How to resolve update reversion when using Samsung Laptop

Scenerio 1: Windows update will not affect the country/region you are currently in.

Disable your firewall, then try updating

Disable UAC, then try updating

Instead of running the updates manually, right click and choose Run as Administrator
It could be that corrupted versions of those updates are running at the same time, preventing them from installing. To confirm that this is the case, go to your control panel and see if the failing updates are listed there. If so, uninstall those updates and run Windows Update again.
Scenerio 2: If you try to connect the Laptop through external display, you have to activate the Display settings by pressing the Fn + F4 to select which External display you would like to select.
