I bought this tv a short time ago and it has exceeded my expectations. Everything was easy to set up, downloading apps is a cinch and the sound is good quality. I've been amazed on how clear the picture is, all the details can be seen easier, seen things in movies that I watched before and never noticed them until now. For dollar to dollar it's a great purchase. The only thing I purchased for the tv is straps to keep it falling forward, even though the television stability is good I just took extra precautions because of pets. I give this television two thumbs up..The remote is easily maneuvered. Highly recommend the tv.
Our latest purchase was a New 55" TV. It has been a great investment and also very entertaining. With our many other Samsung purchases from Phones, Tablets and sound bars we have come to understands the quality and dependability of this Brand. THANKS SAMSUNG !!!!
I am very happy with this tv purchase! The quality of the video is amazing and the colors are phenomenal. The sound quality is very good as well. It is easy to navigate and control. It also works very well with my Xbox for gaming and has no lag. The only issue I have had with it is trying to connect to my Samsung refrigerator, but I am pretty sure that is an issue with the fridge and not the television. This television is phenomenal and my goal is to eventually replace every tv in my home with Samsung.

I love everything about it! The Ultra High Definition is for real!!!! It's amazing, almost like the people are standing right here in my living room!!! The color is fantastic too! I'm at home all the time so I get to enjoy it day and night that is unless I am running errands or outside!!! The sound is absolutely perfect!! If I'm cleaning my house I just turn on my music, no need for a radio anymore!! I don't hear so good in my right ear but I also don't have to turn my television up to a hundred either!! This product is extremely hard to set up. The remotes are clunky. It's hard to change channels. Much of the time the remotes take me to the wrong channel. Support was of little help after spending 6 hours on the phone in 5 different sessions. I will not buy another Samsung TV.

From there, you can select the DU7200D TV under Crystal 4K TVs > D Model Lineup to download the guides you would like.

This tv was perfect. The size fits great in small spaces as well. The clarity is really clear and you can see the picture so crisp. You can adjust the setting in the brightness as well. It comes with a remote control. The remote control is thin and sleek. It has functions for volume, apps, and home feature. The home button can take you to apps. Yes! This is a smart tv. The smart tv is amazing because it’s all in one. The tv has apps such as Netflix and YouTube which makes it a one stop shop. You can watch shows on different apps without having to exit the tv itself. The sound quality is really nice too. It has volume settings you can adjust for your liking. It has a feature to please games without a console too. I love this tv.

Compre este modelo en 70 pulgadas, como.regalo para mi papá, apenas cumplió 2 años y se descompuso, me mandaron un técnico y que se debía cambiar el display, el cual cuesta lo mismo que la pantalla nueva, no recomiendo esta pantalla y el servicio de Samsung me deja mucho que desear, me encantaba esta marca en pantallas pero tendré que cambiar de marca y ver que hago con una pantalla de 70" que ahora esta inservible por que trae defecto de fabrica.

The TV size is great 85 but the internals and the software are slow and clunky. I've had the TV for a year and the screen is detaching from the back of the TV. No resolution from Samsung. They pretty much said it was my problem and this is after I bought four other Samsung TVs. So needless to say, I'll probably be moving in a New direction my next time to purchase

The picture is great and the 50" size is perfect for my room. One thing I don't like is that the remote has no voice command.like my last Samsung. And the remote is too light. I bought a new remote which is heavier and has a round shape which is much better in my hand. It does has a voice command feature but it doesn't work on the new TV.
So I bought this product almost 2 months ago and it has been pure joy watching it. The picture quality and sound quality is on point. The colors are bright and vivid and the sound is clean, clear and very crisp. Needless to say we love watching it and I will definitely be buying more Samsung tv's in the future!
after less than 3 years the picture on the left side of the screen went dark. The cost to repair it would have been more than I paid for the tv itself. I reached out to Samsung hoping for at least a discount on a new tv and got nothing. Do not ever buy anything Samsung. Terrible tvs and zero accountability.

Stinks that it's missing an optical digital audio port, but it's got really good sound from the TV speakers, and we're able to Bluetooth to our soundbar.
The contrast in the display is really easy to see, we love how clear and easy it is to watch movies in our living room now.

