was gone. Without it, I constantly have to take them out just to hear my surroundings, which makes them far less practical. I find myself going back to my Buds2 Pro just for that feature alone. What makes this worse is that I can’t even exchange them for the Buds3 Pro since Samsung considers them the same "class." If I had known, I would have spent a little more upfront to get the features I actually need. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with a product that feels like a downgrade. Very disappointed.

My favorite thing about them is the seamless activity across apps and devices. They do a great job of switching between whatever device I am using. The only one I have an issue with is my galaxybook 2 but this feature is amazing. The sound is good and I haven't had any issues with using them for phone calls. My main issue was my fault in that I would recomend springing for the pro version. These are really comfortable without the rubber nib but they don't do a very good job with noise canceling even with the ANC. Theres just too much space to cancel out anything and I feel like the Pro version would fix this.

After watching the unpacked event I immediately placed a pre-order because this is the first Galaxy buds that are not fully in ear design. I have been using airpods 3 but unfortunately all of the exclusive features are not functional on any galaxy devices. The galaxy AI really impressed me, it will translate foreign language to your language immediately. The sound quality is better than airpods 3 and come some of the features that the airpods 3 doesn't have, such as slide to volume up and down, noice cancelling. Overall, if you don't like the fully in ear Galaxy buds, this is a pretty good choice!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds 3 are great earbuds. I take them everywhere and they are so useful with all of their features. My most used is 3D Audio. I will admit the noise cancelation isn't effective. On top of that the main speaker can get clogged easily if the user has earwax. I have had this issue twice and spent 1-3 hours cleaning every individual pore and removing as much debris as possible, i would definitely upgrade to the Buds 3 Pro for those ear tips if the price was a little more in range for me. I also recommend a speaker in the case, I feel it defeats the purpose of Find My Earbuds, if the feature only works if the earbuds are out of the case and connected to your phone or the case is open.

I was fine with the buds in but the new ones hangs out the ear is much more comfortable. I don't fear them falling out accidentally either. The sound quality is just as great and in many ways better because of the it contends with ambient noise. The comfort and quality of sound allows me to wear them for hours, around the house and at work. Shhh, my boss doesn't know. The only thing I wish was easier was the touch control. This might be different in the Pro version. Overall, these are great win for Samsung and me!

However the best feature to me is that I can have both headphones in and clearly hear everyone around me if I want to. I can still listen to music or be in a conversation on the phone and still can hear clearly when someone talks to me. I don't need to take one side out to hear. I also love that I can live translate a language and have it just interpret everything while wearing my buds. The case stay closes better. Harder to pop open from a fall and the buds fly all over the place. Glad I upgraded.

I have had these buds for about 4 months now and I really love the sound and how I can customize the bass on the galaxy wearable app. The noise cancelation is better than ever and it helps when you are on a exercise run or trying to meditate. My streaming experience is better than before when I can hear every aspect of sound the video/movie provides. I have more focus in school and a more focused mind now that I mention. The battery life is amazing since it gets me through a whole day of straight relaxation. I really love and enjoy having the buds 3 they are by far the best ear bud product ever.

I like the feature where I can speak volume up, volume down, stop music, play music, pick up call , hang up call it's amazing I live in the city so the bus or trains get very packed and I dont have to worry about having my cell in my hands with that buds. They are loud! I had to adjust my music in the settings and now they are good my ears dont hurt I listen to heavy metal so yea that can also be the issue. They have so many cute buds case holders. The buds will let you know if there's liquid in the case or on the buds it self and it will warn you, that is great as well. It's been a month since I got these buds and I'm still learning.

I bought this with the pre-order deal, sounds great, commands are great. BUT i have small ears, and these slowly just slide out. They regularly self eject during meetings and general listening when i am sitting still at a computer. While i will be getting a silicon safety chain to attach to my earings and pop in and out of when using, these will not be something i take with me outside of the office. To see the features spruked as something designed for excellent fit (clearly not true) and comfort (they are comfortable when properly seated), this seems like false advertising, or product testing on a very specific small set to get those results.

The sound quality is outstanding. The fit not so much. I am unsure how you are supposed to adjust the fit when it is one size fits all. This may have been for the Active Noise Cancellation, however, since I have not had an opportunity to test this, I cannot really speak on that. The Adaptive Equalizer with AI, I assume this process happens over time and adjusts to how you wear the Ear Buds. The translations could be nice to try out, I am unsure how this affects privacy since many who speak in another language do so because the do not want those around them hearing what they are saying. Overall it will be nice to see how the ear buds are over time

I really like these earbuds overall. The pinch and volume controls take a little getting used to after using AirPods for a few years, but they work well once you adjust. The sound is decently loud, and the battery life on both the buds and the case is excellent—it lasts a long time. That said, the fit is my biggest issue. The earbuds are a bit bulky and constantly fall out of my ears, which makes it uncomfortable to wear them for extended periods. I even end up wearing them upside down in the opposite ear just to get a more secure fit. Overall, they have great sound and battery life, but the fit holds them back from being perfect.

It is pretty sad what Samsung has become, I waited three weeks to receive the headset and they were late, once I got them to be super honest they felt cheap compared to other brands for the price, and the sound was not outstanding at all as they promised, you have to play with the settings to make them sound better, the pathetic part was that once I had to charge them one of them didn't hold charge, so I got a hold of Samsung support to get a replacement where they denied me a replacement and on top of that I had to pay full price to reorder instead of what I originally spent. The agent ended up dropping the call so I'm done with Samsung

I've used other brands and honestly didn't think that having ear buds that are compatible with my phone would work out as well as it has. The voice control alone is a big deal for me. I wear mine while I'm working and don't always get the opportunity to step away from what I'm doing to answer calls or select songs or podcasts, so the voice control is a great feature. The battery lasts about 6 hours and I have to charge the case once a week. Sound quality can be controlled on my phone too. All in all, great ear buds.

These ear Buds a simply amazing. They are easy to use and have many features. Very user friendly! I love the option to speak and tell it to answer calls. The sound quality is top tier! The design is sleek and stylish. When people ask me "what kind of earbuds are those". I tell them Galaxy buds 3, you better get you some!!!!! Despite trying different positions, the earbuds do not stay securely in my ears and tend to fall out with movement, making them impractical for daily use, especially while walking or exercising. Unlike other models with interchangeable silicone ear tips, these have a rigid open-fit design, which may not be ideal for all ear types. In my case, the lack of a secure fit affected the overall experience, making them unreliable for activities that involve movement.

This is my first pair of buds this style. My honest opinion after daily use for a solid 3 weeks is; Sound quality is better than good but not fantastic. I listen to a mix of 90s grunge, metal , 2000s rock hip-hop ,dance, pop, country, and occasional 50s and 60s music. I also listen to alot of podcasts. I consider this a pretty good mix. I haven't found anything that App presets can make sound pretty good, and with some tweaking I am able to get most of the sounds I want. The Bass is strong and everything can be made to sound clear and crisp. Now I want to talk about the fit. Standard users far as sitting, walking, chewing, doing odd jobs around the house they stay in my ears and don't fall out. However they very quickly loosen up and the sound quality takes a dip. I wish there was a way to hold them in place a bit better. This is not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. Finally to leave on a positive note! I love the controls. They aren't too sensitive and are incredibly responsive. This has not been my experience with any buds in the past. When you need to just make an adjustment to these you're not skipping songs or stopping or turning the volume all the way up or down. When you do want to do those things the controls just work!
