Bezüglich des Fingerabdrucksensors lösche bitte testweise die bisher gespeicherten Fingerabdrücke und richte sie anschließend neu ein. Bewege dabei den Finger leicht und nimm dir Zeit bei der Einrichtung, damit der Sensor mehrere Bereiche deiner Finger registrieren kann. Es kann außerdem helfen, denselben Finger zweimal anzulegen, damit mehr Positionen des Fingers erfasst werden. Beachte beim Scannen deiner Fingerabdrücke auf dem Gerät die folgenden Bedingungen, die die Leistung der Funktion beeinflussen können: - Die Fingerabdruckerkennung kann durch Falten oder Narben beeinträchtigt werden. - Möglicherweise erkennt das Gerät Fingerspitzen von kleinen oder dünnen Fingern nicht. - Speichere zur Verbesserung der Erkennung die Abdrücke der Hand, mit der du das Gerät am häufigsten bedienst. - Der Sensor für die Fingerabdruckerkennung ist in der Funktionstaste integriert. Stelle sicher, dass der Sensor für die Fingerabdruckerkennung nicht durch metallische Gegenstände wie Münzen, Schlüssel oder Halsketten zerkratzt oder beschädigt ist. - Das Abdecken des Sensors für die Fingerabdruckerkennung mit Schutzfolien, Aufklebern oder anderem Zubehör kann die Erkennungsrate verschlechtern. Wenn der Sensor für die Fingerabdruckerkennung mit einer Schutzfolie abgedeckt ist, entferne diese, bevor du den Sensor für die Fingerabdruckerkennung verwendest. - Der Sensor für die Fingerabdruckerkennung und deine Finger müssen sauber und trocken sein. - Wenn du den Finger beugst oder nur die Fingerspitze auflegst, erkennt das Gerät deine Fingerabdrücke möglicherweise nicht. It's great to hear that you're enjoying the features of your A27 5G, but we're sorry to hear that it's running slow, the page is changing, and that you're having an issue with your banking app. We're on hand to help. You'll need to ensure your software is up to date by going to Settings > Software update > Tap Download and install > Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install any available updates. A soft reset will refresh all systems and clear any minor glitches, and you can do this by pressing and holding the Volume Down key and the Side key both at the same time. Hold for about 10 seconds and ignore the power menu which will appear on the display. Your phone will reboot and will perform much more smoothly. For your banking app, ensure your app is up to date by opening the Play Store and tapping your profile icon in the top right > Manage apps & device > Update all or view details to update individual apps. You can also clear the app's cache and data by going to Settings > Apps > Select the app in question > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data > Restart your phone. This will clear any in-app glitches.
