小さい端末が好きでiPhone miniの生産が終了し、 flipへ乗換をして今回パスポートサイズのfold8に チャレンジしました。 【良い点】 ・アスペクト比がちょうどよく 動画コンテンツが気持ちよく見れる。 ・テキストも横幅があるのでPCを見てる感覚で 行がくずれることなく目を通しやすい。 ・女性で手が小さくても片手モードにして 好みのサイズにすると端まで指が届く。 片手モードは慣れるまで多少違和感がありますが １スワイプで簡単に切替可能。 ・開くと、タブレット(iPad)と変わらない。 ・開いた状態で左右に２画面表示したとき カバー画面と同じ大きさなので非常に見やすい。 【気になった点】 ・画面サイズ上、SNSやWEB など縦の表示域の狭さは 気になりましたが2日も触ってると慣れました。 iPhoneや以前のflip7を使うと縦長すぎて 逆に笑ってしまうくらい気にならなくなりました。 ・MagSafeは純正ケース以外だと磁力の 当たりハズれの差がすごいのと、端末に直接 MagSafe対応のシールを貼りたくないので 少し厚みは出てもMagSafe内蔵してもらえると ありがたいと思いました(ずっと思ってます)。 値段は張りますが、スマホと小型タブレットを 買ったと考えたら相応なのかと思います。 Galaxyは設定や、GoodLockアプリを入れると カスタマイズの幅がとても広く 使いにくい点はほとんど対処可能なので 不満な点はほぼありません。 とても気に入ってます。

When unfolded the crease is basically invisible and it feels like having a mini tablet with you. I really like that unlike other candy bar foldables the phone fits well in my pocket and actually offers more screen real estate and less black bars. I like the longer battery life and performance feels great so far! Using the translator and back camera for selfies is super cool Cons Bit sad that they removed the third camera The phone heats up a bit when charging which given the history is a bit of a concern.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size and shape of this phone is unique and this is definitely the best Fold phone to date. The thinner, lighter design compared with other Fold devices makes for a more user friendly experience whilst still offering the front screen as a quick use tool and the larger fold screen as a small tablet all in one. Ive put a 360 case on it as i will drop it and this is still no thicker than the average phone in a case. Battery so far is more than i need for heavy daily use and the speed and response is exceptional. The fold mech is strong and durable, holds firmly closed until openeded and snaps closed when finished. Best Samsung phone to date.

At just 201g, it's the lightest book-style foldable yet and feels much more pocketable. Folded: Wide and compact like a passport — the 5.5-inch cover screen is way more usable one-handed for texting, scrolling, and quick tasks. Unfolded: The 7.6-inch inner screen has a near 4:3 ratio that's excellent for videos, YouTube, Netflix, and browsing with fewer black bars. The crease is much less noticeable thanks to new Flex Titanium tech, and the hinge feels solid. It’s fun to open and close. Some people might still find the thickness or sharp corners slightly awkward in tight pockets, but overall it's a huge improvement in everyday comfort.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think Samsung nailed it with the Fold8, the size, the hinge mechanism, the screen viewing ration when folded and unfolded, it is impressive and once you get used to it you can't go back to normal phones. Battery capacity is huge and certainly lasts for a full day with constant usage, and the phone form factor is durable but worth investing in a rugged cased to protect such massive investment. Screen is bright and very responsive when folded and unfolded, really love watching videos on this phone, and more importantly choose the right case that support vertical kickstand (not just horizontal) to be sure you are most enjoying the screen view.

Galaxy Z Fold8、ラベンダーを買った。 一番よかったのは漫画だ。これに尽きる。 これまでスマホで漫画を読むときは、1ページずつ送るのが当たり前だった。見開きで描かれたページに来ると、左右に切れて「本当はこう見えるはずなんだけどな」と想像しながら読んでいた。それが完全になくなった。開くと横長の画面いっぱいに見開きが収まる。作者が意図した通りの絵が、そのまま出てくる。あの大ゴマの迫力を、寝る前にベッドの中で味わえるのは正直ちょっと感動した。 今までの折りたたみは開くと正方形に近くて、漫画を表示すると上下に黒帯が出ていた。それが今回は最初から見開きのために作られたような比率で、余白がほとんどない。漫画を読むために設計された端末なんじゃないかと思うレベル。 動画も同じで、開いてそのまま横向きにすれば黒帯が最小限。移動中にタブレットを持ち出す理由がなくなった。 もう一つ気に入っているのが三分割。ブラウザで調べ物をしながら、AIに聞きながら、YouTubeを流しておく。この3つが同時に画面に並ぶ。今までなら「アプリを切り替える」という動作を何十回もやっていたことが、視線を動かすだけで済む。作業のリズムが途切れないのが本当に楽で、これに慣れるともう普通のスマホには戻れない。 不満を挙げるなら、ペンが使えないこと。手書きでメモを取りたい人はUltraの方がいいと思う。ただ自分の場合、漫画と動画と三分割で得られるものの方が明らかに大きかったので、こっちで正解だった。