Had it a few weeks now ..amazing quality for an entry level tv amazing 4K video ...and audio is decent but I use Bluetooth stereo speakers for enhanced audio. Love how it pairs easily to my devices. This is my first 4K TV also my first HDR TV.
I am very excited with my new Samsung TV. After seven months it's still going strong. Love all the settings and options the TV has and the colors are very vibrant and entertaining. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great TV.
This TV was a mistake. The remote is awful we switched to a universal and it’s a little easier now. I wish I would’ve done more research before my purchase. This tv is difficult for my aging parent to navigate.

Good sweet spot between the price of a 65” to its performance in output. The UI is sluggish but is still with SmartThings IOT support. I dinged from 5 to 4 because the screen has a hazy like matte coating
I have been a Samsung customer for over 20 years. I still like the product except for the controllers. I had a lot of trouble with the new controllers , especially the solar tiny units. I went on line and bought new controllers but they are more complicated with buttons I do not need, please go back to making good controllers that work easily and have some size that will make them easy to use. You should really replace what I have for free. In recently I bought 4 Samsung TVs. (my house was hit by lightening destroying all electronics) I have 3 tiny control units I do not use. This model at least did not have a solar controller so a bit better. I have 2 solar and I don't use them. There are three 65 inch models.
Samsung brand is the ONLY Flat screen television myself and my family have ever owned and my new 65” Samsung smart television is perfect! The sound, the picture are unbelievably extraordinarily beautiful and the price was extraordinarily low for a 65” television! Samsung always produces the most PERFECT and best quality products for all technological devices including cellular phones! Thank you Samsung for always providing myself and my family with the best in entertainment and the best value for your pocketbook! Samsung is the BEST electronics company in the world!

When I was presented with the renewal rate for an additional year, I realized that I could purchase a quality smart TV for less money!
When I shop for smart TVs, Samsung is always my first choice. The value for the dollar cannot be beat. Every TV in my household is Samsung. Upon turning on this new 43 inch UHD TV, I was signed into my WiFi and on the latest firmware within 3 minutes!
Signing into all my streaming services was a breeze. Using QR codes and my smart phone, I was logged into all streaming services and my Samsung account in less than 4 minutes. Literally from powering on to fully set up took less than 10 minutes. Samsung has come a long way with their UI. It is on par/exceeds most streaming stick interfaces now.
The picture quality is amazing as is the sound. 43 inches is a nice size when you take into account the PPI (pixels per inch) vs larger TVs.
This is my 4th 43 inch Samsung UHD purchase. The TV is extremely lightweight, has 200x200 VESA mounting and the inputs are strategically placed to minimize wire protrusion.

It took us a few minutes to create our Samsung account to be able to access but it was worth it, you can synchronize your phone with the TV and take advantage of the smart apps the TV has. The interface is super fast and easy to navigate. We loved all the preloaded apps and content it came with. It will be super beneficial for me since the smart things app controls all the smart devices at home, it can even find my phone, my favorite was the Samsung health app, I'll be able to workout from home and honestly it kind of feels like you are in a class since the resolution is amazing, the images are so neat and clear, it fitted my small living room nicely, another thing I really like was that it is so easy to use the TV as a monitor, I was able to connect it to my devices really fast and no issues. The quality of the sound is also really good, no need to have a home theater to watch a movie and have a great experience. I also like the design of the remote control, it has a button for my favorite apps, and has a voice control option as well. I also loved the Samsung tv plus button, they have free content like movies, music and TV shows.The only thing I wish it had more output options to connect different devices, other than that this is definitely the best TV we have ever owned and it's literally more than just a tv! Endless things you can do, definitely worth it.

I received this TV as a free “gift” when I purchased my Book 4 laptop. I ended up putting it on a stand and put it my 5 year old’s bedroom - that’s what he calls it when he sleeps over. We both love the picture so much so that he will not let anyone touch it! I’m now jealous that it has a better picture than the Sony in my bedroom.
Last night while watching the NBA playoffs in the living room I said to my wife that I needed to go watch it in our grandson’s bedroom. She was busy cooking Easter dinner in the living room and I couldn’t get comfortable. Last week I even told her I wanted to upgrade our bedroom with the same model.

