The Galaxy Book 3 360 is not just a bad laptop—it’s a technological atrocity. It’s an insult to consumers and proof that Samsung either doesn’t care about quality or actively hates its customers. From top to bottom, this device is riddled with catastrophic flaws that make it unfit for any purpose. I wouldn’t give this thing away for free, let alone pay for it. Design and Build The design of this laptop is a cruel joke. The folding feature is nothing more than a gimmick designed to distract you from the abysmal quality of everything else. The included pen is so bad it feels like it was thrown in at the last minute just to tick a box on a marketing sheet. It’s wildly inaccurate, unresponsive, and utterly useless for anything beyond tapping a screen. The build quality is horrifying. The device feels as if it was constructed from the cheapest materials available. It flexes alarmingly under the slightest pressure, and every time you open it, you’re greeted with the unsettling creak of a machine that seems seconds away from self-destructing. Dropping this laptop from even a few inches would almost certainly obliterate it into a pile of brittle, plastic shards. Display The display is a monumental failure. Samsung advertises this as a "premium" device, yet the screen is so reflective it’s like working on a polished chrome mirror. You will spend more time staring at your own miserable reflection than anything on the screen. And let’s not even talk about the brightness—because there isn’t any. Even at maximum brightness, the screen struggles to outshine a single candle in a dark room. Outdoors, it’s completely useless. The resolution might be acceptable on paper, but what good is that when the panel is barely usable in real life? Colours look dull and lifeless, contrast is mediocre at best, and the screen washes out entirely at the slightest angle. For a company that manufactures some of the best phone displays, this is a baffling disgrace. Performance The performance of this machine is an insult to anyone who values their time. Tasks that should take seconds—like opening a browser or launching a program—drag on for eternity. The laptop regularly freezes, lags, and stutters to the point where you start questioning whether it’s actually broken. Booting up this monstrosity takes so long you could make a cup of tea, drink it, and still come back to find it struggling to load the desktop. And the fans! Oh, the fans. They sound like an industrial vacuum cleaner but do absolutely nothing to cool the laptop. It stays blisteringly hot at all times, as if it’s powered by a miniature nuclear reactor instead of a processor. The heat is so unbearable that using it on your lap for more than a few minutes feels like a health hazard. Battery Life The battery life is beyond abysmal—it’s offensive. The device drains power faster than a sieve leaks water. A full charge barely lasts long enough to get through a single email, and charging it is an exercise in patience. Even when plugged in, the battery struggles to keep up with basic tasks, and it never seems to reach a full charge without hours of waiting. This is not a portable device; it’s a tethered brick pretending to be a laptop. Keyboard and Connectivity The keyboard is a disaster. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using the Galaxy Book3 360 for ten days, I'm in love with this laptop. It looks premium and attractive, and its compact size makes it easy to carry around. The backlit keyboard is also a neat feature that I appreciate. As someone who often presents for work, I've found the S pen and 2-in-1 features incredibly helpful for creating notes, delivering presentations, and using the digital whiteboard. The touchscreen is responsive and accurate, which makes using the laptop feel intuitive. The inclusion of USB A and C ports and HDMI is a huge plus, as HDMI is surprisingly still essential for presentations in certain workplaces. Additionally, the microSD slot has solved my storage concerns. And, I appreciate that the laptop still has a 3.2pi HP jack - this has been useful for using our good quality microphone for podcasting. When I'm not using the laptop for work, I enjoy using it as a tablet to watch movies and draw during my long commute. Although it's not a gaming laptop, I'm pleasantly surprised that SIMS 4 runs smoothly. The AMOLED screen and Dolby Atmos sound are also impressive. In terms of performance, I've run multiple documents, tabs, presentations, and Photoshop without issues. The battery lasts 10-12 hours when I use it for work at medium brightness. Although the fan was switched on more frequently in the first couple of days, it became silent after I completed all the updates. The only downside I've noticed is that the webcam could be improved, but I think most of the laptops just don't have decent cameras. Overall, the Galaxy Book3 360 is an excellent and reliable laptop; It would be a great asset for students or those like me who need to collaborate, present, or deliver training at work.

