How to use and update Gaming Hub

Gaming Hub is a service that lets you enjoy a wide variety of game content in one place. Placing the Gaming Hub app on your home screen allows you to launch games quickly and easily at any time.

How to sign in to Gaming Hub

A Samsung account is required to use Gaming Hub. Signing in with your Samsung account enables access to game services, personalised features, and data management. Please make sure you are signed in to your Samsung account.

Step 1. Tap Gaming Hub app.

Step 2. Tap the More options icon.

Step 3. Select Settings.

Step 4. Check whether you are signed in to your Samsung account.

Note:

  • If your Gaming Hub version is lower than 7.0, the More options icon is located at the bottom right of the Gaming Hub home screen.
  • A Samsung account is required to use Gaming Hub. For more information about Samsung accounts, please visit the Samsung account website.

How to check and update the Gaming Hub version

To keep the Gaming Hub app running at peak performance and operating smoothly, you must update it regularly. Always ensure you are using the latest version.

Step 1. Tap Gaming Hub app.

Step 2. Tap the More options icon.

Step 3. Select Settings.

Step 4. Select About Gaming Hub.

Step 5. Check the current version of the Gaming Hub app.

Note:

  • If the app is not up to date, please update it in Galaxy Store.
  • If your Gaming Hub version is lower than 7.0, the More options icon is located at the bottom right of the Gaming Hub home screen.

How to view the Gaming Hub Privacy Policy

Gaming Hub strives to provide users with easy-to-manage game-related features and useful s ervices, and the full privacy policy can also be reviewed within Gaming Hub app.

Step 4. Select Privacy Notice.

Note: If your Gaming Hub version is lower than 7.0, the More options icon is located at the bottom right of the Gaming Hub home screen.

How to cancel your consent to the Privacy Policy

Gaming Hub provides an account deletion feature. You can cancel your consent to the Privacy Policy via the app's Personal Data Deletion menu.

Step 1. Tap Gaming Hub app.

Step 4. Select Erase personal data.

Step 5.Open the page link to request deletion of Gaming Hub data.

Note:

  • During personal data deletion, app usage may be restricted. Deleted data may not be recovered.
  • If your Gaming Hub version is lower than 7.0, the More options icon is located at the bottom right of the Gaming Hub home screen.
  • Feature names, menu paths, and screen layouts may vary depending on the device model, software version, and app version.
  • Actual UX/UI may vary.
