What do I do in the case of delayed deliveries?

Order Preparation / Out for Delivery status :
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery starting from the day after you receive notification of dispatch confirmation.

Order confirmation / Order Requested status :
Deliveries may be delayed due to a number of reasons including, but not limited to; inventory, logistics partner circumstances, natural disasters, global pandemics or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will always try our best to deliver your product safely and within the delivery timeframe provided.

Please contact our Customer Care Team at ☎1800-7267864 (1800 SAMSUNG) if your delivery status states "Completed" but you have not received the item.
