Je prends ou prenais tout Samsung, de mes électros à mon téléphone cellulaire parce que je trouvais ça esthétiquement de mon goût en plus d'un prix accessible. Je constate maintenaint que ces produits ne sont pas faits pou durer. Soyez satisfaits s'ils tiennent 3 ans. Ça me fâche énormément! J'aimerais que leur servise à la clientèele me rappellent et prosédent aux réparations nécessaires sur ce réfrigérateur que j'ai depuis seulement 3 ans et pour lequel j'ai fait venir des réparateurs 3 fois déjà!

freezer not working for over a month and samsung only uses certain companies to work on their products and the companies they use suck. we have been waiting to hear back from technician for price on repair for over 2 weeks and samsung wont do anything other than continuously escalate promise to call us back and never do. never will i buy samsung again or recommend. they also recommended i use other service providers and that will cost me more money as i already paid for first company to come out and troubleshoot. samsung is the worst and don't stand behind their products or contractors they hire stay away.

Samsung sont fort dans les apparences. Ils sont beau quand on les voit en magasin. Je déteste ce frigo depuis son achat. Pas d’espace, pas de flexibilité de bouger les tablettes. Compliquer pour tout retirer et nettoyer, notamment les vitres. Le bac a glace souvent bloqué et aujourd’hui, le ventilateur (je crois) ou la fan ne semble plus fonctionner. Achetez une autre marque.

this unit is one of the most impressively beautiful and expensive refrigerators out of all that i had the option of buying. i loved it the moment i'd seen it. it also has been the worst refrigerator i've ever owned. the ice maker has stopped working on multiple occasions, and twice the water lines got cracks in them and flooded my basement. a week ago we'd lost power and the communication center is blinking 1/2 letters and numbers and can not be used. which means i can not change the temperatures etc. if i had the choice again i would pass on this model. it has been nothing but problems.

0 stars, but it forces you to at least give one star. HORRIBLE product. One week of receiving the fridge the compressor went out while we were on vacation. We came home to a mess!! Now, not even after having the refrigerator for a year the compressor has gone out AGAIN resulting in yet again another fridge and freezer full of ruined food. I cannot believe you can't engineer a compressor that actually WORKS. It's under warranty for two more weeks but 6 months down the road we are, I'm sure, going to face the same problem. This is completely unacceptable!!!

there is plenty of room for every thing. i realy love my new refregerator . the sheilfs are adjustable. there is plenty of room in the freezer, the upper sheilf keeps everything aranged and organised. it’s easy to clean and take care of. the finger print resistant exterier was a great ideal. the ice maker is a real disapointment. it is the slowest as far as despencing that i ever owned. the left upper sheilf lacks what i feel is enough suppout. i am fear putting anything like a gallion of milk on it because it seems so flimsy.

this is a great fridge if you want one for just a couple years. if you want one that lasts more than 6 years, this is probably not the one, or the brand, for you. ours got a freon micro-leak and based on the location, it is not repairable. i have been a loyal samsung product owner- from phones, tablets, washers and dryers to kitchen appliances, but between my leaky washer and now this, i think i'm done.

Had to clean up a mess from the ice maker. It left about an inch of water in crisper. The 1/2 shelf is kinda odd too. Hard to put in a gallon of milk. Buy love the freezer. It’s easy to organize. Love the middle drawer. I put food easy to grab for kids in it.

J'adore mon réfrigérateur, par contre certains bacs des portes était fissurés, jai demandé un remplacement mais malheureusement j'en ai reçu 1 sur 3. Je ne pense avoir les autres. Seul bémol est le débit d'eau qui est très lent, je perds patience à remplir un verre.
