I have it paired with a Q-Series soundbar and woofer, and the sound complements the tv nicely! I've wanted a neo qled tv for two years and finally bought one. I am very satisfied with the product and would recommend that others I know purchase one because it is truly a "smart" smart tv! The integration of Alexa, AI, and other features makes it a remarkable, sound investment. I cannot yet stream CNN from this model, but I have requested that CNN tweak their app to allow this model Samsung! All other apps are easy to stream!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago and love it — the picture quality is amazing. This is a big step up from my old TV. Brightness is excellent even in a sunlit living room, and the contrast makes dark scenes look deep and detailed rather than washed out. Screen uniformity is great as well — colours and backlighting look even across the whole panel with no blotchy patches or edge glow, even on full-screen white or grey scenes. The 4K upscaling is impressive too; older HD content looks noticeably sharper. It's been responsive and smooth whether I'm streaming, gaming, or just navigating the menus. Really happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone considering an upgrade.

There is a stark difference between this and the regular TVs I’ve used in the past. ​The HDR looks awesome, though I will say you’ll want to spend some time in the settings to really dial it in. Once you tweak it, it’s night and day. I also really appreciate the stand design. it’s actually high enough that my soundbar fits seamlessly underneath without blocking the bottom of the screen. Plus, the OS is super snappy. The HDR and high refresh rate make this perfect for gaming and it really makes my PS5 pro shine

We purchased our tv approximately a month ago. It’s great. We are Samsung tv users for the last 20 years. We had our old 42” for 10 years and we still have out - it has only recently started showing deterioration As for our current new tv it’s perfect. We got 65”. It’s nice and big but not overkill for the space. Brightness is amazing. It’s technology so use friendly. It connected to our Samsung soundbar and subwoofer so easily as well. The AI feature is also great. Still learning all the features of the ai and tv itself but so far no issues We would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

The picture quality is sharp and the colors look very natural and bright. It performs really well in both dark and bright rooms, and movies look amazing on it. Gaming also feels smooth with very low lag, and everything responds fast. The size makes a big difference too — it really feels like a home theater. The only thing I noticed is that the sound is decent but not amazing, so a soundbar would make it even better. Other than that, it’s been a great TV for movies, gaming, and everyday use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] works great the works great color actually is actually pretty on point with 99.5% color accuracy rating and overall the settings are pretty great the other aspects of it with the AI programming is pretty cool using the automated sound system that scans the area for frequencies for your sound system to be more in tune to the environment is pretty accurate and overall the other gaming performance settings are pretty on point with Berlin HDR and blacks and whites being incredibly accurate the only problem is maybe some questionable interface I'm set up be a lot better incredible TV.

The performance has been excellent, the brightness is outstanding, and the colours are well-balanced, making everything look vibrant and natural. Upgrading from a 55-inch TV to an 85-inch has made a huge difference to our viewing experience. Whether it's watching movies, sports, or streaming shows, the larger screen is incredibly immersive. The Mini LED backlight makes HDR content look vibrant and detailed. Gaming is smooth thanks to the 120Hz refresh rate and low input lag, and sports look great as well. The 75-inch screen provides an immersive experience for movies and TV shows. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the performance and picture quality.. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the TV. The only downside is that I would like to download and use more apps, but there isn't enough information on how to do that.

It all looks really good on the screen and its user friendly to navigate. My kids of all ages (from 3 to 13) are able to easily change it to their shows, games, and movies. The gaming built into the tv is also a great bonus feature! The colors are crisp and so vivid/vibrant! The only thing I dislike about this tv, is the built in assistant (Bixby) isn't as good at listening as our older this assistant (Alexa). I find it very difficult to get it to change to what I want to.

Samsung support team and online shop team are completely misleading on warranty for extended 5 years. Support team said if you use trade up your old tv then do not qualifies for 5 years but online shop team vi a WhatsApp has confirmed that it’s valid even if you use trade up old tv and the terms and conditions for registration 5 year’s warranty has nothing said about it if I trade up then do not qualify for 5 years extended warranty.. so Samsung is completely misleading people and bypassing the UK consumer law as taking it fir granted ..

