Life opens up with Galaxy
- Auto Switch feature only available on Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets with OneUI 3.1 or later and Galaxy Watch 4 series or later. Certain devices and applications may not support Auto Switch.
- Results are based on Samsung internal lab testing subject to POLQA(Perceptual Objective Listening Quality Analysis), a global standardized test for call quality.
- ANC(Active Noise Canceling) is on by default, and the touch and hold gesture for ANC can be configured in the Galaxy Wearable app.
- Changing the 3 levels of ambient sound volume can be set up on Galaxy Wearable app.
- Available colors may vary by country or carrier.

The Galaxy Buds2 have themselves been fitted with many new features to improve overall quality, including the three mic system for significantly improving quality during calls. We do aim to make the size of the headphones as compatible with as many of our customers as possible, but obviously this isn't always possible. The noise cancellation has been boosted to even higher levels than its predecessors, with up to 98% active noise reduction. We're sorry to see you've had some issues with the battery life on your new Buds2! This is certainly not what we'd expect from our new wireless Buds. Firstly, if you have not done so already, please check that the software of your Buds is up to date. Go to the Galaxy Wearables app > Buds2 > Earbuds settings > Earbuds software update > Update. This will clear any bugs and make sure they are working to the optimum level. You can also try resetting the Buds by going to the Galaxy Wearable app again > Buds2 > Earbuds settings > Reset. In regard to the issue you are having with the Buds2 falling out of your ears, please start by ensuring you are inserting them correctly. Place the Bud into the ear and gently twist in a corkscrew fashion, ensuring not to push too hard. Once twisted, the main part of the Bud should nestle itself nicely in the cartilage of your ear. Here are the full steps on how to use them correctly: Flip the earbud tip inside out, and then insert it over the latch at the bottom of the earbud > Make sure to line up the hole on the earbud tip with the latch on the bud. Then, push the earbud tip down to finish attaching it > When wearing the earbuds, there should not be a gap or space between the ear and the ear tip. We are confident that the previous steps will be useful not only with wearing your earbuds, but also to make the most of the ANC feature and overall sound quality.
