To use Samsung Windows 8 PC without a Microsoft Account

Please note: A local account is an account to log into a Windows Operating System. If a local account is used, a user can use the PC without a Microsoft account

Go to Charm Bar > Settings > Change PC Settings

Select Users on PC Settings

Select Other users > Add a user. The screen will be converted

Click Don’t want this user to sign in with a Microsoft account? in the bottom of the screen and press the Local account button
To add a user, enter the respective name and password

Please note: User can be added only in the Administrator account