Since it’s a smart tv, it comes with apps that you can log into to stream. I love that it allows me to stream my favorite shows on my apps of choice. I also like that it comes with its own channels. There are also local channels too. The clarity is on point and just wow! The sound is perfect and does t really have a scratchy undertone. The tv size is perfect for a living room or a bedroom. The packaging it came in was awesome because the tv came with no scratches. It also comes with a small remote which helps a lot when you’re trying to navigate inside the tv. Overall a great tv with good sound, high quality picture, and loaded with lots of apps. I would recommend this tv to anyone a million times.

While I know HDMI ARC is the supposed to be better, I often have more trouble with it than just a standard connection plus it also eats up a valuable HDMI port. For a gamer who has multiple consoles and other random things going down to two ports is just obnoxious.
Plus many of us have soundbars that don't have HDMI ARC on the sound bar itself. Just look back at the T400 sound bar and it has only optical and Bluetooth.
It is just frustrating that all the other 2024 Samsung TVs have the optical port but not this one.

At first glance the tv is and delivers great picture and functioned as expected. But I purchased the tv in Sep 2024 only for it to die out randomly by Jun 2025. Haven’t even had the TV a year yet. I’ve owned many brands and still have them 10 plus years. It is still under warranty and I’m currently waiting for Samsung to retrieve it and enable me to get a replacement. Needless to say I’m not happy with the longevity of the crystal type Samsung tv.

Well, I am really happy and satisfied with this 50 inch TV Samsung that I purchased. This is my six Samsung TV. I currently have six in my home and I can say the quality of the U 8000 is beautiful by far. This new TV is better than all the other five TVs in the house but no, I’m not gonna replace the other five but I can see my family wanting to use my TV because they say the quality is perfect. It’s like you’re in the movie.

The picture is fantastic, but sometimes I have to adjust it to Dynamic or Filmmakers mode. There is 1 thing that I have a major, personal problem with and that is the lack of numbers on the remote control. I live in S.E. Michigan and we can receive Canadian TV channels but not so with this TV as far as I can figure and it does indeed disappoint me because some/many Canadian shows are my favourite.

I bought this a couple days before Christmas even though my old tv was still working (it was 5 years old). I’m really happy that I bought it and love the fact that I can get local channels with an antenna. Not to mention being able to go on the internet and other apps from the tv is really a cool feature. My only complaint is the remote. A really nice tv but comes with such a cheap remote.
I received my TV a bit after the holidays. The TV is Great but there’s an ISSUE. After I pulled it out of the box to put it up on our wall, we noticed that there was some Damage to the screen. There are 2 separate long scrapes that we noticed. So in some of these views on the TV those spots are clearly viewable. I thought that we could get past it but it’s clearly affecting our viewing.

All the movies apps that are available Netflix prime TV and everything else comes in perfectly in Crystal clear and I also use Xfinity Internet, which is quite expensive but reliable and fast Internet.

I have two of these 85” & I really love them! Quality is superb and the menu configuration is easy to navigate. I’ve also paired it with the Q910D sound bar and it sounds fantastic! I would recommend Samsung for anyone looking to for quality and reliability!
Nothing. We have TV on quality turn table, and if you move the tv by a centimeter, it loses picture. It takes at least 8 minutes or longer to get a picture again. Our old Samsung set up was better. This set up, was twice the price. And Geek Squad set up.

Buyer beware! This TV worked for just shy of 5 months before it completely shut down. In the middle of watching a show, the tv just turned off. What's even worse is that now it's flashing and we can't turn it off with the remote or manually. We tried resetting the circuit breaker and still can't turn it off. It's just been flashing for 5 days straight, and sInce the TV is mounted on the wall, we can't even unplug it until we can get the installer back out to the house to take it down. Total disappointment, especially since we typically like Samsung products. DO yourself a favor and buy a better quality TV if you're getting one this large.

