How to deal with missing icons & Samsung PC Studio issues?

If you cannot run New PC Studio and icon in the toolbox are not showing / icons on the bottom looks empty, follow the steps:

Stop any security program that is currently running

Reinstall New PC Studio - Option 1
• Check for virus and spyware with an antivirus program and repair any infections found
• Reinstall New PC Studio

Reinstall New PC Studio - Option 2
![Enter “msconfig“ in the Run window]()
![Check ‘Hide all Microsoft services’ at the bottom]()
• Go to Start > Run and Enter msconfig in the Run window
• Go to Service tab
- Check ‘Hide all Microsoft services’ at the bottom
- Click the ‘Disable all’ button
- Click the ‘OK’ button and reboot OS
• Reinstall New PC Studio with the unnecessary services or security programs not running
