                  I am loving it so far! I love the size of both displays, and I really like the size of the device in general. The passport type shape is really appealing to me and its been a dream to consume content on. The device is very responsive and I havent had any kind of slowdowns at all, everything is instant and smooth. The battery life is really good too! I like the new si-c battery, it lasts ages and I havent had any issues with it at all- plus it keeps the device sleek and thin. The device itself feels very sturdy, it's well made and I have no concerns of it breaking. The hinge feels very snappy and premium and I havent had any issues with it at all.

                  Straight of the box i thought what a cool phone. Easy to set up,had it next to my S24 and it picked my phone up instantly. The Display is fantastic and extremely clear. The Hinge in the fold is very strong but not to stiff and is easy to open. I have my Battery set to 80 percent but everyday use, it doesn't drop below 50 percent, which is miles better than my S24. This isn't a Flimsy phone, it's quite robust and feels very strong in your hand. Searching through apps, it's really quick and very responsive and you can have multiple pages and apps open at the same time. This is a great upgrade from my S24, glad I got one. You won't be disappointed 😉

                  I purchased this phone last week and replaced it with the S26 Ultra. I have to say it's the best device I've had, along with the Flip 7. The screen is just amazing, and the build quality is second to none. Well done, Samsung, for bringing out this device. I'm so attached to it that I've fallen out with my missus because she also wants this device. I super highly recommend the Fold 8, period. It makes traditional phones look boring. 10/10

I charged it over night and by the end of the day it was 60 percent absolutely chuffed. Flawless display and responsive ,and im blown away by the simplicity of data transference. Since the first flip samsung has really progressed with the hinge movement . You cnt the see middle hinge on the display ,the protective screen use to come after a year but with last flip it did not happen .Durability has come a long away. No chipping, bending scratches. I am the biggest fan now as samsung has proven themselves in every aspect ."Always One step ahead in the Game ".

The battery life is better than any device I ever had despite it being so thin. You can use this device folded 24/7 and forget that it can unfold to have an even bigger display!                   This phone is a revelation, perfect size for one or two hand operation. Fabulous display wider than a normal handheld which in my view gives your eyes more to see and easier to operate. Coming from a z fold 7 this phone as come on leaps and bounds, longer battery time, brilliant display and a very responsive operating system in the Android 17 with UI 9. Stunning build quality with a far better hinge. This phone is a keeper for me and I am confident it's durability will last for all of the updates. Outstanding specs, and without doubt Samsung's best phone yet. They will sell millions of these no problem.

                  I love the new size of phone both screens are a great size and it is easy to carry around in pockets and bags. I wasn't sure I would like this phone when I pre-ordered, my doubts were gone in the first hour it is so much fun, the camera is great and using it open makes it a lot better, battery lasts a long time, I love the finger print reader is on the side and not on the screen. If you are on the fence try it, you won't regret it. The hinges are great and no visible line on the screen when open. The speed is great and it is not as fragile as you think so I think it will last before I need to upgrade.

                  After getting my wife a Fold 7, I've been totally amazed by these foldable phones. You get the best of both worlds – a regular phone on the outside and a tablet inside! When my S23 started slowing down and the battery was dying fast, I knew it was time for a Fold. I knew the Fold 8 was coming out, so I waited and watched prices for both the new one and the Fold 7. After snagging a sweet deal on the Fold 8, it was a no-brainer. This phone is everything I hoped for and more. It's super fast, holds a charge forever, and the inner display crease is barely there – you actually forget you have a tablet that folds in half! Seriously great, no regrets.

