Although it is possible to choose to either turn off or restart your device by pressing and holding at the same time and for a second the Power and Volume Down buttons on the side of the tablet, you can still turn it off by accessing the Quick Settings Menu: swipe down from the top of the screen > Tap the Power icon in the upper-right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off. Alternatively, Bixby can also help you turn off your tablet. You just need to set up Bixby Voice > After Bixby Voice has been set up, press and hold the Side key, and then say, "Turn off the tablet."
