sama seperti ulasan pelanggan lain mengenai produk gagal ini, layar utama atau layar lebar mati dan hidup, banyak matinya, lalu jika ada update ONE UI selalu bermaslah dengan pattern dilayar depanyang tidak bisa disentuh. berulangkali meminta bantuan dari smart tuutor juga alhasil direstart layar depan juga tidak bisa disentuh, perlu berulang kali untuk restart layar depan bisa digunakan untuk buka pattern. beberapa kali juga ke service center selalu alasan bahwa harus ganti perngkat yang biaya tidak sedikit. kira-kira USD 550. apa yang harus dilakukan dengan perngkat semahal ini dengan kualitas bobrok, apakah ada solusinya? atau hanya diberi jawaban dari SAMSUNG maaf atas tidak kenyamanannya. kita butuh pertanggung jawaban dan solusi bukan sekedar permohonan maaf.

Sebagai engineer hp ini sangat membantu untuk kerja dimana bisa mereview client spec, review drawing dari drafter, buat trading, tentunya pas lagi gak di depan pc atau laptop. Fitur multitasking mantap. So far worth it beli ini gadget. Sudah 1 bulan pemakain crease nya aman, kalau rusak setidaknya ada alasan untuk beli lagi tapi nunggu generasi selanjutnya tentunya.

I purchase this phone at the beginning of January by the middle of January I was returning it getting a new one thinking something was wrong with that phone but the new one is acting the same way it's glitching the front screen developed a crack no know why you can't get your text your emails act up I have a business this was my business phone I am a true Samsung girl have had every note there was and when this phone came out I said I was going to try it I don't know what's wrong with it Samsung need to figure it out I will get the four if you figure out the glitches maybe it's the 5G it's a beautiful phone and I would love to have it if it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you haven't tried this phone be careful because once you use one all other phones will look so old compared to this. I love the huge screen and then just being able to fold it and put it away in my pocket. If I was looking for something to complain about, maybe the crease you can see it when there is a lot of light reflecting on the screen but most of the time you forget it's there. Same thing with the under display camera, I go days before I remember it's there. Overall I think this is the perfect phone to get into the folding technology as it's water resistant just like other phones and I haven't encountered any problems with its durability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is so cool to use. The big screen is amazing to watch videos on or read e-books with. I love being able to use Microsoft word and other programs so that I don't have to use my laptop as often. I'm a public speaker and the big screen is amazing for reading over notes on stage. Some downsides to all the benefits is that you will have to charge it back up at some point in the day, the big screen saps the battery pretty quick. Also the lack of dust a resistant rating makes me concerned with the lifespan of this phone just from daily use. Overall, it's a really cool phone and there aren't that many downsides to it (besides the price!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a note 10 which I loved to Z fold 3 and I love it. It has its perks and I love working from it. I am always sending emails and doing zoom calls and hate to always have to bust out my Galaxy tablet and borrow Wi-Fi, I can do all of my work from this phone easily. The battery life is okay, I've done all the necessary steps to help prolonged it but still, it's a big phone it uses up a lot of battery when unfolded which I don't use all the time. The camera is okay, if you want better this ain't it it's alot like my Note 10 and am okay with that. This phone is just a lot of fun and I love it when people ask me ooh is that the fold up phone.

I'm a gamer, and being that I I've been around since the birth of Nintendo, I've seen the growth, flux and flow of gaming hardware and software alike, and this device is the perfect next step in the evolution of both, the games themselves, the hardware they're played on and it is a new path for the gamer to explore.

I love this phone. Being able to go outside with piece of mind knowing the durability and water resistance is there makes it a truly awesome phone! Battery life seems a little bit lower than the Zfold2 but the trade off is that it will bottom line get you through the day. The 120hz on both screens and the under display camera are just awesome! People have reviewed the UDC as bad, but lets be honest, Who uses it other than for conference or video calls??? From a practical, real person / real world application this phone is just amazing. Now just make it a bit cheaper Samsung....don't be Apple hungry and you will convert WAY more people!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comparing my Z Fold 2 to my Z Fold 3... The battery life on the 3 is not as good as the 2. The speaker quality and volume on the 3 is nowhere near as good as the 2. The corners on the 3 are rounded off like the S series and the 2 was more squared off like the Note series which I definitely prefer. The user experience is nearly identical. If I would have had some hands on time with the 3 prior to pre-ordering, I would probably have skipped the 3 and kept my 2. All that being said does not mean I do not love the phone, I do. I can't see myself ever owning a regular phone again. I just don't consider this much of an upgrade at all.

Pros it has everything you need to carry out work on it and I was a bit wary about fold in middle but it is very durable and when using movie apps can barely tell its there the things you can do on it are unreal. Cons: only thing I find is front screen is a bit small but you get used to it and I think for paying so much for it it should come with a charger luckily I have a lot of them but some people might not and I think front should come with a glass protector but one comes with is ok. Overall its a great phone paving the way for future in phones I've been Samsung from beginning and this is why always striving ahead in the tech.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was always sceptical of many conerns people had being gone this generation. And most of them are gone. The only major concerns really is just dust. The screen is soft and you can tell its not glass but if you dont stick something sharp or avoid using nails its fine. The crease is barely visible/not distracting when using it on a decent to high brightness and centered. It is notible in bright areas due to reflection. My biggest gripe is that the cameras arent the best but for most people they are amazing, and most IMPORTANTLY, its horrible thermals and smells like smoke. Though thats only a problem when playing demanding games. could just be my unit.

