Stay powered even without a battery
Galaxy Tab Active5 5G stays on and powered even without a battery. When you leave the tablet in high heat inside a vehicle or need to stay charged and connected at a kiosk, use No Battery Mode to keep it powered and avoid a swollen battery. Simply plug into a power source and continue working.
*Need to turn on “No Battery Mode” and use a dedicated USB Type C power source accessory (9V/2.3A ↑, PD2.0↑).

Galaxy Tab Active5 5G comes with an innovative IP68-rated water- and dust-resistant S Pen in box, for an easy way to work on the go with no need to charge. Responsive and precise even with gloves on, easily capture and create content and use it in outdoor environments from logistics to healthcare.
*Dust resistance rating is tested under lab conditions by a third party: 2kgs of talc powder (max. diameter of 0.05mm) per cubic meter was blown into a test chamber housing the device (air pressure within device kept below surrounding air) for 2 hours. Rated IP6X. Dust-resistance may vary by actual usage conditions.
**Water resistance rating is based on test conditions: submersion in up to 1.5 meters of freshwater for up to 30 minutes(IPX8). Not advised for beach or pool use.
