As a launchpad for young innovators, Solve for Tomorrow empowers youths to dream big and harness the power of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) as well as artificial intelligence (AI) to drive social change — and help build a better future for Singapore.

Individuals aged 12 to 18 years who are full-time Secondary 1 – 5 students (or studying at the equivalent levels in International Schools) in Singapore are eligible to join the competition.
You will need to form a team comprising of 2 to 4 members, with a school teacher as your team's mentor and submit your ideas here. Prior consent from a parent/legal guardian is also required.

Competition Timeline
Submission Phase
1 July – 18 September 2026Submission of the problem statement, writeup of the idea and supporting documents

Finalist Phase
October – November 2026Top 10 finalist teams will participate in the Design Thinking Workshop and Grand Finale
Finalists to develop a presentation and prototype (if applicable) of their solution for their final submissions
Winners' Announcement
November 2026Following the judging process, 3 winning teams will be announced
Winning teams will receive their prizes between December 2026 and February 2027