I am so happy that I made the investment in this phone. It is like having my phone, computer and television in my hands at all times. Traveling has been simplified and compact because I no longer have to carry my laptop with me every time. The only downside to this phone that I have seen thus far is, the signal strength is not as good with the case on, it is slow to respond at times, and some sites and apps do not display properly when the phone is in full open mode. Overall, still a great phone and I recommend for business professionals on the move a lot. I have become a true fan of the Samsung brand over the last 10yrs plus.

I waited until the 3rd iteration of the Z Fold and I am glad I did. I wanted to get the first version, but I made myself wait until Samsung worked out the kinks. The Z Fold 3 is an excellent product! I use this phone for both work and personal, and the extra space on the inside screen is something that I am not sure I can ever go back from. The outer screen takes a little getting used to, but once you do every thing works well at a smooth 120 refresh rate. I would have liked to have seen the s21 Ultra camera array included with this premium product, but pictures still look very good on this phone. You will not regret this purchase!

I am very disappointed with the Galaxy Z Fold phones I purchased for myself and my son. My son was eager to get these phones, believing they were high-quality products. However, both devices are now broken after only a few months of use. The screens have gone black along the fold, which seems to be a clear design flaw. It's unacceptable that such expensive phones come with this kind of defect. If the foldable design can't maintain screen integrity, these phones should not be sold at such a premium price. I hope this issue can be addressed, as we should not have to deal with such significant problems for the cost of these devices.

I was a diehard iPhone user for years always having an iPhone, iPad Pro and Apple Watch. I decided to move to Android OS and have been thrilled with this phone. Pairing this with a Samsung Galaxy Watch4, it has seamlessly replaced both my iPhone and iPad Pro in one package. It is more portable and when plugged into my monitor can almost replace my laptop using Dex. I no longer have to wish certain apps were larger since I can unfold the phone and interact with them taking up the entire screen. It's also great to be able to multitask with apps right from my phone. The build quality is premium and I have had no issues with it.

I fell in love right when I open the box and saw it for the first time!! I've been with samsung since the galaxy s6 edge and every year I keep upgrading to the latest phone, because Samsung never disappoints!! Now I just need the Galaxy watch 4, I'm sure it would look really nice paired with this amazing phone!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is great. Its pretty durable. Which was my main concern but it holds up well. Its very fast and snappy. The large screen is excellent. Easy to see what your looking at and prefect for videos. The camera are fair. Not bad but not the greatest. Spen support is wonderful, i just wish the spen could be attached in a way to no fill uncomfortable or like an afterthought. Battery life could be better but some optimization updates could help with that. The front lcd is nice. Worms great for normal use. I dont feel thar i have to unfold the phone for everything. Other then that it all adds up to a really great phone.

What I love: - When closed, it is not as wide as the 8 so it is easier to hold. - Want to see something in a bigger a screen, open it up! - It is basically a mini tablet on your hand when you open it - Love the fingerprint scanner, very simple to scan your finger and unlock the phone. - Speakers are loud!! - Ease of use, everything is supersimple to use. - BTW, the screen crease is barely noticeable whne you are using the phone. It just blends in. What I don't love: - No expansion slot! - HBO Max app doesn't work! That's HBO fault! - A pen slot would be nice. Pen is a bit large.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Long time Galaxy user (since the Galaxy S Captivate). Currently I still have my note9, S21 Ultra, and my new Fold3. My wife has the S20+ and the new Flip3. This phone is pretty nice, price is a tad high. I feel I got a better value for my S21 Ultra. Very fast, runs smooth, excellent hinge design. My complaints are the camera does not even compare to the Ultra, it is awkwardly thin to hold and use while closed and the same for when opened up. It is also a THICK phone. I still like it though, serves great for researching, watching videos, stock tracking/trading, as well as simply online shopping. Don't worry, I'll buy the Fold4

When the original fold was introduced it was fine but I wanted to see how the were going to build on it. The fold out screen feels solid although I did put a screen protector on it. I did get the case with the pen but I prefer having the screen show versus hidden by the flap. The weight is not that heavy as I had the Note 20 ultra. I do like the compact size when folded as it takes less space. The width/thickness is fine but I had to adjust to that as I like putting my phone in my pocket. All in all I love this phone and glad I made the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the fancy Thom Browne Edition. Since day one everyone has asked me how what where when why and so on and so on about this phone. Not your average bar phone. It literally turns heads. It's been amazing so far. Works so much better than my Note 8. This phone/tablet is the future. Not as thick as I thought it would be. Crease isn't very noticeable in direct view. Except for the weak battery life and poor options for phone covers (front and outer fold protection), I am loving this phone. TB Edition wasn't cheap but it's worth it. I would have gotten the regular Fold Z 3 if I didn't get my hands on this one. Get yours!!

I bought the phone on launch day. Love it for the most part. The screen size is great! I did notice the hinge will make a small click (just one) every time I open the phone however. Started after day 4 or 5. It doesn't come from the speaker. It's definitely the hinge. Some apps are not fully optimized for this phone when in tablet mode for example on fb some stories aspect ratio are to big for the screen. Also camera isn't anything amazing Google pixel 4xl took a better picture I think. Once all the Google apps were installed and set to default the phone is even better! Hint hint Samsung....go basic android nobody wants your brand photo gallery and keyboard etc

I've had my Galaxy Z Fold since August 27th. My last phone was the Galaxy Note 20. I'm still learning and getting used to all of the ins and outs, but on the whole I'm glad I made this upgrade. I will be happy when there are more accessories available for the phone. I got the Flip cover with S Pen - and I'm very glad I got it for the S Pen - but the cover itself is not my favorite. I'd like to see a cover that has something to help you hold the phone, like a ring or a handle, and also has a place for you to put the S Pen. The only other thing I was disappointed about is that the S Pen only works on the unfolded screen - it doesn't work on the front screen.