The picture is sharp, colors are vivid without looking fake, and the TV gets bright enough that glare during the day isn’t really an issue. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely happy with the 65 inch, had to play around with the colour saturation as the Ai colour seems to boost contrast, colour and shadows. But very clear picture and I was very surprised at how good the black and shadow areas are. Also didnt realise how much customisation it had when it comes to connecting xbox or playstation. Heaps of screen options in an extra menu only available when playing games. And it connects to the samsung soundbar effortlessly. It automatically detected it and set it all up when connected to WiFi.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded my TV to this Samsung model and let me tell you, the picture is phenomenal! The picture is so much clearer than what I previously had. It's almost like being in person lol. It connected very easily to my wireless network, and it didn't take long to add the apps for my favorite streaming services that weren't already pre-installed. One thing I appreciate is the legs. I have it sitting above my fireplace on the mantle which is only 8-1/2 inches wide but because of the way the legs are flat instead of 4 points like many other brands, it's sits there just fine and is very solid. The remote it very intuitive and easy to use with dedicated buttons for the three biggest streaming services. It also features voice control. I highly recommend it.

The TV is very responsive, and since it is a smart TV, I can download all my preferred apps directly rather than using a separate streaming stick. I also appreciate how easily it paired with my soundbar via Bluetooth, allowing me to use the built-in universal remote. Additionally, the setup was simple as the unit is lightweight and easy to assemble. Overall, I am very impressed with this television.

The tv can get really loud and has crisp sound. There are so many fun game features to this tv. You can sign in with your Xbox account (among other gaming platforms), hook up a controller, and play! Truly a game changer for family game nights. Watching movies on this is great because you can set it to have a cinematic color/brightness scheme to make yhe movie look better, depending on the type of movie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV a week ago and started daily usage normally with free to air channels and Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video. The brightness is good during day time but at night it’s very bright in some outdoor scenes and if I reduce brightness then picture goes too dark in AI mode that all contents look pitch black and can’t see any details of the area. For human faces look too bright like ghost pale skin and hair filled with color with no detail. I tried turning off AI picture mode and the picture quality gets worse. Overall there is no enjoyment in watching anything to be honest and not happy at all with the performance of this 65 inch Neo qled mini led 2026 model with the price of 2000 plus dollars. I will not recommend this product. I am requesting buy back from the retailer.

If you have a Samsung phone it's really easy to connect and set up the tv. You can add the tv on your smart things app and use it as a remote control. The interface of tv is easy to use. A lot of free channels to walk on Samsung tv app. Playing games on it is amazing. Usually tv's dont have good speakers. But this tv has great speakers and bass. The image quality is great as well. We played some 4k videos on YouTube and it was buttery smooth and with great sound. As of now the interface is smooth and quick. Let see how it is after a year or so. Usually with the smart tv I have seen issues with laggy interface after about year. Figures cross this doesn't happen with this tv.

The 4K resolution makes you think you are live. The AI feature is so helpful. The difference in size alone makes everything feel so much more immersive for movies, sport, even everyday TV just feel bigger and more cinematic. The picture quality is incredible. The brightness, contrast, and colour are on another level, and the detail is so sharp it almost feels 3D at times. Dark scenes look deep and rich, while bright scenes really pop without being overwhelming.. The sound is also much better than expected for a flat-screen TV, giving a more surround-like feel without needing a sound bar. Overall, this upgrade has completely transformed our viewing experience. If you're thinking about going bigger, I’d absolutely recommend it — the jump from 55” to 75” is 100% worth it.

I am extremely happy with this TV it does everything I expected it to do it's very responsive and brightness and contrast can be controlled manually. it also has an AI adaptive response which is great when the light changes. I am glad I have upscaled to a bigger screen and an AI Smart TV a real Value for Money Purchase ,definitely recommend.

