Je suis très décu de ce réfrigérateur. J'ai reçu le frigo ce samedi. En enlevant le papier protecteur le dimanche, nous avons réalisé qu'une des portes avait des égratignure qui ne parte pas. De plus, hier matin, en ouvrant le frigo, une des tablettes a fendu pour je ne sais quelle raison. Vraiment très déçu de la qualité de ce frigo pour le prix. Il est neuf,,nous sommes deux adultes à la maison et il semble déjà être plus usée que notre ancien frigo. Je ne crois pas que la conception soit faites pour l'usage quotidien.

I've had this fridge since Dec 2021 and while the fridge is big enough, the issues I've encountered have left me unwilling to consider Samsung in the future. Starting off with the ice sheet/water flooding under the crisper drawer due to a design flaw (heat clip not long enough). When there is an ice sheet, the drawer gets frozen shut... that's how I know it's time to de-ice it. Shelf depth where the water dispenser is is horrendous. Basically 1-2 shelves can only be used with thin bottles. Adjustable shelf has a bar that blocks being able to use the back of the shelf just below it unless it is something pretty flat then that gets "lost" back there.

We bought this refrigerator about 6 months ago. Delivery was a fair nightmare, arriving 3 weeks after promised date. Once received and set up, we have found that to get the refrigerator to cool to 40 degrees we have to set it at 34 degrees. We monitor this constantly, as we have found the refrigerator sometimes warms up to almost 50 degrees. Same situation with freezer. If we stay on top of temperature, refrigerator does its job. On top of all that, we have never been able to register the product because the Samsung website does not allow us to sign in to our account (having tried to do this occasionally over the course of 6 months).

i am happy to say im glad i went with french doors, the added space is great and i love the pull out drawer freezer, so much easier to find things. there are a few features that i would change: the pantry drawer is great but you have to open both doors to pull it open as it runs the full width of fridge. i didnt choose separate middle drawer as i didnt want to lose freezer space. also the shelving on the door that contains the ice dispenser is so small that not much will fit in it. finally, while it has “smart features” they require your date of birth in the app which seemed unnecessary so i didn’t activate.

Attention, Samsung indique qu'on achete un congelateur de 8.9 pi3 mais en réalité si tu veux utiliser 8.9 pi3 de congélateur tu dois acheter leur tiroir optionnel $$$ J'avais le meme frigo avant et ils venait avec tout ses morceaux. Quelle belle maniere de cheaper les produits. En plus le dispenseur a glace envoie plus de glace concasser sur mon plancher que dans mon verre. leur produits sont rendu horrible. False representation. Be careful while buying appliances with Samsung. When you purchase a refrigerator they advertise you get a 8.9 pi3 freezer and this is false. You cannot use your freezer fully since the only way you can do so is by buying an optionnal drawer to attach to the door. The customer service is horrible. I was a loyal Samsung client, but rest assured this is the last time i buy appliances from them. Im sad to have figured this out after ordering 5 new samsung appliances. Not forgetting that the ice depenser spits more ice on the floor than in my glass C'est vrai qu'il ne marque pas, true that it does not leave fingerprints

we love the dark stainless on the fridge, it does nit show smudges or fingerprints, it us great. inside set-up is like most other 3 door fridges but the trays on the side of the ice maker are mostly useless. one of the trays is only 1.5” wide and not much fits in that. also, the ice maker is terrible. it fills up with ice and when you try to get ice thru the door, it pops out of place inside the fridge and it will not deliver ice so we end up opening the door and just getting ice the old fashioned way. really wish we had gone with the ice maker in the freezer section cause tye current ice maker takes up shelf space and tge thru the door ice system is unreliable. ilike the samsung product but would not buy this model again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few of the things I like about this refrigerator/freezer is the water/ice in the door. We use it daily. It has cubed and crushed ice. The shelves are adjustable and that comes in very handy when you have something tall. It took a little bit to figure out how to fit things on the shelves and not waste space. After you get that figured out it works very well. The freezer is larger than most bottom freezers. It would be nice if the top shelve in the freezer would pull out a little further. I really like this Refrigerator/Freezer, I'm very glad I got it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the space in this fridge. It just feels bigger than 28 CU ft. I think that the ice making process and capacity is underwhelming. The capacity is small and it takes longer than I think it should take to delivery a meaningful quantity of ice out the front. The instructions also discourage dumping the entire ice tray contents as it may "confuse" the ice maker. This is the difference between a 4 and 5 star. I purchased a separate counter-top ice maker to make-up for the loss of storage capacity.

beautiful exterior, sleek clean lines. led light is great, so much room inside, big gallon doors and sliding shelf are very useful. ice & water filter make the water taste good! - no more cases of water bottle from the grocery store! freezer drawers provide plenty of room and just right division. being able to vary temperature is so useful, food is very cold - freezer gets food frozen quickly! we got the full 4 piece package & are so happy

This thing is the worst. This is the second unit we have had and both are soooooo bad. There is a major deign flaw with the icemaker and about three times a year the entire thing freezes up. You have to spend about 8 hours waiting for the entire thing to thaw out and be able to get all the ice out if it. Also when you have issues with it good luck getting it fixed. My go to repair store won't work on Samsung's because they are so bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we like this fridge. Lots of room and very bright. Smart features are somewhat limited though. Really the only complaint I have is that the ice maker stopped dispensing ice about 7 months in. Turned out to be a faulty Motherboard and some other parts. However, Samsung was on top of it and we were able to file a Warranty repair easily and got it fixed very quickly.

I live everything about it except for the ice maker. It is very slow, it doesn’t crush ice and it leaks. Also the piece that attaches to the freezer door for small items did not come with it. When I inquired about it I was told that they are not provided by the manufacturer.

Icemaker: do not buy this refrigerator if ice making is important to you. It has been a problem since year one. Basically, it somehow leaks where it dispenses ice into the bucket and the leaked water freezes and blocks the ability for ice to fall into the bucket.

i wasted my money on a lg that died in a year. the samsung is not only a great price, i haven't had any issues with it. the only thing i would like is it to generate ice a little faster, other than that it stays cold!

This is a great refrigerator. The box was missing the shelf in the freezer door. I wish this has the secondary ice machine in the freezer. Keeps everything cold and frozen.
