Cet appareil est ultra limité : 1H30 seulement de time shift, autrement dit rien. Impossible de copier une partie de ce time shift sur le DD. Impossible de lire un média sans couper ce time shift. Impossible de copier des enregistrements TV sur DVD ou périphérique USB.... en fait les fonctions d'enregistrement sont utra limité... certes cet appareil est "ultra connecté", ce qui ne sert à rien, mais il est surtout ultra dépassé par mon vieux philips !!!

Jeg synes denne afspiller gør det rigtig godt, især i forhold til billede og lydkvalitet. Den har også mange andre smarte funktioner der fungerer godt, men desværre også nogle netværksfunktioner som Samsung desværre ikke understøtter længere, hvilket jeg synes er meget dårlig af Samsung, da det forringer noget af brugeroplevelsen og mulighederne med produktet. Afspilleren fungere også bedst med et Samsung TV, da afspillerens fjernbetjening så også kan bruges til fjernsynet. Men generelt et godt produkt, der yder rigtig godt, især i forhold til visning af Blu Ray og DVD film. 3D ydeevnen er også super god med et godt 3D fjernsyn. Afspilleren havde dog været langt bedre på smart-TV siden, hvis den havde haft Google smart-TV brugerflade i stedet for Samsungs egen, der til sammenligning ikke har så meget at byde på.

Impossible de programmer un enregistrement en basse qualité SD, pourtant HD ou SD bien mentionnés sur fiches techniques et notices. Faut-il mettre à jour le micrologiciel ? Grand merci si quelqu'un a la réponse.

When you prerecord it whould many times just came up with a circle and line throughcircle the recording cant b er seen then. Sometimes it would just record a few minutes og the programmed time.

This recorder plays dvd's with no issues but as a tv recorder it is ineffectual. It constantly throws up adjustment acknowledgement warnings then only records minutes of a pre arranged television show. The filing and deletion process is exhausting and insufferable and quite frankly just not practical at all. Especially if the basic function of recording a simple television program cannot be achieved.

Have only had this, for nine months, and remote control is stuffed, I've put 5 different batteries in, gone and bought more, still doesnt work. Doesn't play blu rays, and doesn't play overseas dvds.

When I purchased this I thought great 3D, blue ray and a HDD recorder little did I know that it dose not play Blue ray very well at first I thought it was the Disks but after 5 I got suspicious and tried the blue ray disks in other blue ray players and they played fine as a BD player its junk

Estoy contento con las características del equipo. Me interesa la posibilidad de tener todo en uno. Bluray, TV con grabador y Smart TV. Este equipo cumple perfectamente con todo ello con una calidad de imagen excelente. Ventajas, con un solo equipo resuelvo el entretenimiento audiovisual de casa (odio tener multitud de aparatos dispersos). Me permite dotar de Smart Tv a mi televisor que ya tiene algunos años. Inconvenientes: Un poco lento de respuesta a veces. En el apartado de Smart hub, hay muchas apps, Netflix, Youtube, Filmin, TVE a la carta, Atresmedia, etc. Sin embargo no aparece HBO ni Amazon Instant Video. Lo he consultado al soporte técnico y parece que no va estar disponible de momento (aunque me consta que en otros paises si las disfrutan). Una pena ya que lo adquirí recientemente pensando que desde él podría ver HBO y Amazon.

Impossible de faire des copies telles que vidéos personnelles ou photos depuis un support DVD ou USB. Inversement il est impossible de copier des enregistrements faits sur le disque dur vers un support externe : - cet appareil ne grave pas les DVD ! - si vous utilisez un support USB il sera automatiquement formaté selon un standard SAMSUNG et donc illisible sur un autre ou un PC, et inutilisable. On peut faire la même chose avec un décodeur à 30 euros Le disque dur ne peut servir uniquement à enregistrer les émissions télé ! Je possède un ancien modèle SAMSUNG SH897A qui ne présente pas ces inconvénients, hélas pas compatible avec la TNT HD !

Le mode d'emploi (e-manual) est très mal fait et pas vraiment explicite : comment par exemple couper des morceaux d'un enregistrement effectué sur le DD ? (afin d'enlever par exemple la pub...). Mystère le plus complet ! Manuel à revoir

