  • What is Samsung Care+ for Business?

    Samsung Care+ for Business is a warranty service plan for Samsung customers who have purchased new Samsung devices. Devices covered includes smartphones, tablets and watches. There are 2 service plans available for you to choose from: extended 12 months or extended 24 months.
  • • Repair service for Mechanical and Electrical breakdowns or malfunctions after Samsung Manufacturer’s Warranty expires.
    • Free Door-to-door pick-up and delivery service nationwide.)
    • Repairs performed only by Samsung’s Authorized Service Centers (ASC)
    • Use of original parts for repair
    • As an IT administrator, you will have a clear overview of the warranty status of all the devices including the number of repairs done.
  • We advise you to read the full terms and conditions of our service plans before purchasing. Some of the key exclusions to our Service Plans are: • Theft or loss of your smartphone
    • Malicious breaks
    • Breakage caused by accidental drops or spills
    • Wear-and-tear from daily use
    • Cosmetic damages
  • Call 1800 -726-7864, option 6 for Business partners & Corporate Customers to submit your service request or email b2bservice@Samsung.com with details of your device and warranty claim. We will check your Samsung Care+ Business (SCB) service status and suggest the appropriate resolution or repair option.

    You can choose to visit our designated Samsung Service Centre to drop off your smart device or have it picked up from your location.

    We will inform you once your device is ready to be pick up or send back to your preferred location.

  • Your Samsung Care+ service plan will start after the manufacturer’s warranty expire.
  • Your Samsung Care+ will cease at the end of the service plan term that you have chosen. This could be either 12 or 24 months from the expiry of manufacturer’s warranty . Your warranty coverage could also end when we detect the following:

    1. Fraud or attempted rooting of devices.
    2. Your phone’s IMEI number has been removed or altered.
    3. Your phone has been repaired by a service center that is not a Samsung’s Authorized Service Center.
  • Business customers or their IT administrators can access to Knox.com and get dashboard overview in real-time on the number of devices that are registered with Samsung Care+ for Business, warranty status of each device as well as repair frequency.
