    Hi, I'm afraid that you cannot set the SD card as the default memory. You can move certain applications to your SD card by: Pressing Apps> Settings> Application manager> Select application> Move to SD card. Hope this helps.

    Hi. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 Wi-Fi is not 4G compatible. However the link below shows the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 4G & Wi-Fi device which is compatible. http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/mobile-devices/tablets/tab-s/SM-T805NTSABTU Please see page 10 onwards of the user manual for more information on how to insert and use the device with a SIM card. http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201407/20140718173530478/SM-T805_UM_EU_Kitkat_Eng_Rev.1.2_140718.pdf I hope this helps.

    Hi Lynn, Yes this is possible. You are able to change the language settings by pressing Apps> Settings> Scrolling down to Personal> Language and input> English (United Kingdom). The device is covered by the EU warranty as long as it states EU Bloc Warranty, please check out this link for more details http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/warranty/. Hope this helps.

    I have just yesterday purchased the Galaxy Tab 10.5 Wi-Fi 16GB. UK version I have accessed Hancom Office 2014 and the application seems to be excellent BUT I cannot seemingly save a created file. Is the installed Hancom Office 2014 as a fully licenced application or is it a try and then buy?

    Hi. I recommend trying the troubleshoot connection option on Samsung Kies. To perform the “troubleshooting connection” please follow the steps below. 1. Disconnect the device from the computer and launch Samsung Kies. 2. Connect your device to the computer via USB cable. 3. Click "Troubleshoot connection error". You can also access this under “Tools”. 4. Kies is now initializing the connection. (The time of completion will vary depending on your computers performance.) 5. Click complete and connect your device to the computer. If this is unsuccessful then uninstall and reinstall Samsung Kies 3 back on to your computer and connect your device again. Ensure that you are operating on Samsung Kies 3 and not Kies. This is essential due to Kies 3 only supporting models on android version 4.3 (Jelly Bean) and above.     Hi, Yes the Galaxy Tab S does have anti-virus built in to the firmware. However there are additional third party anti-virus apps that can be downloaded from Google play store. Hope this helps.