We bought the Samsung 60" TV to replace a Samsung TV we had used for a dozen years that had started developing a picture screen bright spot.
The new TV sound quality changes depending on the channel being watched or the program being watched. The video is too dark when watching old black & white shows and too bright on regular programs and movies.
When turned on it spends the first thirty seconds announcing available programs which we find annoying. We just want to turn it in, select a channel and watch it.
It seems that someone in charge at Samsung is so hung up on technology they have forgotten most people prefer to keep things simple.

Thank you for your feedback. I have a few recommendations that may improve your experience.
First, the Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On.
You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
Next, let’s ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings.
For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic.
Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings.
You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings > All Settings> General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.

I bought this last month, it’s a great TV, very clear and performs well. The only issue I found is that it doesn’t have an optical eye port, so I had to use the HDMI arc input for my sound bar.
We, so far, are not a fan of this tv. The picture quality has not been that good. But the worst part is the remote that came with it. Terrible! Not user friendly at all!!

Great picture. Probably the best picture we’ve ever had. Easy setup, great with sound bar and subwoofer. Very small scratches on screen, not noticeable when the TV is on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new TV is super! It took only a few days to understand how the UI worked in this TV. WITHOUT THE USER GUIDE. Once I got into Settings, it all came together for us. After learning what to do, I tried the different Screen Modes and found that Filmmaker Mode gave the screen more brightness, as 4K films can be very dark in low light scenes. In 4K films, the TV will go automatically into Filmmaker Mode. I even connected our Samsung Crystal 70” TV to a digital mixing system via USB; we have 4500 watts of audio - and it works seamlessly. It’s installed on a wall mount and though it’s a large TV, the mount can be moved side to side as well as up or down and even in FHD, the screen looks very nice! You guys rock!
Not my favorite Samsung tv by any means it’s so many things I don’t like I can’t. Even name them all. You get what you pay for it’s cheap on price for a reason

I love my Samsung TV. I have been a Vizio fan for some time with no issues at all. I will admit that at age 68, I wanted a larger screen and my decision would probably be based on cost. I found a great deal on this one and snapped it right up. Picture and sound are really great. My only problem with it is Me - I’m not used to the newer technology and so I have been working on that. I really only use basics but I needed to work on pairing my AirPods and adjusting volume - both are now working great!! Bonus - my old 42 inch screen got moved to my bedroom and my older yet 32 inch screen was converted into a monitor for my computer!!

At first I was not happy with the picture quality which is due to the fact I was using a ROKU stick. Once removed it was better. However, I definitely do hot like the remote. The icon features are small and hard to read, especially for someone with vision problems such as myself. Another option you cannot access on the remote is the microphone/talk feature. The TV has it but the remote does not. So for my purposes I will have to buy a different remote. Overall, I guess the issue is the remote. Too small, icons too small and no microphone feature. One would think that the if the TV has the 'talk' feature that the remote should as well.

You can connect them to your existing Alexa device to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more.

My last Samsung just suddenly went black , so I shopped around for a good buy , this one is 55’ so a little bigger but the volume has to be turned up to the 40’s or higher , I had a sound bar connected to my old one but it has a weird small connector that hooked into the back of the old tv , this tv doesn’t have it . Finally found a cord online that had the two connectors I needed , ordered and delivered and it was only 6 inches ! Gave up on the sound bar for now but don’t understand why I have to turn the volume up that much . Hate the remote too!
i purchased this TV along with 3 other Samsung TV's in the past two months after moving into a new house (this 75", a 43", a 65" and an 85"). Overall picture quality is great, much better than some other brands I own. I would rate this TV higher but the for the remote control. In short, it sucks and not very responsive and often requires pressing a but over and over. Why not put numbers on it to make it easier to navigate channels on apps such as Samsung Plus or Directv. Would it kill you to actually put a fast forward and rewind but right on the remote? It also feels very cheap. With a name like Samsung, I would expect more.

