Access to lots of free movies, series, channels and podcasts with only an internet connection. Remote is small and a couple buttons are hard to get used to, but that is not a major criticism. Sometimes the response time is slower than older tvs even but not too bad. We liked it enough that we bought a smaller version for another room.

The 65" Q8F QLED is no exception, and after a few weeks with it, the picture quality is the standout. Colors are rich and vibrant thanks to the quantum dot panel, and 4K content looks sharp and detailed. Bright rooms aren't a problem either, since the screen handles glare well and keeps its punch in daylight. The Vision AI upscaling does a nice job with lower-resolution content, so older shows and streaming at lower quality look cleaner than I expected. Setup was quick, and the Tizen smart interface is fast and easy to navigate, with all the major streaming apps built in. It also plays nicely with the rest of my Samsung gear, which makes everything feel like one connected setup. Motion handling is smooth for sports and gaming, and the sound is decent for a TV, though I'd pair it with a soundbar for movie nights. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 32" TV is far too complicated. It tries to do too much, which confuses simple, straightforward functions and operations. The learning curve for using without frustration and in a pleasant manner is far too long. Remote is even worse. A disaster to use. Pick it up wrong and you have changed all your settings inadvertently. So, then the TV has to be reset, constantly frustrating. Moreover, the remote is far too small, with too few simple functions along with totally unwanted app buttons (e.g., Samsung TV Plus) instead. Stop adding more functions, it is already far too complicated. Samsung ts trying to do everything for everybody, and it just makes using the TV and Remote a totally frustrating experience for the average non-tech customer. Actually, I am sorry I purchased this TV. Hardly a day goes by when I.m not "swearing" at it that it is one of the most frustrating purchases I have ever made!

Even show that were created years ago feel like I am watching in real time as they are being created. The picture is bright enough for daytime viewing, while darker scenes still show good contrast and detail. I’ve also been happy with the upscaling on older HD content, which looks cleaner on this larger screen than I expected. Navigation and app switching have been responsive so far. For a very large TV, setup and placement are worth planning in advance, but once installed it creates a great home-theater feel. My daughter couldn’t turn them off. The menu shows a place to turn them off but it doesn’t work. Thi s is a terrible feature.

Picture quality is the standout: colors are vibrant without looking oversaturated, and the brightness holds up well even in a moderately lit living room. Blacks are deep for a QLED (not quite OLED levels, but close enough that I don’t miss it most of the time). HDR content looks sharp and punchy. The Tizen smart platform is smooth and responsive. Apps load quickly, and the remote is simple once you get used to it. Sound from the built-in speakers is okay for everyday TV but thin for movies—pairing it with a soundbar made a big difference. Gaming is solid with low input lag and support for the usual features, though I haven’t pushed 4K/120Hz hard. Build quality feels premium and the nearly bezel-less design looks clean on the wall. I love the feature that I can hook up my iPad or my phone to it and be able to listen to my audiobooks through it. The picture quality is fantastic and we have never had a problem with the tv. Also on the small side the controller is great in the fact that I don't have to point it at the tv. This way I csn mute all the political ads with the push of a button.

It is also VERY responsive.. Even though I use a firestick on mine. The TV alone is enough.. You don't even need a firestick, I just chose to keep it.. everything is set out for you, you can pick cool little pictures for backgrounds. It's a nice TV. It's loud when you want it to be and doesn't sound "rattly"..