Our son attempted to help us but living far away, it was difficult over the phone. He ended up getting us some usage through our Fetch machine but that does not seem to work all the time. We are frustrated and need help. I do recommend only if the buyer can understand how to set it up, we haven’t succeeded yet.

I see no significant improvement in the viewing quality between this QN80H that I have bought and that old TV. Also did not realise I wouldn't be able to get a number of the apps I had on old TV onto this one like NordVPN and Speedtests etc.... Remote is a nice idea to try and make it this size but it is not as functional easily as I would like.

The responsiveness and navigation on the menus is of the highest standard and am happy I made the decision the upgrade from a standard QLED. The Samsung TV feature comes with right-wing propaganda channels pre-loaded (in particular, Sky News) and appallingly, the first few times I turned the set on, it defaulted to this channel! This is totally unacceptable, from a number of perspectives. You need to do much better than this.

Felt like we saw and heard so much more than ever before. Crisp, bright visuals and the audio is amazing, you don't even need a soundbar. I have had this TV for 2 weeks and have found the settings I like to get a real lifelike 3D type images in most broadcast on my cable. It took some getting used to seeing the not pretty aspects of some actors /actresses complexion , ie sometimes the TV brings out the worst in your favourite actors close-ups. I also use this TV for a flight simulator and it provides a near lifelike images.

Turning volume up or down, is hard for my fingers on the volume control. At first, the tv kept turning on and off by itself. It was a bit creepy. We had to get someone to come over and deactivate that sensor. All in all, we will enjoy this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best TV's I've used in a while. For how thin the TV is it has really good brightness and contrast. The TV responds very quickly compared to the ones I've used in the past. The bezels are uniform and really thin and unnoticeable. I'm not sure if it's the vision AI feature but it seems to have AI upscaling which makes some low resolution scenes appear sharper.

the TV is beautiful!!! the room will go completely dark when a scene goes dark giving you a very immersive feeling. i combined with a Samsung soundbar with surround sound speakers and watching a movie has changed our whole experience. even old movies look great with the upscaling features. i don't play games on it so I'm not sure about responsiveness of the screen.

Bought the TV 2 weeks ago and so far so good. Still learning the little nuances and settings but in generall the picture is a definitely an upgrade from the 65 inch Samsung that I replaced that was purchased 7 years ago. The 2026 QLED Samsung QN80H is worth it. I am not a gamer but a big sports fan so it definitely suits my needs.

Movies, sport and streaming content all look incredibly sharp thanks to the Mini LED display and AI upscaling. The TV also supports up to 144Hz for gaming, making motion exceptionally smooth. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the Samsung Vision AI features and smart interface are intuitive and responsive. Navigating between apps is fast, and everything feels polished and premium. The design is sleek and very slim , giving it a modern look that fits beautifully into our warehouse apartment While the built-in sound is good,we pairied it with a Sonos soundbar which takes the experience to another level. Overall, this TV delivers premium performance at a very competitive price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality 4K television. Five stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really happy with this TV overall. The picture quality was the first thing I noticed right away. Colors look bright and clear without looking fake, and movies and sports both look great on it. It also handles bright rooms way better than my older TV, which was important for me since there’s usually a lot of light in my living room. Streaming and just moving through the apps all feel really smooth and fast. Fast action scenes don’t get blurry, and everything loads pretty quickly. Setup was pretty straightforward too. The smart TV menu took me a little bit to get used to at first, but after a few days it felt easy enough to navigate. It’s also lighter than I expected, which made mounting it above the fireplace a lot easier than I thought it would be. Definitely doable without a ton of hassle if you’ve got a decent mount. The sound is actually decent on its own for normal watching, which surprised me a little. Overall, it just feels like a really solid TV for everyday use. Good picture, smooth performance, and easy to use once you get everything set up.
