Google new security policy on P OS does not allow to unlock remotely via Find My Mobile without PIN, Pattern, or Password information registered by the user. These information should be securely stored by Samsung under your agreement. If you change or set screen lock, an agreement popup will appear.

Back up your Pattern

By using Remote unlock in Find My Mobile feature, you can control your phone remotely in secure lock state or if you forget how to unlock screen.

To use this function, you should agree to store your encrypted PIN, Pattern, or Password information in the Find My Mobile server.

You can enable Remote Unlock feature in following path : Settings > Biometrics and security > Find My Mobile > Remote unlock

Secure keypad or App will crash when using Samsung Pay

The symptom occurs on some P OS devices when Samsung Pay is not updated to the latest version.

This issue has already been resolved with an application update. Please update Samsung Pay application from App’s own update menu or Galaxy Apps (more icon > My apps > Update).

The latest App and Framework version will be 3.7.19 or later and 2.9.82 or later respectively.

Samsung encourages users to regularly check and update the software and Apps to latest version.
