Is there any downgrade of Membership?Membership downgrade can be due to 2 reasons –
- • In case of product returns due to change in qualifying purchases. (Please refer to the membership tier criteria.)
- • You have to renew the tier at the end of the expiry of Elite and Pro tier membership.

I am a SmartClub member and am not receiving any communication on events or launches. Why is this happening?The communication on an event and launch invites are issues based on eligibility and logistical availability. However, below can be possible reasons for you not receiving communication on event/ launch invites:
- 1. No new events or launches happening post your membership
- 2. You might not be eligible for the invite based on your membership tier
- 3. Incorrect email ID or phone number details mentioned at the time of registration
- 4. Emails stored in the spam box
- 5. Registered mobile no. comes under the Global block list