The Z fold 3 is a nice phone but take some adjusting going between a super slim screen and a really large screen. The happy medium when it comes to the screens is missing and would love a larger front screen. I love the large screen but hate the front screen. Overall I would recommend the phone because besides my issue with the smaller screen e everything my note could do, the z fold can do and plus a little more. People moving to a foldable will definitely need to adjust to this phone but it's not lackluster at all.

After hearing about how fragile they were, I didn't think I'd like it. I was wrong. The build quality is solid and I think this phone is THE PHONE for gaming, watching movies and multitasking. The smaller display works for me as well for a quick text or Google search. The phone is slightly heavier (which adds value to me) and overall a very usable size. Only issue is the S Pen not being stored inside the phone. It makes the S Pen less part of the phone. If they added a Note S Pen inside, it would be almost perfect. Coming from many years with the Note, I can highly recommend this phone.

Through my research, I read that Z Fold owners had their screen cracked and that its very fragile and battery life was mediocre. When I received the device, the reviewers were wrong. Yes it's fragile but it's as fragile as any other mobile device and the battery is supporting a big screen somit makes sense as to why battery runs low fast. I've been using the front screen more than opening the device therefore battery life is great for me. Getting alot of attention from complete strangers is one thing that you'll need to get use to. Get you a nice case and you've got one of the best Samsung devices yet!

I read up on the specs and watched some youtube videos. But the phone itself was more than I could have hoped for! Beautiful screens, the ability to use the pen with it is a plus coming from the note as I did alot of notes and sketches using the pen. Having the ability to open the phone like a book helps, when reading important documents/emails but also easy to watch movies or read my comix. The price is a little more than most phone's but Samsung finds great ways to cut the cost, and for all the benefits you receive well worth every penny.

I was skeptical about shelling out that much for a foldable device but it's been my best investment in a phone recently and my favorite phone so far!!! I upgraded from a s10 note+ and has had every note from the 3 up til 10. I heard so many bad reviews about the note 20 I skipped and said I would wait for this 1. It doesn't disappoint!! The battery is a Lil weak but I do push it to the max. I keep my Xbox elite controller with me and staying playing on Xbox game pass now that I can on the go now. Only suggestion to make it any better would include pen storage and support on the cover screen but other than that this is a EXCELLENT PHONE if price is not and option

Finger print scanner on the side is convenient compared to it being under the screen in my Note 10+. Was never able to use it right with the screen protector on. Was a huge pain point for me. Glad it is on the side on the Fold...able to unlock and log into apps with a breeze. The ability to multitask using split screen is awesome. Love that feature. Performance is great. Don't feel a glitch for anything I do. When folded it is easier to handle in one hand compared to my Note 10+ It would have been a 5 star rating if the S-pen was integrated within the phone. Don't like having it as a separate piece of hardware.

Although I was very happy with my Note20 Ultra, I was intrigued with the Z Fold 3 after reading reviews. I decided to make the switch. All in all, I'm happy with the phone but I was disappointed that it has no slot for an SD card, and it is overpriced. I did get the 256gig phone but I take many pictures and was used to taking the SD card out and transferring the pics to one of my home computers. I do like the fold feature especially when I'm reviewing pictures. The larger screen works well. I purchased the Samsung phone cover with the S-Pen. Note that the S-pen only works on the big screen when the phone is unfolded.

This phone is almost it. Don't get me wrong I would not get anything else in the future the Note is DONE for me. The real-estate on this Fold Screen is just unbelievable. This is great for artists, engineers, architect's, just any one who has a creative mind. Even the case is great it has a holding lip pattern that makes it easy to hold. I am telling you becarefull on all those that are putting the case down they don't know what they ate talking about. Samsung you did it just one more thing make the main screen able to take notes and add a place for the pen and you will get that final fifth star. Thank you SAMSUNG.

There are subtle physical changes on the new fold 3 from the fold 2. The most noticeable for me is the hinge gap. It's less noticeable now when folded. When you open the phone it lays flatter as well. Next would be the camera design which I actually like better than the 2nd fold. Same aspects for the camera but the software upgrades are great and usable. I like that it now has s pen support as well. That really encourages you to use the vast inside screen and makes it a monster for multitasking. I love it and would highly recommend it. Its one of the best devices out there right now.

Watching content is unrivaled compared to iPhone or an S or A series Samsung. The durability is okay, I've had to utilized Samsung care+ once so far and that was seemless. The snapdragon 888 is a capable chipset and is able to handle 99% of tasks (excluding some games on max settings aka Sky children of light). I actually purchased my house using this phone, signing docs, reviewing docs, file organizing is where this phone shines. Samsung Dex is a must, I can connect this phone via usb-C hub to my monitor and have a desktop like experience.

I was thrilled to be able to Afford this phone My last good phone was a razor that I purchased in 2006 since then I've been going with cheapies. So when this phone arrived I was super excited. Then I realized it didn't come with a working charger cord. It does not have A US B end it does not come with an adapter So you cannot charge this phone when you get it. So I had to order aSo I had to order a charger and wait 2 to 4 days For a charger for this really really really really really expensive phone. I am beyond angry and I'm sorry I bought it. This experience has really sucked the fun out of getting this phone.