Contents Opening the box you get a nicely wrapped and protected Samsung pencil Galaxy Book 360 i5 Usb c to usb c cable roughly 1.5m A solid weighty usb c charger 3 pin Construction 5/5 The device feels very well constructed, not too heavy but not too light either. The hinge is quite stiff which is a good thing as can be used as a stand, a laptop or just folded back out the way. It comes with an average size low profile keyboard with a fingerprint sensor at top right corner which appears very responsive. Keyboard 3/5 The keyboard is typical low profile and appears to be. Very responsive, I've not found a way to disable it whilst trying to use it in tablet mode but im sure there may be a way. The keyboard has a very minor delay to key press which is barely noticeable and only gaming or development keyboards seem to avoid this. Performance 4/5 The system is very responsive and minimal delay is noticed. It does start to slow down with more demanding packages like visual studio. Ive not tried it for gaming but based on the specs I would suggest it would run a lot of games at low settings or older games on medium to high. Screen 4/5 The screen is very responsive and the included pencil works a treat for note taking or effortless interaction. The colours are very vibrants for streaming the likes of YouTube and it presents images really well. Pencil 3/5 Works really well for note taking however its a shame as they dont appear to offer any slot or section to attach the pencil which is a shame as I fear it may get lost over time. Speakers 3/5 Speakers are acceptable and clear however like all devices this compact, they can suffer from a little tinny quality at higher volumes, especially if thr output is base heavy. Overall, the device is very nice, the screen does attract dust and fingerprints for fun so try to use the pencil where you can. I would recommend it for someone looking for a premium product with mid range spec (can pay more for higher spec). If you wish to use ot like a tablet, a tool for taking notes or just a nice little device for streaming, browsing and some other low intensity tasks, then it is great. Anything more you should consider the higher spec range. Disappointing points for me were no place for the pencil and no obvious way to disable keyboard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start! What an unbelievable laptop, I’ve had small and thin laptops in the past, but nothing as small and light as this! I’m blown away with how Samsung have packed so much into such a small laptop. I have a bad back and consequently always gone with something small and portable that I can take around whilst on the go. After a few days of using and travelling around with it I found that I couldn’t even feel the weight of it in my back pack. I’m now on the look out for a smaller back pack! In terms of performance it has all the apps that you’d want on a laptop, it’s also got the great ability to be switched into tablet mode so you can just use the screen with the Samsung S Pen. I’d highly recommend it, if you are looking for a new laptop just buy this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this laptop from a month now and it is amazing, really lightweight and fit for purpose. Battery is great , takes around an hour to charge and last me a day . So it’s like cell phone charge once and use but depends on usage though. The 2in1 feature is great, you will especially notice when watching movies or videos. One downside is speakers though, as positioning of speakers is not appropriate for laptop mode , sound is always on lower side, but works great in tablet mode. Initially I thought its bit smaller in size but screen is so crisp , you dont even notice and its smaller size is perfect to take it with you anywhere , really a small wonder it is. Laptop looks really premium and trendy. Grey colour gives it a classy look and galaxy pen works great with it. I am really impressed with this product. It wont be wrong to say its the best laptop I have ever used.

I've had my Galaxy Book3 360 for about a month now and it was very easy to set up and personalise. The sound and the graphics are good and the keyboard has a lovely action. I have only used the facility to fold the screen all the way back on itself a couple of times but it does make it very easy to use, either like a tablet or in a triangle to give a really stable resting position. It also came with an s-pen like stylus, but I haven't needed to use that at all. There are two things that could be better: the time to start up/come out of hibernation and a lack of responsiveness when there are multiple apps running at the same time, but neither of these is enough to stop me using it (at least, not yet!). The battery life seems to be quite good - I have it plugged in when I am not using it and then have run it on battery for up to an hour and a half streaming video without significant battery drain. All in all, I'm very happy with it.

I have used it for just normal web browsing, I was doing my university studies on it as well, and I even encouraged myself to start playing the sims. The touch screen is so much fun to use, especially while playing, it's easier and faster to use the touch screen rather than using the keyboard for playing, but also I find it easier to use touch screen while browsing the web. I don't like using the touch pen, I tried to use it few times but I can't encourage myself to start using it on daily basis. The battery life is good, I don't need to charge it too often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy Book3 360 (13.3", i5, 8GB) As a student in my penultimate year at university, I've found it extremely difficult to find a suitable laptop that is lightweight, efficient and durable. I am pleased to say that this laptop hastrongly exceeded my expectations. The best aspect of this laptop is that it does everything my larger display laptop could do but faster, with less wires, noise and less weight. The timeless sleek grey metal design really provides a premium feel and added layer of class and I especially LOVED the feedback of the S-pen; a truly underrepresented joy. I've really enjoyed using the laptop in tablet mode and the screen is very sensitive and responsive. I do wish that in the future, mini stands or raised silicon notches be attached to the keyboard when using tablet mode (or a keyboard freeze button option). This way, I would feel less anxious about accidentally pressing the keyboards whilst holding it upright. 13.3" was a suitable size for me considering the probook3 was roughly a little bigger than A4 paper and this was brilliant as it hardly took any space in my bag and blends in really well with my hardback books. Surprisingly, the laptop arrived with 0% battery however was fully charged after only 40 minutes of using the quick charger- the battery life lasted for 5 hours until it ran out of juice again (brightness 40%). When charged for an hour to reach 100%, the battery life typically lasts 6-8 hours depending on brightness level. The display was vibrant and rich in colour with the screen borders hardly affecting my viewing experience due to the bezels thinness. This made video viewing more enjoyable and HD. The charger is a normal C-cable (same as phone charger) with no adapter which I did not expect but actually makes a lot of sense! This changed the game for me as it meant I didn't have to lug extra wires or deal with the added weight and space typically taken from a usual adaptor charger. All in all, this is a well rounded lightweight laptop that doubles as a tablet with a conveniently designed magnetic s-pen that makes it easier to complete work-related tasks and to relax. Ticks all the boxes and I've recommended this to my classmates. I have managed to get significantly more work done than normal (previous laptop) due to plenty of time being saved from charging, a more efficient keyboard (hands down the best typing feedback experience), smooth handwriting experience (S-pen) and the utilisation of multiple screen
