My payment has been taken more than once. How do I get my money back?

If you think you have paid more than once for same product or have erroneously placed multiple orders, please immediately contact our Support Team at 1 800 40 SAMSUNG or raise a ticket at https://www.samsung.com/in/shop-faq/#contact-info with details of your transaction.

Our team will investigate the matter and process refund if any such occurrence is identified. 

You can refuse to accept if the order gets shipped against the duplicate transaction. Our team will process refund once such shipment is returned.
