How to prevent water leakage from top load washing machine

Step 1: Power Off the Machine

• Press and hold the Start/Pause button, then press the Power button on the control panel to turn off the machine.

Step 2: Disconnect Power and Detach the Drain Hose

• Turn off the power button and unplug the power cable from the outlet.
• Detach the drain hose from the machine.

Step 3: Inspect and Clean the Drain Hose

• Check for any blockages in the drain hose.
• Press the clip (if present) and gently pull the drain hose to remove it. For models without a clip, directly pull the drain hose pipe.

Check for Leaks in the Inlet Hose

• Inspect the inlet hose for any leaks at the joint.

If a leak is detected:

• Clean the Inlet Filter thoroughly.
• Ensure the hose is properly tightened at the joint to prevent further leakage.

Re-fix the Water Supply Hose.
