    I have a UE55HU7500. None of the codes suggested by Sky for Samsung seem to work for this TV. However, by trial and error I was able to find one that did, 2079. This controls the basics like on/off, volume control but I cant guarantee it will do any besides those.

    Hi Daniel, Please make sure you have downloaded Smart view 2.0 as this is compatible with the model of TV. You will need to connect your 2014 TV to Wifi (TV Menu -> Network Setting)> Connect your mobile device to the same Wifi Network> Launch the Smart View 2.0 App and select your TV. Hope this helps.

    Last night (16 June) a firmware update was pushed to the TV. When watching Blu-ray today the sound has dropped to inaudible levels. This is strictly limited to the Blu-ray player all other Av inputs are fine. This happens on all Blu-ray disks since the update. Anyone else had this or any tips to correct volume as loosing patience with this.... Pete K: Did you purchase the devices in UK?