Everything I was hoping for in this Z fold 3 were there, except for the lack of the sd card. The outside screen is very functional and works just like the big folding screen inside. It's very convenient if you want to do some quick tasks. The fold in between is very little noticeable. The fingerprint sensor is on the right side though, which is not convenient like the onscreen. The size is surprising comfortable to fit in my hand and pocket when folded. It's kinda expensive though even after trading.

So, when I saw Samsung brought the S Pen to the Fold, I knew I had to try it out for myself. Almost a month later, and I'm glad I did! Having the screen realestate to effectively work on multiple apps at once is great and works much better than even the largest of candybar screens. Sure I wish the S Pen worked on the cover screen, but it's not a huge issue to me. While some bemoan the cameras, I'm a professional photographer and I've yet to actually take any real photos with the Fold, other than just playing around with it. All in all I love it!

I had the z3 flip which lasted me 2 mths before the screen went black and couldnt be used so sits in a box as 350 to fix is horrebdous when uts a phone fault and now the z3 fold well ive not eben put my sim card in yet as the screen protector has already gone funny on the fold of the phone, so it is a problem with these phones.s9 im still using my old samsung 21 when i have this new phone t9 use which im scared of using this fold as i think the screen will go like the flip did.

Oh Boy, it's great for these 50 year old eyes. I imagine watching a movie would be fantastic but that's not what I do. Document sharing, spread sheet manipulation and zoom on the move is my wheel house and not having to carry the laptop or the tablet (just in case) IS THE BEST. The only thing I want is a better case. I'd like one that holds the pen and allows me to securely hold my Z without my index finger on the closed screen. I'm sure this case will be available soon.

I cannot go back to a regular phone after using this. I literally can't put it down. Only issue I've encountered is the phone arriving with a tiny fracture on the side of the curved glass. It actually grew larger but with the included Samsung Care I can easily get it fixed. There id slight click when it opens as well which im unsure of if its normal or not. Camera makes the phone hot when recording 60 FPS UHD also. But so far it seems to be just fine. Overall excellent product, worth every dollar. The future is here!

Finally water resistance and durability and refresh rate persuaded me. Everything about this phone is incredible from dual app split screen to having web pages display in desktop mode. One thing holds this phone back and its battery life. I can get through a whole day. But only just. If I am gaming or am using my phone outside my normal use case I have to throw it on the charger. Maybe the z fold 4 will correct that issue but otherwise it's the best phone I've ever owned.

Love love the inner display, do much better than any other phone experience in the past. More like unfolding a tablet actually. Love using the S pen on that diaplay. I would love for Samsung to find housing for that S pen inside the phone. That will be my only suggestion for future folds and probably adding little width to the cover display. Otherwise; I'm Pretty happy with it so far.

I love the z fold! The face recognition isn't the best.. but the finger print is a nice touch. I don't care for how I set up my homescreen when folded doesn't match the home screen when opened so I had to redo it.. I love how I can go from a small screen to a bigger one . I don't care for how when u take a picture and view it that it's hard to get back to the camera screen.. love that I can take a picture three different ways! Overall I do like it more than my iphone... ive always had an IPhone... I like I'm able to seperate my pictures.. iphone made me copy all the pictures into another folder while keeping the same ones in the main folder.. overall it's a dope phone...

I bought a case with pen holder only to just get the pen and it is a tablet pen and huge. Very disappointed. I miss the stylus from note 10. Overall it 8s a nice phone. I like how big the screen is. I really think it should have memory expansion. I dont like using online storage. How hard is it to have a memory card?? I don't need a better camera. Would like my smart pen and memory expansion. Otherwise same as my note 10. In hindsight, should have kept the note 10 as cost is not justified.

I waited for a bit to write my review, and I'm glad I did. Out of the box, the phone was great. The fold is a great ice breaker/conversation piece. That's where it ends. The screen sensitivity seems to constantly change on both screens. I had no hardware/software issues with the phone at first as well. Now, anything Bluetooth has been rendered useless. From my Galaxy Buds Pro, to my Galaxy watch, to the touchscreen in my car. I honestly want to take a hammer to this piece of garbage. In all, I've never been so disappointed by a phone. Get the 22 Ultra, or even the 21 Ultra. I never had any issues with my 21 Ultra. This paperweight is plagued with issues. Buyer beware!

If you like large screen and the power that it comes with it, this is the phone for you. I can't say enough on the ease of using it like the finger print authentication is seamless and quick. My concern is that I wish they would of come out with the right case for it that is see through with kick stand and holder with a magnetic port for the S pen. This is an expensive product so why not have the very best case, it needs to fit and wait for it, needs the outer hinge to proctect the phone. The phone itself is OUTSTANDING. I live for Samsung products. Thank you.

The 120hrtz screen and resolution are what makes this phone awesome. Then you have the multi screen function which works flawlessly in the unfolded screen. The only neutral thing I have say is that the pen only works with the unfolded part of the phone, and that it's not housed in the chassis of the phone. Another neutral aspect of the phone is that the cameras could of been better something like the s21 or my favorite the note 20 ultra which I also have. In conclusion after having this phone for a few month is a must have if you are into technology. Great over all.

Upgraded to this device from the powerhouse S21 Ultra, and although I lost great features, the experience makes up for it like no other. I can say without a doubt that I will never switch back to a standard smartphone. Battery life could use improvement, app continuity can improve as well, the cover screen can be wider although most of the time, I use the main screen. S-pen support is nice but an in-house slot like the note series would make this device supreme. Camera system can also use improvement. Can't wait for all these improvement become reality in the net generations!