                  The phone itself is great love being able to change screens when using it and display is very good the fold hinge is very secure and can't see a crease in the screen the battery is ok don't last as long as my flip 6 did overall the phone is very responsive and smooth to use and haven't found using my apps any different And just don't by the case cover from Samsung on brand as it only covers the back of the phone and comes with front screen protection but no cover I have already dropped it and the durability of the metal phone cover is good so Samsung if your really listening can the Samsung galaxy z fold 8 case cover come with a front cover too please for full phone protection 4 stars as phone cover is rubbish for price

                  Where do i start? The fold 8 is the perfect little machine. Fits great in jeans pockets and the right size to do everything on the go right on the cover screen. Fold 8 open 😜 and its like a kindle size device. Super comfortable to hold, genuinely the perfect size for other tasks that require more attention. The display quality is fantastic So far. The battery life is great. I've had it 4 days now and only charged it twice. I can't comment on durabilty just yet as ive not had it long enough but It eems solid. Its a fast a very responsive little unit and feels very rugged at the hinge compared to other folds/flips i have had

                  Battery life is something I was worried about when I qas about to buy fold 8, but oh man, I got 10 hours of SOT with 90% battery usage, which is something that I never got from my S25 Ultra. And the brightness of the inner screen is soo good, the bad part about that is also the good part, which is that we can't apply screen protectors to the internal screen, which is better in a way, as naked screens are much better to look at and brighter. Just need to be careful, thats all. Hinge is okay at the moment, no real issues. Need to drive more time to see any problems, hopefully not. No problems with reaponsiveness so far, its quick as bullet. The durability is not concerning at all. The phone feels sturdy and confident to use with one hand. Just lacked telephoto. Rest everything's so good so far. Imax movies are sweet to watch. I almost stopped using my tablet to watch movies. Overall, waited 8 years to buy a perfect fold for me. 🙂🤟💯

                  Having held onto my S23 Ultra for the last 3 years, I was very tempted by the Z Fold 8 Ultra! However, in the end I opted for the Z Fold 8 because the form factor felt different. I am obsessed with how good this phone is to use just with the external screen and use that easily 80% but possibly 90% of the time. The battery is currently lasting me 2 days which is outstanding for such a small form factor. The foldable screen once opened is then truly something special. The phone is brilliantly responsive between screens and feels seamless. The camera is really only average when trying to zoom, but for normal photos of subjects nearby is perfectly acceptable.

                  I really like the hinge new design on fold 8. The Brighter screen also helps with under the sun. Battery seem to the same as the fold 7. Durable is similar to fold 7 too. There is a lot of bugs in UI now, so need better update to make the experience better

                  I have had multiple foldables from Honor over the last few years and this year I traded in my Honor Magic V5 for the Z Fold 8. And I am so glad I did. The form factor is far better, it's lighter, the display is epic, the crease is nearly non-existent, the battery is superb and holding the device in the hand is great. It's easily pocketable and is very snappy to use, very responsive and so far, I cannot say enough great things about it. I had questions about the camera but for standard photography, I really can't complain. I don't use a zoom lens so I don't miss the added camera in the Fold 8 Ultra. Superb all round device!

                  My first foldable phone, and the battery life was one of my main concerns before receiving it. However, it has been surprisingly good and lasts just as long as a traditional flagship phone. The form factor is unique and exciting, and the larger inner display is fantastic for consuming content, especially older content in a 4:3 aspect ratio. I’m also a big reader, particularly of comic books, and honestly, the larger screen alone makes this phone worth it for me. It’s also much more stable and comfortable to use when unfolded than I expected, with the hinge making the phone feel surprisingly sturdy and durable. Overall a great phone if your looking to consume alot of media on the go without the need for multiple devices.

                  I love the phone, the size of the phone, I have had the z fold from the 1st gen to the z fold 7 but changing to the z fold 8 it's a game changer, thank you Samsung for this. The battery is very impressive last me whole day with heavy use and the display is nice and crisp, i love the durability it's got tough glass, I also love the titanium hinge that shows less crease, and the software and top it's a very responsive phone

                  Very impressed with my new phone, you don't notice the fold crease unless you really look for it. Having the larger screen inside is brilliant for pictures, videos and productivity. The outside screen is handy for everyday quick use on the go. The battery life appears to be excellent with charging limits ranging from 80% to 95% to extend battery life rather than the only 80% on my previous phone. Build quality overall is excellent so I feel confident it will be great for many year's to come. Overall very impressed and happy with my purchase.

