How to bring up an used App on Samsung Windows 8 PC?

1 You can bring up a previous App by dragging the left side of the touch screen starting from the bezel. (The app should still be running).

This can be done in one direction only.

2 When there is no App running, the screen goes from the Start screen to Desktop