The passport type shape is really appealing to me and its been a dream to consume content on. The device is very responsive and I havent had any kind of slowdowns at all, everything is instant and smooth. The battery life is really good too! I like the new si-c battery, it lasts ages and I havent had any issues with it at all- plus it keeps the device sleek and thin. The device itself feels very sturdy, it's well made and I have no concerns of it breaking. The hinge feels very snappy and premium and I havent had any issues with it at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Straight of the box i thought what a cool phone. Easy to set up,had it next to my S24 and it picked my phone up instantly. The Display is fantastic and extremely clear. The Hinge in the fold is very strong but not to stiff and is easy to open. I have my Battery set to 80 percent but everyday use, it doesn't drop below 50 percent, which is miles better than my S24. This isn't a Flimsy phone, it's quite robust and feels very strong in your hand. Searching through apps, it's really quick and very responsive and you can have multiple pages and apps open at the same time. This is a great upgrade from my S24, glad I got one. You won't be disappointed 😉

You get the best of both worlds – a regular phone on the outside and a tablet inside! When my S23 started slowing down and the battery was dying fast, I knew it was time for a Fold. I knew the Fold 8 was coming out, so I waited and watched prices for both the new one and the Fold 7. After snagging a sweet deal on the Fold 8, it was a no-brainer. This phone is everything I hoped for and more. It's super fast, holds a charge forever, and the inner display crease is barely there – you actually forget you have a tablet that folds in half! Seriously great, no regrets.

The large inner screen feels almost like a small tablet, which makes reading, browsing the web, checking messages and multitasking much more comfortable than on a regular phone. The design is also very practical because it is still compact enough when folded. The only downside I have noticed so far is that when using the front screen, some apps can be a bit slow to respond. Occasionally I have had to close the app and reopen it to make it work properly again. Hopefully this can be improved with future software updates. Apart from that, the phone is excellent and the big screen experience is really impressive.

I charged it over night and by the end of the day it was 60 percent absolutely chuffed. Flawless display and responsive ,and im blown away by the simplicity of data transference. Since the first flip samsung has really progressed with the hinge movement . You cnt the see middle hinge on the display ,the protective screen use to come after a year but with last flip it did not happen .Durability has come a long away. No chipping, bending scratches. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having held onto my S23 Ultra for the last 3 years, I was very tempted by the Z Fold 8 Ultra! However, in the end I opted for the Z Fold 8 because the form factor felt different. I am obsessed with how good this phone is to use just with the external screen and use that easily 80% but possibly 90% of the time. The battery is currently lasting me 2 days which is outstanding for such a small form factor. The foldable screen once opened is then truly something special. The phone is brilliantly responsive between screens and feels seamless. The camera is really only average when trying to zoom, but for normal photos of subjects nearby is perfectly acceptable.

When it’s shut, the front screen doesn't feel like a skinny remote control anymore—you can actually type properly on it with one hand without hitting the wrong letters every two seconds. Then you open it up, and the inside screen is wider, so YouTube and Netflix don't have massive black bars, and reading web pages just feels right. It looks super slick in person, charges noticeably faster when you're in a rush, and easily slips into normal pockets without dragging your pants down.

今回、Z Fold7から新しくFold8にしました。 正直、最近のスマホの進化は中身のアップデートが多かったので Fold7の時の大きな進化はかなり心が躍るものでしたが 今回もやってくれましたSamsungさん✨ リーク情報で色々Unpacked前に出ていたけど 期待を裏切らない性能やサイズ感！ これは実際に持ってみないとわからないサイズや重量ですね。 最初の数日は 慣れないサイズ感に入力時など戸惑う事も多いです。 それだけFold7までのサイズ感に手が慣れていたんだなと感じました。 しかし、数日過ぎた頃にはかなり手にフィットするちょうどいい大きさだと感じてきます。 そしてこのコンパクト且つ開けば大画面！ という画面比率が手放せない！ 開いているときはタブレットのような比率なので 特にビジネスでもスマホを使う人はかなり重宝する端末だと思います💡 私は今まではタブレットで作業をすることが多かったんですが 最近では持ち運びのキーボードとマウスを接続して 軽い作業はFold8で行うようになりました！ 画面分割出来るのもかなり効率が上がって使いやすいです！ カメラは正直SシリーズのUltraと比べると劣ります。 ただ、SシリーズのUltraの性能を必要とする写真を撮ることがあまりないので Fold8の性能でかなり十分なぐらい綺麗に撮れます！ そして更に動画性能も上がって水平ロックなどS26シリーズで出てきた機能が早速盛り込まれているのもかなり嬉しいポイント✨ 使い方によってはかなり化けるスマホかなと思います！