The outside screen is too narrow and too tall. They should have made is shorter and wider. The inside screen is fragile. The inside screen protector is starting to peel off after 7 months of ownership. I assume the screen will crack soon like other reviews I've read. The phone is over priced. I really wanted to love this phone but I just can't. I traded in an lg v60 and boy do I miss that phone. I would have gotten the lg v60 but they stopped making phones. I don't think I will be buying another Samsung product. I have had a red dot in the middle of my folding screen since about a month after I got the phone.

Had the fold 2 and this is definitely a upgrade, looks better, and the multi tasking is even easier, nevee going back to a regular phone, the weight is only slightly less then the 2, good battery, should last a whole day if not a little more depending on use. Front camera is a bit disappointing but you can just use the rear camera as the front camera since this phone can unfold! Rear camera isnt the best but its definitely still nice, same as the fold 2 i believe. The only reason its not a 5 star is for camera and weight, althought im sure its hard to get a good price if they added their best cameras, and hard to reduce the weight since its technically like 2 phones together.

I work in the film industry and needed something phone size to take notes on but something bigger than the Note and the Fold works great for the job since it folds in half and uses the S pen. The inner screen does not feel like rubber but more like glass this time around. Battery life could be better but I am a power user taking notes, sending emails, phone calls, etc. I only have to plug in 1 time during a 14-15 hour work day which I had to do with the Note as well.

I've been a Samsung note fanatic since the note 2 and had every note since then. But this tops it. Having upgrade from the note 20 ultra. It is a new experience having a phone that opens up like a book. A few things do I'm concern about is the swiping across the fold it tends to not do anything when uou swipe a picture. When typing in the front screen the keyboard is a bit tiny but durable. Battery is ok although I find myself using the charger a bit more than I like. But overall it is one of the best phones that any finger could type and browse on. Love the fact that sometimes the app continues when u open the phone . Love the fact I don't need a tablet because I have a phablet

I purchased the Z fold 3 a month ago. I put the in a Samsung case that covers the outside screen and provides some drop protection. The phone is quick and responsive. The folding cover for the outside screen is comfortable to hold and easy to open. The case with an S pen to use with the inside folding screen. It works well. A complaint I have with the Z Fold is the hinge to open the fold is pretty stiff and have to use my finger nail to pry it open. But if it were not stiff it might flop open to easily. I think the fold better and more usable than my old S8. The fold is more comfortable to use than the S8.

When folded out overall it is a insane beast. I've ran a few latest games and emulators on the phone and outstanding! 1st device to get Citra running 90 fps. Was running the new Apex legends mobile game at 120 fps and phenomenal gameplay! The 4 tabs of multi tasking is insane! I have recommended this device to many people that have seen me using it, yes they've bought a few from you guys and even got some iphone users to swap ;). Can't wait to see what you guys next phenomenal innovation is!

My issues with it are the stylus doesn't work on the front screen. Also, the phone case with the stylus is clunky when the phone is opened all the way. Third, I would like to see more features. Sometimes you see someone doing something stupid and you just want to film it without them knowing. Look at any Instagram video and there's a good chance someone was filming secretly for the amusement of others. Make a camera that can do this or make the stylus with a camera on the tip of it. I know it seems creepy but people would buy it.

The cover phone case (with S Pen) is kinda meh, but I'm liking the S Pen. The smaller front screen is useful in quicker smaller tasks and the unfolded screen turns heads, doesn't feel cheap, and really feels like a fold-up tablet in your pocket. Definitely feel like an soccer mom taking pictures on an iPad sometimes! That's really what this phone is: A hybrid between your S(Number) and a tablet. The trade in deal made it worth it for me with my older phone. Happy hunting!

Amazing phone I really loved a lot so much so that I didn’t upgrade to Zfold 4. I was going to wait for 5. Big mistake bought it August 21 by November 22 3 months after the end of manufacturing warranty the fold center died now have a lack line on it and big screen barely works. I did upgrade fold 2 to 3 in a year so I wasn’t árabe of issues. Didn’t expect this to happen. Their solution upgrade to Zfold 4. So if you ok changing phone every years this is phone for u. If plan to keep for a while is not. Google it I’m not alone with this issue. Some died in 3 months. Support wasn’t surprised with the issue.

I've now had my phone for about a month. Within the first day or two I realized I would never want to use a 'regular' phone again. Being able to have a mini tablet to view emails, scroll through various texts, view and edit pictures, even relaxing watching Video's, Movies or playing games. This is going to be the new expectation for most people who have a chance to use one of these. I'm coming from a Note 9, and it is anemic in it's usability compared to my Fold 3. When folded closed, it is a bit narrower than the Note 9, which makes one handed operation easier, and the added thickness does not feel bulky in my front pocket. It is a bit pricey. I consider it money very well spent.

I've had it for less than a month. Easy to handle. Love how you can play with the main camera for selfies. The camera quality is good but I expected something more comparable to an ultra device in this feature given the price and type of phone. I like the fact that is water resistant but it lets you down not being dust resistant. Love the fact that lots of applications work kind of on PC mode when it's opened. It's very elegant and calls attention. Watching videos is a fun experience and connecting a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard makes you more productive with the big screen and Microsoft Office products.

I purchased my Fold 3 in November 2021; the first issue was that the Bluetooth stopped working in December 2021, and the inner screen had to be replaced. Then, in February 2022, there was a motherboard problem that resulted in a random reboot. The s-pen stopped working in April 2022, and the selfie camera on the front display was broken in May 2022; the outer screen was also broken, and the device rebooted randomly. A device that is less than 6 months old has been repaired four times. Samsung will not replace this device, and they will never provide you with a replacement phone if your phone is repaired.

