this refrigerator is a piece of garbage and that’s putting it nicely. if you enjoy spending hours taking food out and storing it somewhere else, so you can remove the back panel; then get a blow dryer to melt the ice build up off of the fan just so it will run properly…well, then this is fridge for you! we have taken it apart 3 times (or more, i honestly lost count)in the past 3 years that i’ve had it. the ice maker doesn’t work. water builds up and freezes under the deli tray and spills out somewhere, only to leave water underneath it on the floor. i don’t even know if my food is currently the right temperature. do not buy this refrigerator.

We’ve had this fridge for approximately 2 years and one day the ice maker just stopped making ice. We’ve done all the trouble shooting and even did the factory reset that Samsung itself says should only be used as a last resort. No one in our area will fix Samsungs so we took a gamble with it. The ice maker works perfectly if it has ice in it. We’ve been filling it with bagged ice multiple times a day and it works great. It just won’t make any ice. I’ve tried googling but can only find “ice masters” and not “ice max’s” so they are of no use. Samsung is a huge disappointment in their products and their ability to have someone come out and repair it.

Je prends ou prenais tout Samsung, de mes électros à mon téléphone cellulaire parce que je trouvais ça esthétiquement de mon goût en plus d'un prix accessible. Je constate maintenaint que ces produits ne sont pas faits pou durer. Soyez satisfaits s'ils tiennent 3 ans. Ça me fâche énormément! 1st: no explanation of how to use the flip shelf. it looks like it's permanently attached to the other shelf. went to u tube and found a video. 2nd: you have to turn off the water supply to change the filter which they want you to do twice a year. my water supply line in behind the refrigerator on it's own line. i'm 81 years old. how am i supposed to do this? 3rd: the design of the bins on the door with the icemaker is insane. the ice maker design is awful. i had a kenmore elite with the icemaker compactly in the door. we had a power surge that killed that fridge and i had to hurry and buy something. i'm just praying that it works better than it was designed.

Samsung sont fort dans les apparences. Ils sont beau quand on les voit en magasin. Je déteste ce frigo depuis son achat. Pas d’espace, pas de flexibilité de bouger les tablettes. Compliquer pour tout retirer et nettoyer, notamment les vitres. Le bac a glace souvent bloqué et aujourd’hui, le ventilateur (je crois) ou la fan ne semble plus fonctionner. Achetez une autre marque.

within 1 week of install this refrigerator stopped working. i immediately reached out to samsung but the soonest available appointment for repairs is 3 weeks from the date of inquiry. i'm without a refrigerator to store food and all my food that was in the fridge is spoiled. they said they will compensate me for spoiled food, but that won't occur until after the unit is fixed. as a consumer, i am disappointed with the urgency samsung has demonstrated here. i highly discourage purchasing products from samsung based on their inability to fulfill their customer obligations to deliver trustworthy and dependable products. additionally, their inability to act with urgency to solve this issue demonstrates no loyalty to their customers and has completely eliminated all trust i had in their brand.

i heard all the tales about the ice maker . and was worried that i would have a lot of problem. but i wanted that frig because it fit my needs. great frig way better then the kenmore elite i replaced. was not a bad refrig it just went out and i lost all of my food. so rather getting it fix i wanted to more too something new. i love the black stainless steel look . so i went for it and i was happy i did. great frig!

let me start by saying we have 5 kids 4 are boys who play sports .. while i love the fridge, the compartments and how organized i can keep everytning, as a personal trainer & a mom of boys who play football the ice machine is the slowest thing i have ever seen. the actual icedrop is so annoying it seems so ridiculous but filling daily gallon water bottles for sports has me standing waiting for cube by cube to drop

J'adore mon réfrigérateur, par contre certains bacs des portes était fissurés, jai demandé un remplacement mais malheureusement j'en ai reçu 1 sur 3. Je ne pense avoir les autres. Seul bémol est le débit d'eau qui est très lent, je perds patience à remplir un verre.

Il son venu 2 fois remplace le Ice Maker et j'ai tourjours le meme probleme maintenant que la garantie est fini il veule encore remplacé le ice maker a mes frais j'ai seulement payé $3,000.00
