    I have looked at the manual and this says this is turned off via broadcast options - audio options but there is no audio option item off the broadcast option menu - how do I turn off as it is driving me mad

    Hi Ian, To turn off the audio description please navigate to the following menu: Menu > Broadcasting> Audio Options > Audio description. Here you can choose to turn audio description on or off. Thanks

    I use HDMI 2 and have selected PC/DVI for my Xbox source name, but this means there is no ability to select "Game Mode" from Menu. I also use the Xbox for Netflix streams too. Any help would be appreciated, thankyou

    Hi Macca, The main difference between the two models is that the the F 5 series has a built-in wireless lan adaptor and with the 5 E series you will need to connect a wireless lan adaptor. Full specifications of the products can be found on www.samsung.co.uk/support. Thanks.

    Hi Juan, The F5000 model is not a Smart TV, and is not a DLNA compliant model. You will not be able to wirelessly stream content to your TV, although you will be able to play back supported content from an external USB storage device. Thanks.

    I have been viewing this great looking LED TV through google and other search engines and have come across both of the above codes and wanted to confirm if they are in fact the same TV and the most latest models 32 inch in this range from Samsung?