Ten things you need to know before you (please DON'T) buy a Samsung BD-H8500 Digital Video Recorder/Blu-Ray Player... 1. It fails to record the beginning of some scheduled programs. 2. Even worse, it fails to record the END of some scheduled programs. Many times I have sat watching all the way through a program only to discover that the ending was missing! Particularly frustrating if it's a two (or more) hour-long movie!!! I have now taken to looking at the end of each recording to see if it has stopped short (not an easy task either as the navigation facilities on this device are abysmal too!) 3. It OFTEN (ostensibly) records a program but then refuses to play it back! The item appears in the list of recorded TV programs but has a "No Entry" symbol superimposed on its icon. I can think of no reason why this should be the case but it happens frequently and is utterly maddening when it's a program you were looking forward to and may have no other way of viewing. 4. The device freezes at least once a day! The only way to regain control is to disconnect the power to the equipment. This is one of the WORST features of this lamentable device! It also takes an age to reboot and can often freeze again if you are "hurrying" to get to the setting you need while it's still slogging away at its reboot process! Aaaarghhh! 5. The device also frequently fails to respond to the remote controller (even with fresh batteries installed). I have often found myself repeatedly pressing the same button, getting increasingly frustrated, in a forlorn attempt change a channel or switch to a different mode. 6. The "Guide" function is extremely user-UNfriendly. It often forces you into choices you don't wish to make and prevents you from recording programs you DO wish to see for reasons that are not clear (often because it has, unknown to you, "scheduled" recordings that you are entirely unaware of on "alternative" channels!). 7. It fails to retain any Internet connection unless you set up a static IP address for it in your wireless router (still a daunting prospect for most people!) and the Browser is WORSE than useless in any case! Its user interface (pointer) is hopelessly slow and inaccurate, there is only ONE preconfigured button on the remote controller (when there OUGHT to be several available, eg: FORWARD, HOME, END, REFRESH, ADD_to_Favourites, etc., etc.). It fails to provide sound in cases where I KNOW sound ought to be available. It is interminably slow to load pages and respond (to anything). And it regularly CRASHES (often requiring the whole device to be reset, ie: UNPLUGGED AGAIN!!!!) 8. The e-Manual "included" is a DISGRACE! It is inaccessible whilst you are watching (or recording) TV and is very poorly written and its organisation/layout is even worse. The main failing here, however, is the fact that it is "provided" in an electronic format! This appears to be a cost saving exercise whereby the supplier saves printing costs by failing to provide a competent instruction manual BOOKLET with the device!!!! 9. The built in Samsung Apps DON'T WORK! For example: the BBCi Player App is one you really NEED (because you MISS THE ENDING of so many recorded programs) but when you (eventually, because the Apps are interminably SLOW to work too!) get a program to play on it you are unable to make it play full-screen! The video initializes in a box about a quarter of your screen size and if you select full-screen the App simply moves the "box" up to the top left-hand corner of your screen without making it any bigger at all! 10. Another feature that simply DOESN'T WORK is the Samsung "Smart View" screen mirroring App! This clearly needs to be updated to work with devices like this. When I try to run this App on my Android 6.0 phone all I get is: "No TV Found" but then I'm NOT trying to connect to a TV am I? I'm trying to connect to a DVR and the App simply doesn't seem to recognize this fact!!!! This device URGENTLY needs a firmware upgrade that will resolve the issues listed above and provide a piece of hardware that works as it's supposed to. the idea of this equipment is good (that's why I bought it) but its implementation has been utterly woeful! Do NOT invest in one of these devices, it will completely ruin your TV viewing experience. It has certainly ruined mine!!!

étant frontalier avec la Belgique je viens d'acheter un Samsung bd-h8500 pour pouvoir enregistrer les programmes Français et belges ,mais apparemment il ne capte pas les chaines belges ,rien n'explique qu'il n'est pas compatible pour les pays frontalier de la France donc c'est un vol manifeste à grande échelle merci Samsung appareil à mettre a la poubelle

Cet appareil est équipé d'un tuner ne permettant pas de capter les chaines belges (à l'exception de 2 ou 3). Enregistrement d'émissions totalement impossible donc!

La luminosité de l'horloge est trop faible quand l appareil est en veille. On ne peut pas nommer une enregistrement programmé seulement une fois enregistré. Non adapté aux personnes aimant la simplicité

Muy decepcionado, incluso en la información de internet, solo incorpora algunas apps pero no sirve para navegar. Está capado.

- la gravure sur Blueray n'est pas possible depuis le HDD (c'est un graveur HDD avec un lecteur Blueray) - la gestion des émissions enregistrées est des plus laborieuse (édition pénible, pas de possibilité de nommer (renommer si) ses enregistrements) - le déplacement dans une émission enregistrée est très limité - impossibilité de supprimer une émission lorsque l'enregistrement est en cours...

Bonjour, J'ai acheté cet équipement pour deux choses, d'une part le passage imposé en HD et d'autre part la carte wifi intégrée me permettant ainsi de visionner youtube, du replay et Netflix via ma TV. Le seul 'hic' à ce jour c'est de ne pas avoir encore réussi à trouver la fonction me permettant de nommer mes pré-enregistrements manuelles. Sinon l'installation et la prise en main ont été très facile.

personne de 63 ans, l'appareil est compliqué, la notice est trop succincte. enfin j'ai réussi a enregistré en différé. Mais je suis sure que je ne vais pas utilisé toutes les fonctionnalités. c'est dommage. faite plus simple pensé au personne âgée, pas familiarisé avec les nouvelles technologies

Je ne recommande pas cet appareil; il a beau être perfectionné, il est inutilisable sans notice! et je m’énerve à trouver par moi même ou sont toutes les fonctionnalités.

Just bought this model and I'm very happy with it. Fairly easy to master the basics. My DVD Films look good on it and within a few minutes of setting it all up. I was able to manage both instant record and timer record and also recording two channels at the same time. I would definitely recommend this model.

Tiene una manca en el copiado de archivos del disco duro interno a una unidad externa, por lo que parece resulta imposible reproducir contenido grabado en el ordenador y esto para la gente a sido el punto más decepcionante.

As far as I am concerned the only problems I have encountered are:- 1. The display on the front showing the time etc. is very faint and difficult to see, even in subdued lighting. People with limited sight will be at a great disadvantage. 2. Accessing the EPG is very slow to respond after pressing the button on the remote control. 3. Case attracts a lot of dust and shows up on the black case.