Some people have been saying the battery life isn't so good I would say for the first week it wasn't very good but then it got much better after it learned my usage having the giant wide screen opening up is absolutely wonderful. It's really nice that this device replaces both a phone and the tablet for my usage. The s pen support is just the topping on the cake. I would recommend to get a case as it's very slippery so far I find the Samsung silicone case to be my favorite as it's both thin protective and grippy.

The only downfall or complaint I have is the front display being small.. Although it's a great upgrade from the z find 2.. It's still a small screen and I constantly find myself touching other keys when I don't mean to when typing.. Even when swiping to txt it's not always accurate... Wishing the phone was more wider but I've gotten used to using the phone and learned to deal with the little complaints I have... Also it was difficult with customer support getting this phone and them trying to send me an upgrade to the higher storage... Was told I would be upgraded to higher storage but never received

I've had this phone for about 11 months now and it is by far my favorite phone of all time. Coming from a galaxy s10e which was, and still is a top tier device I didn't think I'd like any phone more, but I was wrong. The inner foldable display has made editing photos in lightroom a dream. It's a powerful mobile photo editing studio. The outer display while narrower than a regular candy bar shaped phone does a decent job on its own. My biggest cons with this phone is the battery life. There are days where I can get through no problem, then there are some where the battery just depletes rapidly even when being used lightly. Overall it's well worth it and makes regular phones seem boring.

Now when I want to share something with friends or family, I use the large screen. I do wish there were more case options, but that's an entirely separate thing. I love the new S Pen support with this model. I was sad about the new Note being canceled, but now I'm definitely not missing it. The pre-installed screen protectors are also a nice touch. I haven't felt the need to remove or replace them. Overall, I love this thing and wouldn't go back. (And if you're afraid the small screen is too small, it's very easy to get used to...or you'll find yourself opening the fold! Problem solved!)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have to bump the font size up, then it could get cramped if you tend to use the outside screen... it's narrow! But we all know why we want this phone, phablet mode. No kickstand needed (which gets in the way of wireless charging)! I found the flexibility of Android made the narrow width on the main screen by switching the launcher (see Nova) and using a custom Icon pack. The jury is still out for 5G reception as the towers have to be there in the first place. The indicator shows LTE (rather than calling it 4G) more often then 5G. I'd been watching this phone while my payment plans finally came to a close and Samsung's discounts meant a no brainer with the wireless charger bundle.

I dont feel like im going to crack the screen so easily as i did with the Notes towards the end of me using them. My only complaint is that, for an unlocked phone they do not allow you to remove uninstall google chrome, or others similar. Why? Its my phone. I dont want it on my phone. So now, even the "unlocked" phones have bloatware. Its downright crazy. This may be my last samsung but its time to step down in technology to step up in privacy. Even SmartThings is becoming unusable because of the trackers and information "required" to allow them to run. Its a shame.

The large screen is amazing. It feels like a cheat code for a phone. When folded, it's thinner than a traditional phone but its length is long enough to use the external screen like a standalone phone. What could be better? It's a little slippery. I've had to get a case. Ended up with the Samsung Silicone case. I'd also recommend the case. The under screen camera is pretty terrible, but honestly I would never use it to begin with so it doesn't bother me.

Just purchased the fold 3, after having the note 20 ultra. Trying to get another phone as the fold is overheating so bad it is shutting down, the battery is draining after about 5 hours. The inner screen is an oily hair magnet, and you cant really hold the phone when it is open, I'm trying to get a replacment but samsung is a mess, two days going round and round with no resolution. Took it to a repair shop and they did nothing and just looked at the apps running -really. Now I am trying to get a replacment and the giant hassle begins as I am a few days over the "generous" 15 day return period!

Easy to figure out the features of the phone. It's about as tall as the galaxy 20 ultra, and very slightly thicker than the ultra. The fold 3 is narrower so easier to hold than a regular cell phone. Unfolded the inside screen is big enough to read a paper on or play a game. The colors on the screen are vivid and bright. Sound quality is good. Battery life will last about 10-12 hours before needing to recharge, but recharging is very quick A very good phone. Worth the money

But, when I discovered how seamlessly I was able to adapt, those fears disappeared. Even though you can see the fold at a certain angle, you don't even notice it when you are working or playing on the phone. I have been able to do away with my tablet for reading at night as the Z Fold3 handles my digital books with no problems. And, I like the S Pen for certain apps such S Note. I can't wait to discover all the uses and capabilities. Typing a review or email is easier with the split keyboard.

Unlike all of my Samsung products before it this one survived. I don't plan on further testing, but with a simple outside screen protector it had tiny scratches. Replacing the protector gives me perfect clarity once again. Unfolded the massive workspace makes typing this review a breeze. Powerful and fast my biggest restriction is the poor service. Having the large storage space allows me to cache hours of music to stream to my Samsung buds. A great pair!

It is faster than the 2 and it responds well to what ever task you are doing. The transfer of all of my old information went over to the new phone with out any problems. All my apps contacts messages passwords and everything I had on the 2 went seamlessly over. I have never had a transfer go that smoothly. I bought a case that did not work for wireless charging and had to get another case and like the new one I got better than the first one. This phone is expensive but it is worth every penny I paid for it.

