I wanted to replace a 3 year old Windows laptop and wanted the best laptop available for Windows. My use case is predominantly Office based work, along with text-based content creation. I'm not a video or photo editor. However I wanted a premium machine. I tried the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra in store and was blown away by how good the unit it. The 120Hz display is class leading and transforms the entire experience. My i9 unit is blazing quick which makes a big difference for the user experience. Build quality is as good as any laptop from any brand. The large track pad is in the main a delight to use and the keyboard is very comfortable. I'd prefer slightly larger key-caps and a smaller trackpad, but YMMV. Battery life is acceptable but not special. This device is a class-leading laptop, with an exceptional display panel that makes it a pleasure to use. No regrets buying this machine, though I wish there had have been a 32GB RAM version available in the UK.

I bought this to replace my everyday use desktop PC and so far it has been very capable! I wanted a high end laptop as I was worried switching over to a portable setup would come with some costs however I have yet to really run into any issues or downgrades. Having the power that this system has but portable has been very helpful for me and my lifestyle, and with a slick, professional design, it's been great to have with me day to day. I think the price is a little steep however you are getting a dedicated graphics card therefore it's not too difficult to justify. All in all, very happy with the purchase and excited to keep using my machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Book 3 Ultra is an amazing piece of kit. Straight out of the box, it's an understated yet beautifully designed piece of metal. Despite its size, it's deceptively light and thus surprisingly portable. The keyboard is comfortable and additional is nice to use, especially after moving from a 13" device. Key travel is satisfying and the huge trackpad is extremely responsive and accurate. Star of the show is the screen. Sharp, bright, clear and the perfect size for work or for media viewing. Samsung are easily the leaders in this field. Whether on power or battery, performance has been excellent for work, streaming or gaming thanks to the RTX 4050. I/O options are great too. Easily the best laptop I've had to date.

Things that are not fitting for the title Ultra. In the UK you can not buy with 32gb Ram. You can not upgrade the 16gb soldered on Ram your self. DDR4 is used, not DDR5. The screen has artificially masked rounded corners, so the operating software and application windows have unviewable parts of the screen in each corner. The 4070 mobile gpu is not able to access the maximum Watts as in other laptops with this gpu. The HDMI is 2.0 and not 2.1. Micro SD slot rather than full size. No touch input. Poor battery capacity. No option to run at full power performance mode while on battery. Webcam is not Windows Hello.

The device is beautiful, very sleek looking, and fun and easy to use. However. Here are my issues. 1. When charging the device, if you run a finger along the frame, you will get an electric shock. This is also the same with the Z Fold 4. 2. The trackpad is comicaly huge. I disable it and use a mouse. 3. The real estate for the keyboard is massive, so why do we need reduced size arrow keys and FN function for home/pageup/pagedown/end? 4. As above, the real esate for the keyboard is huge, why have you cramped the numpad so much that you have to put enter on the bottom row.

I've been looking for a high quality Windows laptop that has the power to take on everything I need while remaining portable. I also wanted one that was beautifully designed with an excellent display. I'm blown away by the Book 3 Ultra (i9). It handles everything I throw at it. The display is the best I've ever used and it is a superbly designed and built device. The Samsung software features provide integration with my S23 Ultra enabling me to quick share files and use Multi control across both devices. It creates an ecosystem as good as any. I highly recommend this laptop.

The Book3 Ultra is a beast of a device. My model is spec’d with an i9 and 4070, so ends up being an immense upgrade on my desktop. At the same time as being a performant beast, when you put it into its battery saving mode, when you do non-intense tasks, its battery life is fantastic. Beyond this, I love the display, colours are brilliant, HDR range is excellent, and it is truly an awesome gaming experience on that display. I also love both how bright and how dim it can get: brilliant for both outside viewing and late night Netflix binge. I thoroughly recommend it. And as a sales advisor I have already sold 2 of these, 5 of the pro 360 and 4 of the standard 360 variations. The Book3 range is thin, light, with excellent performance and displays.

Awesome screen, and very powerful with the dedicated GPU it handles Autocad / Revit software very well indeed. I love how you can connect and access a tablet as a second screen as well. Minor issues for are, i'd rather bigger keys than the massive trackpad and a full SD card reader would be better. But I generally have a keyboard attached so no deal breaker.

First what I like to point out it's the screen quality, OLED display giving you clear image with deep blacks and true vivid colors. Working on graphic programs I can see really big improvement compared to my old device. Battery performance gave me full day of remote work without a charger what is really great. Laptop is lightweight very stylish and feel sturdy what you can expect from premium Samsung devices. It will work with your Android phone as it's DEX compatible and that is very usable to me. Kids are happy as well as they can play all modern games on very high settings and they are looking stunning without any performance issues. Just want to notice that speakers in this device are perfectly tuned and my ears love them. I can say that laptop is the best in its range and you will be happy as myself if you get one. Now my partner want to steal it for his gaming nights, I will need to get one more on his birthday soon.

I was recently fortunate enough to purchase a brand new Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Ultra and what a joy. The machine is sleek, sophisticated and very well specced. It comes with all th right ports, including USB-C, USB-A, HDMI and SD card reader and with a dedicated graphics card - high resource applications like Photoshop and Lightroom run with ease. I Like its ultra slim profile and moderately light weight ( forgiven entirely on the basis of the aforementioned graphics card). It has a lovely finish, that although picks up fingerprints they are easily wiped away. Glowing gifts and bells and whistles aside, if I had to be critical then it would be the battery life which does not last very long with intensive use, which I expect this laptop is designed to undertake. A second slight criticism is that the setup of ports on the left could be moved around currently the first port is HDMI then USB-C and its only an issue if you happen to use a broad headed hdmi cable, then the USB-C feels cramped. FInally another slight criticism is that 'Windows Hello!' was not included into the front facing camera - It is posisble and would have provided a nice touch. These slight criticisims aside. This really is a magnificent machine desiged to work hard, play hard and perform at the very best all the while looking stylish, professional and very cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, what a screen and great overall performance. The AMOLED screen is phenomenal and together with the processor and high refresh and such vivid colours, great for gaming, design work and viewing photos as well as daily browsing. There are plenty of ports including one USB A which is useful, though two would have been good for additional peripherals. An HDMI and Micro SD card are also provided. The ability to switch from phone to laptop to tablet is great and completely seamless. I'm able to pickup where I left off on web pages and even messages instantly which is really handy. The laptop is super lightweight but still feels sturdy and good quality with the aluminium finish. The battery life is more than most, easily lasting a full day and the USB C charger is so compact as well it makes a big difference from others in the market. When using this for work I found the mic and speakers to be brilliant, there's in built noise cancelling and a high resolution front camera so video calls are good quality without interference. I also didn't feel too much glare from the screen which may be to do with the reduced blue light that the screen emits which is great when you're working on the laptop all day. Overall I'm really impressed with this model, it's a great investment in a machine which is packed with features and technology to assist the everyday whilst feeling lke it's built to last.

- Storage capacity representation: The capacity of the storage device (HDD, SSD) of the manufacturer is calculated assuming that 1KB=1,000 Bytes. However, the operating system (Windows) calculates the storage device capacity assuming that 1KB=1,024 Bytes, and therefore the capacity representation of the HDD in Windows is smaller than the actual capacity due to the difference in capacity calculation.