                  It is a truly remarkable phone, thin and with a very useful foldable large screen. But, it is still lacking a few essential things, as it doesn't have magnetic wireless charging capability despite the fact it doesn't have a pen like the Ultra that apparently is the cause for not introducing this feature in the first place, it is not coming with a a screen protector for the external display as it used to, no ultra fast charger in the box as the old chargers are not ultra fast charging but barely 10-15 W, the battery doesn't last more than the previous models or any S models. Overall it is not worth the full price but if you can get a good discount then it is a good purchase.

                  My first fold. Unbelievable device. New form factory takes some getting used to but now when I look at a slab phone, it feels unnatural. New silicon carbon battery is a great upgrade, with all day battery life. Displays are sharp with more than enough brightness. Feels durable in the hand but would definitely recommend a front and back case of some sort. The new hinge feels sturdy and forces itself open after a certain point. The new chip make the phone extremely responsive and handles any tasks with ease. If you're tempted, just get one, you'll only regret not getting it sooner!

                  Had a fold a few years back and whilst i loved it the opened up screen was a weird shape, this new shape is just like the old Blackberry size which is perfect for 2 handed typing, and as of yet had no issues 1 handed typing, when open its just like the size of an ipad mini which just works so well.

                  I love it to bits perfect, when its open its the perfect form factor. However its perfect WITHOUT a case and i dont want to leave an expensive phone unprotected. But with a case where i try to find a light, minimal yet protective case its becomes heavy and a little chunky and hard to use one handed. But other than that its perfect for me. Battery is stunning!! It will also get even better once it learns your pattens!

                  I am blown away by this phone so far. For years I've said the trend of huge phones that just get taller is frustrating. They're uncomfortable and impractical. This is the perfect form factor - so easy to hold, and the large folded out screen is amazing. Most importantly, it's a true joy to use folded as well because the screen is a perfect size. Feels great in the pocket too. So far the hinge has only creased a little so I just hope it's durable over time. If so, it's perfect. Not gone below 50% battery with moderate use on both screens, including games. Samsung, kudos. This is a game changer!

                  I'm loving this new phone, the display is great on the front screen and really comes to life when you unfold it, the hinge/fold in the main screen is totally unnoticeable. The size of the phone i thought maybe too wide, but I was mistaken it fits great in my pockets and feels good in the hand. The battery seems great too as I've had this since Monday (now Thursday night) and have been constantly using it and setting it all up etc. I have only charged it twice. It feels very well made, responsive and only time will tell if it's durability will be enough. But so far 5 Stars from me 😍

                  This is what I've been waiting for, and it's smaller than I expected. A thin & lightweight, pocketable, foldable phone with a sensible aspect ratio. The front screen has small, even bezels, is bright and responsive, and works just like any other mobile. The inner screen is like a small tablet, also bright & responsive (clear & usable in direct sunlight), and the crease isn't visible in normal use. You can arrange multiple app windows to be visible at once, either tiled or floating, you can read Google Drive PDFs with 2 pages side-by-side, like a book. For viewing videos & movies, it's excellent, and light enough to hold in one hand. For typing, the keyboard splits so you can easily thumb-type. You can have the front screen and inner screen switch automatically to mirror each other, or not, as you wish. The fingerprint reader is in the on-off button and is faster than the front screen fingerprint reader on my Galaxy S6 - amazing! No complaints about the battery life so far, it comfortably lasts a full day even with almost continuous use (setting it up and watching videos on the inner screen). The whole device feels solid, and opens & closes smoothly, but is lighter than many non-folding flagships. The cameras are OK, not quite flagship grade, and there's no telephoto lens, but they're fine for general use.

