Future of female leaders:
Building a future amid the digital transformation

Today, female leaders are constantly challenging the norm and breaking the glass ceiling by overcoming social and cultural barriers and taking charge of their own success.

In the first of our ‘Unfolding The Future’ impact chats, we are proud to present an insightful session with four female game changers, Iroshini Chua, Leanne Robers, Paige Parker and Sabrina Tan, moderated by Anita Kapoor, as they share their discerning perspectives on how technology empowers their lives and transforms the future for women leaders.
Sabrina Tan
Founder and CEO of Skin Inc

The driving force behind Skin Inc, Sabrina has been rebooting beauty for over a decade with her unique concept of "Customize, don't compromise” which celebrates the uniqueness of every individual. Leveraging Big Data with a disruptive digital idea to create over a million skin profiles curated from Skin Inc's proprietary Skin Identity Quiz, Sabrina has created data-driven innovations in beauty and successfully future-proofed Skin Inc. Today, Skin Inc. is taking on the world and is currently available in over 78 cities globally and over 200 distribution points across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, US, China, UK. Its online presence with retailers includes Sephora, Nordstrom, Bergdorf Goodman, Feel Unique.

Leanne Robers
Co-founder of She Loves Tech

Co-founding She Loves Tech in 2015, Leanne went from self-taught basic programming to building the world’s largest start-up competition and accelerator program. Prior to this start-up, Leanne co-founded two other tech start-ups: Comish, an e-commerce platform connecting users with creators of personalised expressions of art, music, food and fashion, and The Hedge Club, a social media trading platform connecting fund managers with retail investors in a neutral marketplace. Leanne has done everything from hotel management to real estate and tech consulting but she is just getting started.

Iroshini Chua
Medical Director at Dr Kevin Chua Medical & Aesthetics

Iroshini wears many hats. She is the co-founder for award-winning skincare brand Dr Kevin Chua Aesthetics, a jewellery designer with a keen eye for photography and a travel writer for various publications. She is also active in raising funds for charities such as Dover Park Hospice, Singapore National Eye Centre, UN Women and Bone Marrow Donor Programme through the auctioning of her photographic prints. As COVID-19 hit our shores, Iroshini made the bold move to partner with the government as part of the Public Health Preparedness Clinics (PHPC), where primary care clinics respond to public health emergencies through a single scheme for better management. In tandem with her decision, her clinic also embarked on telemedicine, providing medical consultations online via Doctor Anywhere.

Paige Parker
Author, Philanthropist, GIA Certified Gemologist

While many Singaporeans would jump at the opportunity to move to New York, Paige did the opposite 13 years ago, moving from NYC to SG. Since then, she has become passionate for Singapore, giving her time to nurture budding local talents while serving on various boards to raise funds for many organisations like United Women Singapore, Singapore Symphony Orchestra, National Gallery of Singapore, and Singapore Dance Theatre. Paige is the author of ‘Don’t Call Me Mrs Rogers’, a memoir of her world circumnavigation to 116 countries that earned her a Guinness World Record, and a columnist for The Straits Times. She is also a Graduate Gemologist through the Gemological Institute of America.
