Galaxy Buds: Why Search Earbud through 'Find my earbud' is not working?

If foreign substances enter inside lens of IR sensor related to “Find my earbuds” feature, the feature may not work properly and beeping

is not sounded. Furthermore, additional following functions related to IR sensor may not also work properly.


•  When taking off earbuds from ear, automatic mute may not work properly

•  When wearing earbuds, touchpad may not work properly


If above issues appear on your Galaxy Buds, please go to the Authorized Samsung Service Center with device and check whether your device have any problems.