                  Am amazed by this device it is perfect for me, as someone who had the fold a couple of years ago and loved the ideas of a folding phone, i just could not get on with the size of the device struggling to fit it into my pocket so had to move to the flip 7. The the passport size came along, yes a little larger than the flip 7, but omg the size is just perfect, the display is great and bright, battery is night and day to my old flip 7 and the hinge just feels more premium and it fis in my pocket. It's the perfect middle ground and know am going to continue to love this phone.

After using a Flip for around 5 years, I really wanted a change and decided it was finally time to try a Fold. So far, I think it’s a really good phone. It feels very different from what I’m used to, especially with the bigger screen and all the multitasking options, but I’m enjoying discovering what it can do. I still have a lot to learn, but that’s part of the fun! 😊

                  The smaller display of the front screen is a refreshing change in terms of how it fits in my hand when using it with one hand and the responsiveness of app continuity is great when changing between the two screens which is also helped by the snappy feel of the new hinge. I was at first cautious when using the inside larger screen due to older folding screens feeling delicate but the durability has been massively improved. The battery life of the phone is very comparable if not better than my previous phone, the iphone 16 plus which i got the larger size for the battery, so i dont have to be worried about using the new phone for productivity and media streaming all day and still have charge left until i go to sleep.

                  I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 and, overall, I’m genuinely impressed with how much of a complete device it feels like. The Display is one of the biggest highlights. Both screens are bright, sharp and responsive, making everything from browsing and watching videos to multitasking feel excellent. The larger inner screen is particularly useful when you want a tablet-like experience without carrying a separate device. Samsung has clearly done a great job optimising the software and hardware together in this iteration.

                  Absolutely love this phone. Where do I begin? Firstly, the front display is amazing. Upon opening, the hinge feels like its durability will last the distance. Once set up, which is a breeze, both screens are extremely responsive. The longevity of the battery is looking excellent. I have had Samsung phones for many years, but this is most definitely my favorite. In short, if anyone is thinking about taking the plunge with this phone, I can only advise you to do so immediately; you will not be disappointed. Absolutely fantastic phone.                   I’ve spent a good few days testing the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 as my main phone, and I’m having to resist the temptation to make a rather big claim. The biggest reason is the aspect ratio. The Fold8's notebook-style design felt much more natural to me. I've used foldables with the older, wider design before and never really liked that form factor. The Fold8 just feels more enjoyable to hold and use.smaller screen, larger battery, more efficient chip. Fold 8 will definitely last longer. I'm genuinely really impressed by Samsung's engineers, making a form factor like this so durable.Opening the phone is effortless, and I love how it snaps into place when fully opened. The initial review (more thoughts will follow over the coming months) is that it might be one of the best phones I’ve ever used, and Samsung may have stumbled across the ideal form factor. They’re not the first to do so, but they are, arguably, the first brand that could make the ‘passport phone’ a commercial success. 'm already loving the form factor in the hand! It's a perfect in between phone size from the flip and regular fold (fold ultra now) that fits in my pocket nicely. It makes the phone experience so nice for me. It's refreshing and exciting using this device so far. I'm so glad I got it. I Must SAY flagship performance, and the best of it and Responsive, biggest reason is the aspect ratio.                   I was skeptical to begin with as to the new shape having owned a z fold 5 for a couple of years. However the fold 8 is a fantastic addition to the line up, it fits so much more nicely into a pocket, and I don't feel I need to open it to take photos. The battery life so far is is tremendous, I get 2 days from a full charge. The display is crisp, bright, and the screen is as responsive as ever for a samsung device. All in all a great purchase. I even bought a second one for my wife, and recommended a colleague get one. Who subsequently has moving from iPhone in the process.

                  I’ve been using the white Galaxy Z Fold 8, and I’m genuinely very impressed with it. The biggest improvement for me is the battery life. It lasts noticeably longer than my previous Z Fold 7, and I rarely have to worry about running out of battery during the day. I also really like the new anti-reflective coating on the display. It makes a noticeable difference, especially when using the phone outdoors or under bright lighting, and the screen looks fantastic. But probably my favourite thing about the Z Fold 8 is simply taking it out with me. The white version looks incredibly clean and premium, and I’m honestly surprised by how often people ask me what phone I’m using. Almost every time I go out, someone notices it or asks about it because they think it looks beautiful and unique. It might sound like a small thing, but I genuinely enjoy that feeling. It makes the phone feel special, and I’m quite proud to carry it around. Overall, this is easily my favourite Fold so far — excellent battery life, a beautiful display, and a design that really stands out.

