How to check the monitor connection when Samsung Windows 8 PC fails to boot?

Last Update Date : Dec 13. 2018

Please note:
• If a blank screen appears on the monitor even though there is no problem with the PC power, there may be an error with the monitor connection or monitor brightness setting

• If the problem continues even after the procedures below have been completed, it may indicate that there is a hardware problem

1 If you are using an external monitor, check if the cable at the back of the computer is properly connected
2 Check if the external monitor has been turned on
3 Set the external monitor brightness to the maximum setting
4 For laptops, press the Fn + F3 key combination repeatedly to adjust the brightness