Fits great in jeans pockets and the right size to do everything on the go right on the cover screen. Fold 8 open 😜 and its like a kindle size device. Super comfortable to hold, genuinely the perfect size for other tasks that require more attention. The display quality is fantastic So far. The battery life is great. I've had it 4 days now and only charged it twice. I can't comment on durabilty just yet as ive not had it long enough but It eems solid. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had multiple foldables from Honor over the last few years and this year I traded in my Honor Magic V5 for the Z Fold 8. And I am so glad I did. The form factor is far better, it's lighter, the display is epic, the crease is nearly non-existent, the battery is superb and holding the device in the hand is great. It's easily pocketable and is very snappy to use, very responsive and so far, I cannot say enough great things about it. I had questions about the camera but for standard photography, I really can't complain. I don't use a zoom lens so I don't miss the added camera in the Fold 8 Ultra. Superb all round device!

(このレビューは、プロモーションの一環として収集されました。) Galaxy Z Fold8に買い替えてしばらく経ったので、個人的な正直な感想を書いてみます。 正直Fold7でも十分満足していたのですが、いざFold8を使ってみたら意外と「あ、ここ良くなってる！」と実感するポイントが多くて驚きました。 まず一番感動したのが、画面を開いたときの真ん中の折り目です。Fold7のときは「まあ折りたたみスマホだしこんなものかな」と割り切っていたのですが、8は本当に目立たなくなっています。動画を見ているときに光が反射して気になることが減りましたし、指で撫でたときの凹凸感もかなり気にならなくなりました。 あとは地味に助かっているのが、屋外での画面の見やすさです。天気がいい日に外で画面を見ると、7のときよりも明らかにクッキリ見えてストレスが減りました。バッテリーの持ちも、詳しい理由はわからないのですが、前より夕方以降の粘り強さがある気がします。 逆に、持った感じの重さやサイズ感については、7の時点でかなり完成されていたので「すごく軽くなった！」というほどの感動はなかったかもしれません。普通に写真を撮るくらいなら、画質の差もそこまで劇的には分からなかったです。 高額な買い物だったので最初は迷いましたが、画面の平らさとバッテリーの安心感だけでも個人的には買って大正解でした。Fold7で特に不満がない方ならそのままで良いと思いますが、画面の折り目が少しでも気になっていた方なら絶対に感動すると思います。

Some of the native apps don’t open perfectly in the current aspect ratio when the phone is closed, but once you open it up and turn it to portrait, it becomes a long, large scrolling page, which I really like. Honestly, I’m a bit tired of manufacturers constantly changing the cameras. I think they should have left this one alone. Lost the 30x zoom. That sucks Overall, it’s a great phone. The size and weight are excellent, and the functionality is really good. Very happy with it so far.

I was a little unsure about making the jump to a foldable, but I’m so glad I did. It’s super thin and comfortable to carry, the outer screen is great for everyday use, and opening it up to that big screen is a game changer for browsing, videos and multitasking. The performance is excellent, the screens look amazing and the new form factor just makes so much sense. Definitely a big upgrade for me and I can’t see myself ever going back to a 'normal' phone anytime soon

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fold 8 has been a return to a category that I never thought would ever return, but it's short... wide smartphones. I don't want a tall slim phone, I like a nice display with the ability to transform into a mini tablet, this fold absolutely delivered, while still being thin as ever. Everything is fantastic, though understandably, thermal performance is a bit problematic for demanding game titles, and the codec support is intentionally kneecapped in favour of Samsung's SSC (standard aptX only, and LDAC, but no aptX adaptive, lossless, LHDC 5.0 etc.). Still, I like the phone greatly.

The single screen is sufficient for me to do a lot of work without needing to open the full screen size. Of course the double screen helps when working on my VM machine. Only flaw is that the single screen you are unable to control the viewing dimensions, so for reading and older people like me, this becomes a slight issue. Of course you can open the double screen and that would solve it. So small flaw in the UX. Regardless, I would still recommend the phone. Good speed, sharp and clear images and certainly feels robust enough to handle someone rough like me.