My Lavander colour tiny piece of tech Fold 8 is a masterpiece indeed 🫠 The "passport phone" stays charged almost 20 hours, fits perfectly in my hands ( girl hands, btw) , and now I have turned it pink all over, from the cover, to the screen 😄 I can't remember since I have written messages with both hands, and I love it . Opened for reading is something else. The hinge is strong and you can't see the middle line on the screen anymore. I am purely in love with it ❤️ 😍 💖

                  Just love the new Z-Fold8 either when closed for emails and call or for bigger picture viewing.on full screen I have had Z-flips since they first came out but this is a giant step in versatility and screen options.                   I recently got the Galaxy Z Fold8 as an upgrade from my Flip 6, and I’m extremely impressed. The battery life is phenomenal — although it’s my second phone, I’ve had it on 24/7 since release and have only charged it twice! The sleek design is what first drew me to it, as it folds down to a compact size that fits easily into almost any pocket or bag, especially compared with my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. The display is fantastic, and the camera takes outstanding, crystal-clear photos. The hinge feels strong and sturdy, making it easy to open and close. I also love the responsiveness of the phone, especially being able to text, call, browse the internet and do pretty much everything from the front screen without having to fully open it. I absolutely love this phone!

                  I have gad several Flip and Fold devices and with regards to tge Golds I havnt used them as much as I thought. This was dye to the thin and tall form factor. The Fold 8 flips this, I love using the front screen for all my notifications and quick browsing but when I need to I open up to a tablet size that is much better to use. And every time you pick up the Fold 8 you are surprised by how light it is, you expect it to be heavier, and it jyst feels right to hold and use. This has now for me anyway replaced both my Fold and Flip phones

                  A very nice mobile. It is lightweight and a nice size. Its user friendly and comes in various colours, i got the Pistachio on which was a nice colour. The single screen is a nice size so you dont have to open the full phone all the time.

                  I traded my old fold 6 for this fold 8. The fold 8 is passport size and is easy to hold and use. It easier to slip in your pocket with enough space compared to my old one which took the entire length of my pocket. Battery life is a lot better more longer due to its bigger battery capacity and the more efficient processor its also a lot cooler when charging. Its also lighter and the display is more brighter, and the phone slimmer. Due to its processor its more responsive and has samsung ui9 out of the box. Overall very happy

                  This thing is truly a marvel of Engineering! I'm coming from an S23 Ultra and this feels like I'm living in the future. The hinge mechanism is really sturdy and it's so light? It's literally thinner than my old phone but somehow has 3 screens, amazing. I've fitted an Aramid case from Spidgen to keep it safe which is really nice. It still feels very durable though, even with the thinness. Happy with the battery so far, great to finally see SiC battery tech in the phones this year. UI is great as always and very responsive.

                  As always I find Samsung phones easy to use. With the fold it’s easy to see everything clearly and thus don’t always need my glasses to see what I’m doing. So far the battery life is showing to be good and as I use my phone constantly that’s a bonus. Hope this phone lasts me as long as my last one, which I had for five years! Loved it so much I didn’t want a new one, but it was time and so far this one is much better. Still I have much to learn about all the capabilities of my new phone. Being of the older generation I will take my time.

