Easy to carry, easier to store

Now with IP68-certified water resistance, the S Pen is ready to follow you outdoors even on a rainy day. When not in use, attach it with just a snap to the S Pen magnetic holder on the tablet, where it charges whether you place it up or down. Tucked safely, it stays ready for your next bright idea.

S Pen is rated as IP68. Based on lab test conditions for submersion in up to 1.5 metres of freshwater for up to 30 minutes. Not advised for beach or pool use. Water and dust resistance of device is not permanent and may diminish over time.

Remove any excess water from the S Pen with a dry cloth or towel before using or attaching it.

Get to S Pen actions quickly with Air Command

Air Command lets you personalise the S Pen actions to your preference. The shortcut menu enables a faster workflow with greater degree of control, making your busy lifestyle more convenient.

Air Command operates via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and can only be used when S Pen is charged.

Availability of Air Command custom features may vary by app.

I needed a replacement pen for my S10 Ultra tablet as I lost my previous one. I’m unsure why other reviews state the magnetic attachment is loose, my tablet to pen attachment is quite strong and same as my previous pen. The pen works exactly the same as my original that came with the tablet. The pen does seem quite responsive cause I don’t recall the pen cursor being able to hover from the tablet by quite a far distance (unless I have a setting on I don’t know about). Anyways, pretty much like my original pen and you get replacement nibs which is amazing. Only downside, why do these pens cost so much :(

Bought it in February, already the tip is broken. Too expensive to buy a new one. And to think I even bought a tablet case that includes a clip that holds it in place as I was told it easily dislodges from the magnetic connection. The case was expensive too, but did the job. Sad about my choice.

The S pen came with my Galaxy Tab S9 series Tablet. I have been useing the pen fro 4-6 months now and the magnet is weak, now even when i attach it with my tablet it is showing it is disconnected. I even did some research on how to connect it but samsung has no instructions, i even tried to reset my pen. But it was definitly a high tech pen and it had awsome features .

Bought 2 weeks ago, S pen lost so angry... that now I need to replace... ya's need to come up with much better option, so not secure enough.. need a clip instead or Velcro to hold in position.. relatively simple solutions.. gonna Jimmy up my own when or if I replace... love my tab just the same

Why not make the button different colour? Why don't you ship few spare nibs with new tablets? Substantially to expensive to replace. Samsung customer service is so poor and accessories overpriced,only buy Samsung tablets for staff because nothing else around that suits.

Magnet is too weak. It dropped off and is lost after only a month's ownership. A pity, it worked beautifully before I lost it. Simply not a portable tool, and expensive to replace I now discover!

I am older and had this tablet for over a year until I started to use the pen stylus. I loved it as it meant my arthritis in my fingers wasn't being made worse by pointing and continually tapping the screen. I started to learn more about how to use the stylus and other things that helped ie voice commands. I put the stylus on the proper place on the back magnet for 2 days only and I found that even just moving the tablet gently aside dislodged the pen without me knowing and I had to look for it on the floor and under tables and get upset. Not easy places for me to get to. I did not want to lose this pen as I had bern told they were expensive to replace. The fact that it was supplied was a big influence in my purchase. So I did not store it on the magnet part as it was not a safe place for it. I was very conscious of where I put the pen stylus every time i put it down. Safe plaves. I then bought a folding case because I thought that that the pen stylus would stay in place between the tablet and the cover. The very very first time I put it there to charge overnight I was on a trip. I did the charge and felt that the pen was safe on the back with the cover on it now rather than in my handbag. I lifted it up and carried it from the unit to the car with a clipboard and writing pad. I put them all down together and when I got to me destination 700km (8 hours by car) away the stylus wasn't there. I hoped it had fallen down into the cover but no, it wasn't anywhere. I had to ask people to please look for it and check carpark etc and the car but the unit had already been cleaned and a lot of people had been walking around there. It was gone and I am still upset a month later because the place to store it was just useless and it did not hold it in place at all. I don't understand the different types of pens for sale to replace it cheaper. So I am stuck with a bubble thingy on the end of half a pen to tap with for writing. I wish I knew who to tell about this so it can be fixed.
