How to prevent water leakage from top load washing machine

Water is Leaking from the Drain Pipe
Step 1: Power Off the Machine
- Press and hold the Start/Pause button, then press the Power button on the control panel to turn off the machine.

- Turn off the power button and unplug the power cable from the outlet.
- Detach the drain hose from the machine.
Step 3: Inspect and Clean the Drain Hose
- Check for any blockages in the drain hose.
- Press the clip (if present) and gently pull the drain hose to remove it. For models without a clip, directly pull the drain hose pipe.
Drain Hose Cleaning Process
- Remove and Clean: Take out the drain pipe and clean it thoroughly under running water.
- Reinstall Properly: When reattaching the drain pipe, ensure it is straight and aligned with the drain hole. Avoid any obstacles higher than 5 cm in its path.
- Limit Length: Do not extend the drain pipe beyond 3 meters.

If the customer complains that the washer is not filling with water:
- Ask them to manually fill water into the tub.
- Drain the water by pressing the Power, then Spin, and finally Start/Pause buttons.
Water is Leaking from the Bottom
Check for Leaks in the Inlet Hose
- Inspect the inlet hose for any leaks at the joint.
If a leak is detected:
- Clean the Inlet Filter thoroughly.
- Ensure the hose is properly tightened at the joint to prevent further leakage.
Water is Leaking from the Tap
Re-fix the Water Supply Hose.
Connect the water hose to the water tap