I, generally, don't do reviews. The main reason is I get requests for them a short time after I've purchased. It's difficult to give a fair review before you've learned it's capabilities. It is a nice looking phone. It's a bit heavier than I thought it might be. The stylus does not work on the outer screen but works well when you use it on the inner screens. The battery life seems to last a bit longer but it should as it's new. I haven't had the phone long enough to give a fair evaluation on the features, performance and design. The value would depend on how the previous items pan out. Does seem pricey though. I do have hearing aids that have been affected by the Android 12 update.

I switched from iPhone 12 pro max and I don't regret the switch one bit! It was difficult getting used to this phone at first because of the big screen, but after a month I got used to it. I will be honest I wish the front display was slightly bigger because even though it's manely used for quick replies its kinda of a hassle to reply on it since it's so thin. I usually find myself using the big open display which is what I am using now to type this review. I love the attention I get with this phone, I went to get my nails done the other day and got a text message so I opened the display to reply and my nail tech noticed and they told me my phone was cool. It kinda made me day not gonna lie.

Well, 8 months in and surprise surprise. The large screen is messing up where the crease is. Don't do it, read the reviews on the phone. The screens are going out. Don't buy one, don't fall for the trap and don't believe the many reviews that this is such a great phone. It's not! All the "good reviews" are from people who only have had their phones a short time. They offer to fix it, but you have too send it in and it's up to you to get a loaner phone while it's repaired. They say it's because it's such a premium phone. (It's not) This phone is junk compared to all of the Notes I have owned.

I've been a part of the Apple eco system since the iPhone 6, never thought I would see the day where I would be switching back to Samsung, but I did with the Z fold 3 and im absolutely in love! The fact that i have a tablet in the palm of my hand all the time is incredible. It has upped my work productivity significantly and for those late night couch Netflix sessions it's incredible. I thought the crease was going to bother me, but it absolutely vanishes when looking at it head on. Very pleased with my transition from Apple products to Samsung and don't see myself moving back any time soon!

I am enjoying the big screen for my videos, email and text messaging. Although navigating keyboard on a single screen is little difficult for me coming from Note 10 plus but works great with wide open screen. Haven't use Pen much to comment but I am sure it has same or better function than my pen with Note 10. Great buy. Hoping for durability of folded screen . Battery life is less than my Note 10 plus. Overall, satisfied with my decision to buy this phone

I took the leap back then and I'm taking this leap now. I really liked the improvements made from the Fold 2. I just found out what Samsung Free is because it came on my Fold 3. Really nice thing to have to be able to just pull up something when you need to waste some time. Only thing I really wish it had was a pen slot like the Note. Maybe next year ;). Samsung is always impressing me with what they do next. I always find myself saying how are they going to top this next year... well here we are.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love the Fold 3 and a part of me still does. I just need there to be more consistency with the software. Like if I have an app in dark mode (FB for example), I should be able to see the app in dark mode regardless if I’m opening the app via the cover screen or the internal screen…. Currently not the case, or using features like the native visual voicemail feature requires too much work on the end user’s part to get up and running properly. Still early on the foldable journey, and I have faith that things will become more optimized for the form factor as they gain in popularity.

I had heard mixed reviews of folding phones but decided that the price offered for my old Note 20 Ultra 5g at pre-order was too good to pass up. Boy, am I glad I gave this phone a chance! The main screen is AMAZING and not difficult to hold/use in-hand at all. What's more, the outer screen, which is thinner than my Note, is much easier to handle (and I've got pretty big hands). Other than the massive real estate of the main screen (and the fact that it folds, of course), my favorite feature has to be the fingerprint-scanner on the power button. SO flipping convenient! I'm no longer mad at Samsung for retiring the Note line. This thing is fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I was a bit worried that I would miss my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. I'm no longer worried! The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 is 10 times more than my Note 20 was. I'm enjoying its ability to do everything the Note did but much better. Multi tasking is easy and feels natural. Some folks don't like the "skinny" party of the Fold but it honestly looks smaller than it acts. I'm able to use pretty much anything I would normally use on the single screen. Messages, email and of course phone use is simple and easy. The big screen is beautiful! I love watching my YouTube content on this thing!

I traded in my note 10+ to upgrade to the Fold 3 to take advantage of the option of larger screen and the faster responsiveness. I took advantage of the package deal which was we'll worth it.. The S pen is not as nice as the note series and I do miss the Internal storage for the pen,, but that will take getting use to the external storage.. I love the option of the expanding workable space for web content. Great investment. I have only had t he Fold 3 for almost 1 month and looking forward with exploring the many options it has. Great job Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Galaxy Z Fold3 a few days ago and now I'm so happy to enjoy the phone. 7.6 inches display without clearly seeing any punch hole camera is amazing, and I'm sure you can't go back to traditional smartphone after using it. Both cover and inner display are 120hz and the performance is pretty excellent and smooth. I was using a Galaxy Z Fold2 before switching to this phone, and I recommend to upgrade the phone if you are still using Galaxy Z Fold2 because Galaxy Z Fold3 is a water resistant phone. You don't need to worry about getting the phone wet or placing it at a humid area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgrade my phone yearly and usually go with the Note line but when Samsung announced that there wouldn't be a new Note this year, I decided I would look into the Fold lineup. I am glad I did. What sealed the deal was the increased durability, IPX8 rating, and most of all, S-Pen support! I won't lie, while the software experience is good, many apps are not optimized for folding phones but I think that will be remedied as foldable phones become more mainstream. The front screen is a little more narrow that I would usually like but it's more than made up for by the huge inside screen. It is great for productivity and I love being able to have two apps open side by side and both be still very usable.