I had initially decided to skip it because the price is quite steep. However, after using this phone for the past three weeks, my mind has changed because it is so comfortable to use, despite having such a large screen; it is worth every penny. The media consumption on this phone is fantastic, and it has made me use it much more, rather than going to the computer as I used to. The battery life is excellent; it consistently lasts me all day without ever running out, even during heavy use. I have previously used the candy-sized phone, and this new form factor definitely surpasses it.

I've just moved over from about 8 years of pixel ownership and think that I will well and truly stay a Samsung customer as long as the fold 8 style phone is made. It's brilliant form factor, super easy setup, the front display is great for normal phone use and the main screen is amazing for content and multitasking. Build quality is very premium feeling and strong. Hinge is really well built. Amazing battery life, i charged it maybe by 10% yesterday and still had 50% battery at 10:30pm after heavy use all day. I'd recommend this phone to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really enjoying the size of the phone, its the most fun I've had with a phone since I was a teenager and all phones were fun and exciting. I was worried about the battery and durability before getting it but it feels sturdy and that I don't need to baby it as much as I thought would. I even went for a case that doesn't have hinge protection. The only downside is AI, I'm not a fan of it and the effects it has on the environment. I wish there was a way to completely turn it off (there could be but I haven't found the option yet) Overall I'm loving this little phone and playing around with the customisation!

The middle display is simply fantastic 👌 and I love the way the hinge snaps giving it a really high quality feel. The battery last for two days which is incredible and the whole devise feel so durable and well made. I have a three year contract and feel totally confident this device will last. The operating system is perfect and has amazing responsiveness. It truly is a joy to own and use. Love the large screen when I'm searching online and the front is great for everyday use. I would highly recommend this device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a truly remarkable phone, thin and with a very useful foldable large screen. But, it is still lacking a few essential things, as it doesn't have magnetic wireless charging capability despite the fact it doesn't have a pen like the Ultra that apparently is the cause for not introducing this feature in the first place, it is not coming with a a screen protector for the external display as it used to, no ultra fast charger in the box as the old chargers are not ultra fast charging but barely 10-15 W, the battery doesn't last more than the previous models or any S models. Overall it is not worth the full price but if you can get a good discount then it is a good purchase.

I wasn't sure I would like this phone when I pre-ordered, my doubts were gone in the first hour it is so much fun, the camera is great and using it open makes it a lot better, battery lasts a long time, I love the finger print reader is on the side and not on the screen. If you are on the fence try it, you won't regret it. The hinges are great and no visible line on the screen when open. The speed is great and it is not as fragile as you think so I think it will last before I need to upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had most phone styles and recently changed from the flip7 as I got sick of having to flip it open to use it. The front screen on the fold8 is perfect for 90% of use. I do multitasking on once open and it does it perfectly with 2 apps open. Only gripe I have is on apps like instagram, it doesn't respond well with me hitting the bookmark button or other types of buttons on other apps where the function sits on the far right of the screen, I believe it's a glitch for the wider format for the front screen. I assume this can be fixed with an update 🙏 other than that - perfect device. Sturdy and feels great.

Everything seamlessly transitions between the outer & inner displays too. Pocketability and one-handed operations are distinctly great on this form factor. Watching videos on the phone has been a treat! I finally feel like I have landed on THE one device that I can daily drive for everything because when I open the Z Fold 8 up, I can do things that I would on a tablet OR even, dare I say, somethings that I would open a PC for earlier..

Fabulous display wider than a normal handheld which in my view gives your eyes more to see and easier to operate. Coming from a z fold 7 this phone as come on leaps and bounds, longer battery time, brilliant display and a very responsive operating system in the Android 17 with UI 9. Stunning build quality with a far better hinge. This phone is a keeper for me and I am confident it's durability will last for all of the updates. Outstanding specs, and without doubt Samsung's best phone yet. They will sell millions of these no problem.

Great phone until I changed for the Fold 4. My daughter still enjoys my Fold 4, but I moved up to the Fold 6 , then to the Fold 7, and now to the Fold8. This phone is unbelievable, so many options are available especially when you download Samsung apps like Good Lock and Navstar, and more. Many of my friends have changed to Samsung because they want to experience the screen size as well as the extras like the Samsung watch , that links in to the phone perfectly.

The battery is very impressive last me whole day with heavy use and the display is nice and crisp, i love the durability it's got tough glass, I also love the titanium hinge that shows less crease, and the software and top it's a very responsive phone

I have got the s25 ultra, its absolutely amazing, honestly I was considering the 17pro max, pixel 10 pro xl, and the s25 ultra for over 3 months, and did lots of comparisons, all were good products, but by far the s25 ultra blows everything out of the water, its the king of all phones.