                  This is the perfect phone/tablet for me, it's given me a really decent lightweight android version of an iPad mini that does everything I need a small tablet to do which just so happens to fold in half and fit perfectly in my pocket, then in phone mode it's got such a great outer display that works so well for photos, maps, pdfs, browser etc etc. it's so thin and light it's ridiculous that it's even possible! Battery life is so good easily a day sometimes even two, Screen quality is perfect, hinge feels great, I could go on and on and on

                  Blown away by the Z Fold8 , great form factor and size, the inner display is absolutely beautiful and in a small way feels it quite large, its the first foldable im really happy with, it's built for durability and just feels solid, with a solid hinge and yet easier to handle than previous versions. The battery holds up well considering I've been on it all the time and it is yet to improve still. I would love to see Samsung Dex running natively on the inner display, it would be a total game changer, I also feel this form factor deserves the reintroduction of the sPen on the foldables, the cover screen is perfect for scribbling notes and the inner display for the inner artist. Furthermore, im very happy with my decision on the Fold8, I shall not look back...

                  I've been using the Galaxy Z Fold8 for a short while now and I'm genuinely impressed. The display is stunning, both inside and out, and the larger screen is fantastic for multitasking, reading documents and watching videos. Performance is incredibly responsive, with apps opening instantly and everything feeling smooth. The hinge feels solid and well engineered, giving confidence when opening and closing the phone. Battery life has comfortably lasted me through a full day of normal use. Samsung has also refined the software experience, making great use of the foldable screen with useful multitasking features. Overall, this feels like the most polished Fold yet. It's expensive, but if you're looking for the best foldable experience available, it's easy to recommend.

                  I'm coming to the fold 8 from an S24 Ultra and I've had it for three days now. First impressions are this thing is small, it's roughly the same width as the Ultra, but much shorter when folded. Opened up it's a different story, the inside display is much roomier. I've avoided folding phones in the past as I didn't like the crease down the middle, but it's barely noticeable here. The phone feels very snappy with the SD 8 Elite chip, and so far battery life has been good, even with it being just set up which normally uses a bit of extra power. It's very thin when opened up, but doesn't feel like it's about to break at any time. I did initially have problems with touches not working properly on the inside screen, but had a system update and that seems to be fixed now. I've not really had time to investigate the AI features other than circle to search, but I'm sure they're fine if you want to use them. Overall I'm impressed, even though it doesn't have the same camera ability as the S24 Ultra.

                  I was really impressed with how this phone has progressed since the initial flip launch, it looks like the crease is a lot less prominent and can barely feel it on the screen. Originally I liked the z flip 8, but the fold actually is the perfect size for content I watch and a mini on the go tablet. Im a dedicated Samsung user and really liked the opportunity play and ask ahout the product with experts at the experience compared to a normal retail store.. the hinge can barely be noticed and seems more durable than I thought it would be!

                  Absolutely love my new Gakaxy z fold 8. I was previously a z fold 6 and hardly used the front screen as found it too small so I was constantly opening it which eventually caused a crease down the centre. With the fold 8 the front screen is the perfect width.

The hinge is super important and I will ensure that it is always protectedlastly the responsiveness is fast the only issue is when the cover is on the buttons are not not readily or easily accessible as the cover is in the way. I opted for the z fold 8 instead of the ultra as I have had always the same ie ultra. The price and size compared is 100 % better choice as I got the z fold 8 512MB

                  The Z Fold 8 is frankly stunning and a refreshing change it what was becoming a stale phone market. The format just works and feels perfect in your hand. Once you open up to the main screen something you don't notice, if you're looking for it, is the crease. The technology used to reduce the visibility and feel of the crease is a huge step forward, as is the anti reflective coating and brightness of the screen. Despite all that I keep switching back to the front screen and just smiling at it's perfection!

                  It is almost 7pm and today I have used tiktok, prime video, camera and WhatsApp throughout the day and my battery is at 77%. The display is really good, nice clean clear picture on both screens. Hinge is stiff but not too bad, enough to not accidentally open it Durability is good, feels like a good sturdy phone to use Responsiveness is exactly as you expect from a new phone. Upgraded from Samsung S23 and so happy I did. Though my S23 was still perfect, I watch tv a lot so this is better suited

                  Love it! The new passport form factor is a game changer, it's as much space as you need and fits perfectly in the hand and pocket. The main screen is amazing!