I use the outer screen on the fold 3 a lot more than I expected since it's easy to access especially with one hand. The inner screen is large and it fits my use case. My phone is my primary device for all I do (call, text, media consumption, social media, etc.). The crease does not bother me at all since I don't notice it too much when I'm watching videos or doing other tasks. It's very convenient to have a small outer screen and a large inner screen when I need it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I preordered my phone, switching from the S20 Ultra 5G, I got it in the mail a day before launch day, everything about this phone is a greatly improved from refresh rate, camera quality/stability, and battery life (averaging 18 hrs on a full charge with moderate usage) the front screen is a comfortable size and is fully functioning, open up to a beautifully large screen on the inside, looks incredible on all videos and makes typing much faster and more fun, I must admit the fold crease in the screen in the middle is a bit more intense than I was anticipating but is hardly noticeable when playing a video, but do look forward to seeing the improvement on that, overall excellent phone would give 9.5/10

I thought this phone would be way more amazing than my Note 20 plus....I was sadly mistaken. From the first day trying to get into apps was a struggle. It would constantly just give a blank screen or freeze like it was loading. I would have to close it out and try again. It does it every day. The battery life is a joke and the phone gets so hot that it feels like it's going to blow up. I wish I could like it but I hate it. Thankfully I got it for the 21 days for free. This is getting returned after a week. I just want my Note back. Oh and the case is so weird and doesn't really protect the screen...it's all floppy and loose. All in all I give it a 1 out of 5....and the 1 star is because it can fold.

It does require some getting used to in terms of how you hold it against your ear to speak, how to type messages, how to browse while seated and while in bed. A new car mount is in order if used as a GPS while driving. It is as robust as the Note 20, dropped it a couple of times and have had it swim in some water in the bathroom sink. The experience of browsing whole folded and unfolding it to see more detail is just satisfying. Woohoo! Can't wait until the next Samsung fold gadget comes out!

When folded it's easy to get quick access to notification and basic needs but when unfolded I can use it for just about anything and everything. Budget files, video viewing, movies, drawing, editing just about everything but heard that it's not optimized for video editors and content creators, Luckily I'm not one of them but may become one and hope more features can be added for this. Would love to record videos edit them amd upload them to YouTube. The 120hz is a great feature and when I get another phone without it I tend to get inpatient waiting for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new Z Fold3 is amazing. It has a comforting solid feel from the added weight of the aluminum case. The displays are so crisp and clear and the big screen is like being at the cinema :) I've only had it for a week but I've fallen in love with it. It's fast and smooth and setup with all my other Samsung devices was seamless. So far it's been perfect except for a problem on T-mobiles end getting it activated. (it their tech support 5 days) something about their sim card compatibility. Might have to switch carriers since I purchased the unlocked phone. Thanks Samsung for the innovative new product! I hope the big screen holds up to the rigors of being folded which I heard was a problem on the Fold2.

I'm sure Samsung will make it a little lighter and thinner with possible s-pen storage on the phone for the next foldable phone. I got a cover with an s-pen and the s-pen works very well. The case is a little bulky with pen storage, but I always use the s-pen, so It is tolerable. I can open two apps at the same time and compare the items to order from each vendor, and it is so much easier with Z Fold3. I watch baseball games with a bigger screen, and I can even see the ball that was impossible with my Note 20 ultra. I'm enjoying the best smartphone experience right now than ever.

I've had this phone for almost 2 weeks. I am a Note lover since it was first introduced. I was a bit hesitant about acquiring this one but I took the plunge and I am now a believer. Wow, definitely the phone of the future. Samsung, you did it again!!! Years back with the only iphone I've owned in my life, I was hoping for a bigger phone. Voila, the Note was introduced and I was so happy. I had been wishing for a tablet phone since about 5 years ago and it's now a reality!!! It needs a little more tweeking like Note features: needs to be lighter, longer lasting battery, Note size Z Fold ❤ (would be great!), integrated stylus, tougher screen, improved camera. I can't wait!!! Very happy with my phone!!

It's width is reduced and feels more comfortable as phone. Then you can unfold and enjoy the benefits of a small tablet. With the features such as multi window when unfolded you enjoy the ease of seeing what you are replying to or creating. It is less cluttered then on a regular smartphone! I could go on with the raves but I'll just say this z fold 3 has changed the way I think about handheld devices! Few cons are the weight and battery life! Neither of which are great concern for me and how I use my fold. All in all I think the z fold 3 is awesome and will forever change the world of handheld computing!

This phone is one a kind. Its light and skinny while folded and then BAM you unfold the two halves. A bright eye bushy tailed screen with lots of room to spare . Hon estly, when i first ordered it , i was having second thoughts it was a little on the higher end of the price range, anyways once i was able to use all the features. i am smitten by the sheer speed by which this thing operates. If you are looking to get one, then get it. No other phone manufacturer has a FOLD. The microsoft DUO actually has metal hinges between the two halves not Samsung. TRY it you won't regret it..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a month of usage I can truly say I love this phone. I have been keeping my eye on the folding tech for some years now and I finally felt like this was the phone to pounce on. Pros: The phone feels really solid and not flimsy when folding. The screen is very vibrant and the crease in the middle is invisible when faced straight on. Very fast and powerful, and works really great with the pen. I absolutely love reading things with this phone, and it would be hard to go back. Cons: The price is a bit extreme if purchasing outright. Finding a quality case for the phone, even after a month is near impossible. Beyond that there really isn't anything wrong that would make me not recommend it to anyone.
