    Samsung UE55HU7500 Ive got two issues really, one is a simple, it seems like 250ms isnt enough to get the audio correctly in sync when using the tvs own reciever. Its close at 250 but still a bit disconnected. But when Im using a humax pvr through an av amp (yamaha rx-v375) the difference between the audio from the amp speakers and the tv speakers is massive. The amp has a 0-250ms lip sync function also but the offset is way bigger than that..... but.... the issue shows up randomly - its not always there. Is there a correct order in which to power on all these separate items that are connected via hdmi?

    I have two Samsung LED TVs in the same room supplied with the same HD source into HDMI 1. The audio delay on the UE55HU7500 is terrible both on the internal speakers and the S/PDIF. The other TV is perfect. No adjustments on the UE55HU7500 seem to pull it back in. I am a video editor and it is driving me mad! Samsung please help!

    Audio sync seems to be a big problem on this model. Lots of topics on various AV forums about it, I too have the issue on my 55. Audio delay settings on the tv/external amp dont fix the issue, I hope Samsung can finally get this fixed with a firmware update! Very disappointing after spending so much on a tv, when my older cheaper model had perfect audio sync!

    Hi Daniel, Please make sure you have downloaded Smart view 2.0 as this is compatible with the model of TV. You will need to connect your 2014 TV to Wifi (TV Menu -> Network Setting)> Connect your mobile device to the same Wifi Network> Launch the Smart View 2.0 App and select your TV. Hope this helps.

    I have a UE55HU7500. None of the codes suggested by Sky for Samsung seem to work for this TV. However, by trial and error I was able to find one that did, 2079. This controls the basics like on/off, volume control but I cant guarantee it will do any besides those.

    Hi Angelo, The code for your Smart remote is TM1460A and the Universal remote code is TM1240A. Hope this helps.

    Samsung UE55HU7500 I have had exactly the same problem with an Oppo 105. Changing the port to uhd colour makes the problem worse. Samsung phone support suggested that HDMI 1 is for set top boxes which obviously do not have 4K. It is strange though that you can set the port for uhd colour if it is not designed to work with UHD.

    Last night (16 June) a firmware update was pushed to the TV. When watching Blu-ray today the sound has dropped to inaudible levels. This is strictly limited to the Blu-ray player all other Av inputs are fine. This happens on all Blu-ray disks since the update. Anyone else had this or any tips to correct volume as loosing patience with this.... Pete K: Did you purchase the devices in UK?     Hi Luca, It may be possible but, this all depends on what software you are running on your PC, the video card and what content you are trying to view.