We are now a 2 generation Samsung television family and the Samsung product has been a huge part of our lives since we purchased our first Samsung 55” LN55C630KIFXZA back in 2010 & it’s been a great success. So we decided to treat ourselves to an early Christmas/ Anniversary gift & purchased our newest 2024 SAMSUNG Model UN55DU6900FXZA. We are thrilled with the new design and can’t wait to purchase the Soundbar and Subwoofer to complete the project. For the most part, I like our new Samsung 65” DU7200. It works well, has great video resolution and has a number of builtin streaming capabilities/options but… My main complaint with the TV is the lack of input and outputs. It has 3 builtin HDMI input, cable, one USB, Ethernet and that’s it! There’s no fiber/optical connection or the old 3 connector AV input options. I realize the older 3 input AV connections are somewhat outdated but we still have some devices which use those. As for the optical connection, there’s none. I have a couple of devices which require the optical cable and I’m not able to use this on the new TV. All this to say is, verify your needs before purchasing any new TV to make sure it has the capabilities you require.
The picture is great. I’m giving this TV 3 stars due to the reason that it does not have an optical port. I have owned many Samsung tv’s and I stick with them because they have a great picture. But I have a Sonos sound bar and I can not connect it and the tv has terrible sound capabilities so it is needed. Not sure why other models and sizes have the optical port but this one doesn’t and I can’t return it so I’m just going to live with it. I was also told by Samsung support that there is no way to convert so the sound bar could be attached.

There is no other tv that comes close to this in the price point. The features this tv has, makes life easier for me. For example, I can find out when my dogs are barking and put music on for them while I am at work. Also, it works with my Amazon Alexa which is so convenient! When I lose my remote control, I can ask Alexa to turn on the tv and use my cell phone to turn channels. I’m so happy with this product. This is my second Samsung and both are amazing!

Its functionality is intuitive, there’s no need to spend hours on learning how it works as I have had to do with TVs I owned in the past. I’m a gamer, and I honestly figured it would take a lot of time and expertise to integrate all the gaming components with the TV screen, but just like the initial setup, I had no problems, no frustration and no grief with this TV! Best ever!!
Although the picture is great, this tv is awful. The most infuriating tv I’ve ever had, let me explain.
1.) When you turn on the tv it starts playing some random show on the free tv app or some random movie before even clicking anything.
2.) There’s no “night mode” and you can hardly turn down the brightness for when you don’t want the screen blinding you at night.
3.) There’s no Chromecast and only airplay (I have both even on my Vizio). Chromecast is far superior.
4.) When playing a show while airplaying, it doesn’t continue to the next episode when the it’s over and instead makes your recast all over again.
The picture quality is not worth how awful everything else is about this tv. I’d do anything to trade this tv with even the worst Vizio.

While your DU7200 TV may currently default to Samsung’s TV Plus app, please know you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Start Screen Option
1) Enabling Start with Smart Hub Home automatically launches Smart Hub when the TV is turned on. Navigate to this option to enable or disable the feature.
2) If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app is automatically run when you turn on the TV. You can turn this function on or off by pressing the Select button in the current menu.
You can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings to help with the brightness of your TV.

I received the 65” version of this model when I purchased my laptop and it’s great I had to get another Samsung Crystal UHD! The wall mounted TV in my bedroom was a 60” and I couldn’t even read the basketball game’s score! This 40” easily replaced my 60” with the clear and sharp screen!!! Easy to mount and set up. Practical plug it in, connect whatever you’re using and follow the utility to set it up.
There is one downside and that is there is no optical connection. Figure that?! I couldn’t connect my Sonos soundbar because this TV doesn’t have an optical connection. So I ordered a Vizio soundbar which has a HDMI connection..
This 43” tv is just ok. Sitting directly in front the picture looks great. Start moving towards either side and as the viewing angle increases the picture quality diminishes substantially. It’s as if you are only seeing the white band of colors. Bought this tv for our bedroom and where we get ready in the morning makes this tv utterly horrible to view. Also, no fiber optic output for audio. And finally, no way to turn off internal speakers. Only gives you option to connect to a Bluetooth speaker instead. Come on now…… I have owned two other Samsung tvs and absolutely LOVE them. This one misses the mark by a mile for its price.

Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:
1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.
To mute the sound on your TV, press the +/- button on your remote. When connected to an external speaker device please know the TV speakers will not automatically play unless you turn on Multi-Output.
